Meet the Company

Andrew Baldwin (Ensemble)
Andrew Baldwin is a classically trained percussionist from Madison, WI who always told himself he'd do improv and sketch if ever he found his way to Chicago. He's done the improv program at the Second City and can be seen around Chicago playing in various musical groups or improvising with his indie team, Double Dippin
Cody Lee Walker (Ensemble)
Cody Lee Walker (He/Him/His) is one of the co-producers and cast members of SWIPED Improvised Thievery. He is an accomplished playwright, illustrator, and performer. He has a fondness for sketch comedy and is a 1995 baby pageant winner for Denver’s Chubbiest Cheeks.
Corey Drennon (Ensemble)
Corey Eliza Drennon hails from Rock Hill, South Carolina. She has been studying and performing improv in Chicago for the past five years. When she's not performing, you can find her rolling dice with friends or fighting her vertigo on the CTA. Corey is thrilled to be working with such a talented cast.
Izzy Salhani (Ensemble)
Izzy Salhani (they/them) is a standup comic of nine years who cut their teeth in the Belly Room of the World Famous Comedy Store in West Hollywood, CA. They are also an actor represented by Big Mouth Talent and can be found regularly opening for improv troupes at The Annoyance Theatre. Their favorite heist movie is the Netflix international hit Casa De Papel.
Joanna Bak (Ensemble)
Joanna Bak is an actor, improvisor, educator, and Chicagi history buff. They Co-produce Chats with Snacks, a variety show with the Local Lab Co. Previous Annoyance credits include Chip Chats and Lo-Fi Improv To Study To.
Michael Coyne (Ensemble)
Michael Coyne (He/Him) is the director of Swiped: Improvised Thievery. He’s originally from New York City, and moved to Chicago to blunt his East Coast edge with Midwest kindness. He mostly succeeded. Michael is a performer, director, and writer, with his comedy pilot Fief-Dumb recently picked as a finalist for the Chicago Screenplay Awards. He is beyond proud of his fantastic cast and is thrilled for you to see them perform.
Mike Mazella (Ensemble)
Mike Mazzella (he/him/his) Mike Mazzella is an improviser, stand-up comedian, and satirical news writer from Buffalo, NY. Mike co-produces the Life’s A Bit variety show, where he hosts the satirical news segment Yellow Journalism. Mike also performs in the sketch show Tomorrow Tonight, and the improvised Star Trek parody Starship Edsel, both at Otherworld Theatre. Additionally, Mike makes regular appearances on the Chicago Roast Battle, as well as the popular YouTube channel Screen Crush. When he isn’t performing, Mike enjoys spending time with his wonderful partner Daryn, consuming all things comic books, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills. He is thrilled to be performing with this wonderful cast in Swiped, and can’t wait to steal your hearts.
Riley Rogers (Ensemble)
Riley is originally from [Redacted], California and has been doing "comedy" in Chicago for a little bit. She is always writing new material with a dedicated team of other women who, when asked what they should call their sketch group, did not respond to her text. She loves doing improv for the fame and money and not for the love of the game.
Rose Gotttlieb (Ensemble)
Rose Gottlieb (she/her) is an improviser, storyteller and aspiring ventriloquist originally from Minneapolis. She has trained and performed improv around Chicago at theaters including iO, the Annoyance, CIC, and The Crowd (miss those wings). Outside of improvising Rose likes canoeing, doing jiu-jitsu, and solving puzzles, and hopes to someday participate in a heist that utilizes all of these skills.
Ryan Engelman (Ensemble)
Ryan is so excited to be a part of this fantastic crew of improvised thieves. Ryan has studied at the IO theatre and has performed improv for over a decade. He loves craft cocktails and board game nights in between all things anime. Look out as he continues to perform around the city. He is looking forward to stealing your attention and maybe your wallets
Trey Burns (Ensemble)
Trey Burns, a rising star in the acting realm, overcame a challenging childhood as a Victorian orphan in London to become a powerhouse in the entertainment industry. His early struggles fueled a passion for the arts, ultimately leading him to a breakout role in a period drama that catapulted him to stardom. With a magnetic on-screen presence and a knack for versatile performances, Trey seamlessly transitions between genres and eras. Beyond his acting prowess, he advocates for underprivileged youth, drawing from his own experiences to inspire and uplift others. As Trey's career continues to soar, audiences eagerly anticipate the next chapter in the remarkable journey of this resilient and authentic talent.
Victoria Rooney (Ensemble)
Veronica Rooney is a writer and improviser who grew up in the Chicago suburbs (yeesh). You can see Veronica on Wednesday nights at the Mariano’s on Chicago and Damen, or on Sunday nights performing with Midnight Snack for iO’s New Team Smell. She has trained at both iO and The Annoyance, and has hobnobbed around town with the best of ‘em. When she’s not performing, Veronica enjoys seeing live music, riding her bike, and smiling.
