Support Conundrum Theatre Company

Help us fundraise for our inaugural 2022-2023 season! Conundrum Theatre Company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community theater organization that creates inclusive, high-quality performance opportunities for actors with traditional day jobs.

Our 2022-2023 season will be the first full season of shows at Conundrum.
We're really excited to grow our community here in Burbank and we need your help to make this happen.

With the high costs associated with producing theater, such as venue rentals and production rights, we rely on individual donations to create exciting and affordable experiences for audience members while building a collaborative, diverse community of writers and actors.

Please consider a tax deductible donation to our organization to help us meet our fundraising goal of $10,000.

Thank you for your support! Visit www.conundrumtheatreco.com/donations or secure.givelively.org/donate/conundrum-theatre-company-inc/conundrum-2022-2023-season

Director's Note

As the director of this show, I'm thrilled to bring this captivating and darkly comedic musical to life. Little Shop of Horrors holds a special place in my heart because of its unique blend of horror and humor. It is a show that explores the human experience through the lens of the supernatural, delving into themes of ambition, love, and the consequences of our choices. By embracing the out-of-this-world campy nature of the show, we have the opportunity to create a thrilling and captivating theatrical experience for our audience.

When I decided to direct this show, my number one goal was to showcase the immense talent of POC performers. As a person of color myself, I'm acutely aware of the challenges and barriers that many POC face in the world of performing arts. Representation matters, and by casting POC actors in prominent roles, we strive to create a more inclusive and diverse environment within the theater community.

This production is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our entire team, and I'm immensely grateful for their passion and dedication. I encourage you to immerse yourself in the world of Little Shop of Horrors and allow its magic to transport you to a place where the lines between horror and comedy blur. I hope that through this production, we can inspire a sense of unity, ignite the imagination, and continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of theater. Enjoy the show!

Director of Little Shop of Horrors
