Stage Mag Audience Alerts — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wisdom Digital Media, Inc. (“BroadwayWorld,” “Stage Mag,” “we”) handles information for the Stage Mag Audience Alerts SMS/email program.

Information we collect

• Mobile phone number and optional email address you submit
• Production(s) and theatre(s) you choose to follow, including alert scope (theatre+show or show-only)
• Consent evidence: UTC timestamp, IP address, user agent, consent-text version, source URL, and the disclosure text version shown
• Delivery and engagement metadata such as send status and link clicks for alerts you receive

How we use information

We use this information to enroll you in Audience Alerts, send the messages you opted into, honor STOP/HELP requests, enforce frequency caps, prevent abuse, maintain proof of consent for carriers/regulators, and improve reliability of the service.

Sharing

We use service providers such as Amazon Web Services to deliver SMS. We do not sell Audience Alerts phone numbers. We do not add Audience Alerts subscribers to BroadwayWorld News Alerts SMS unless you separately opt in to that program.

Retention

Active subscription records are kept while your opt-in remains active. Consent events are retained as an append-only audit history. Opt-out records are retained to prevent accidental re-messaging after STOP.
