ABOUT THE ANNOYANCE

For 35+ years, The Annoyance Theatre has created some of Chicago’s finest comedy. Artists at The Annoyance are encouraged to explore and develop their unique voice. Through improvisation and writing, we work collaboratively to create new and original plays, musicals, sketch-comedies, solo shows, and more in a vibrant, uncensored atmosphere.

Meet the Company

Ross Taylor (Ensemble)
Ross Taylor is originally from St. James, Missouri and favorite credits include performing at the Kennedy Center and understudying the Second City e.t.c. and National Touring Company. Before moving to Chicago, Ross spent seven years in New York City, performing and teaching regularly at Magnet Theater. He majored in Theater at the University of Missouri. Ross currently performs every: Tuesday with Tuesday Musical Improv Friday with Missed Call Both shows are at 8pm at the Annoyance Theatre.

Jake Prizant (Ensemble)
Jake is an Actor, Writer, Improvisor and Balloon Artist. He performs all around the city with solo sketch material. Jake is a member of the ResCo team Creamboy at iO and most notably performs every Friday with Missed Call at the Annoyance. He is repped by Paonessa Talent and is stoked you are still reading his bio.

Hannah Moser (Ensemble)
Hannah Moser (she/her) is a local comedian and writer from Fresno, California. Hannah performs sketch comedy and improv around Chicago in shows such as Missed Call (The Annoyance - Fridays at 8) and House Party (The Annoyance - Thursdays at 10). All of Hannah's current projects can be found on her Instagram page @hannahmoser.

Jen Connor (Ensemble)
JEN CONNOR is a singer, actor, comedian, and voiceover artist based in Chicago. New York and Chicago comedy credits include The Second City, National Public Radio, Baby Wants Candy, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Annoyance, the Magnet Theater, the People’s Improv Theater, and more. She’s performed improv and sketch comedy on the high seas with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Norwegian Cruise Lines, musicals at the Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, and improvised musicals Off Broadway. A classical soprano trained at New York University, Jen has performed opera, musicals, and live theater around the world since 2008.

Richard Pizarro (Ensemble)
Richard Pizarro is a Cuban-American n actor and comedian originally from Miami, FL. He graduated from The Chicago College of Performing Arts with a BFA in Acting in 2015. Richard is a co-creator of Playground Social, a locally based creative collective that specializes in TV, film, and live experiences.
