INTRODUCING A NEW INITIATIVE

Jarrott Productions is excited to announce our inaugural Opening Act Initiative, featuring promising work of emerging writers!

Starting next month, Jarrott Productions will be collecting scripts from previously unproduced playwrights. Our objective is to award a new playwright the opportunity to rehearse and showcase a new work on the Trinity Street Playhouse stage during our spring residency with our next Main Stage production: Home, I’m Darling.

Jarrott Productions will assist this writer in making sure their work shines, and the project will receive a modest budget for production.

This is an all-inclusive project seeking new voices from underserved communities, exploring new and perhaps (but not necessarily) marginalized ideas, concepts, discussions.

As always for Jarrott Productions, story is key: we tell universal, relatable stories—it’s what we do and we would like to do that with you!

More information coming soon at www.jarrottproductions.com.
