Meet the Company

Tamufor (he/him) is a returning student at CCBC Essex with a passion for theater and performance. In 2022, he appeared as the father in Fabulation, or The Re-Education of Undine by Lynn Nottage and as one of the Beauxhommes in Once on This Island (Cockpit in Court production). He has also gained valuable experience working backstage on several musical productions, strengthening his skills both on stage and behind the scenes.

Jordan (he/him) is a general studies major at CCBC. He has starred as Golden Thunder in Airness, Mason in John Proctor is the Villain, and understudied for The One-Act Play that Goes Wrong. He plans to transfer to Morgan State once he finishes here.

Malcom (he/him) is currently a BFA Acting student at Towson University after previously attending CCBC. He returns to the CCBC stage after appearing in John Proctor is the Villain. He’s also acted in Robin Hood, The Easter Story, The Birth of Jesus, and Good King Wenceslas. He wants to pursue a career in acting once he graduates.
Jen (she/her) is an assistant professor of Theatre, and The Brothers Size is a play she has loved since before it was finished being written. It has been joyful for her to get to share it with her students. For CCBC she has previously directed A Bright New Boise by Samuel D. Hunter and the musical Little Shop of Horrors. She also appeared in CCBC's Spring 2023 production of John Proctor is the Villain. Jen is a Designated Linklater Voice teacher, and in addition to teaching a variety of performance classes at CCBC, she is a professional voice, dialect, text, and acting coach. Recent work includes productions with Mosaic Theater Company, Folger Theatre, Solas Nua, Woolly Mammoth, Arena Stage, Rorschach Theatre Company and Brave Spirits in the DC region. She is also currently affiliated faculty with Shakespeare & Company’s prestigious actor training program, a co-founder of the educational residency program of CoLab Arts in central New Jersey, and she is an emeritus company member of Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken. Jen holds an MFA in Acting from Rutgers University.
Terri (she/her) is an Assistant Professor in the Performing Arts and Humanities Department at CCBC. She holds a BFA and an MA in Theatre Design and Production from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Professional and regional credits include The Whole Theatre, The Hangar Theatre, and Playwright Horizons in New Jersey and New York. Locally, she has designed sets and/or lights for productions with Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, Phoenix Festival Theatre, and the Baltimore School for the Arts.
Madeline (she/her) is a Baltimore-based theatre artist and fabricator. Experimenting in many different artistic paths during her time at Chesapeake College and Towson University has shaped how she approaches design with each project. She is drawn to highly collaborative and process-oriented work, and partial to recycling and upcycling materials. Her favorite projects usually include puppetry design, props and world-building, or costume design. Credits include National Aquarium’s Voyages Chapter 7: Submerged! In the Company of Fish with Submersive Productions, Salty with Truepenny Projects, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime and A Bright New Boise at CCBC, Lyra and the Ferocious Beast with Truepenny Projects, From an Aerial View by Air Dance Bernasconi, Pirates and Dolphins! at Chesapeake College, and A Monster Calls at Towson University.
MaeAnn (she/her) holds a BFA in Technical Production from Texas State University and an MFA in Sound Design from UC San Diego. Previously, she was the Director of Technical Theatre at Coronado School of the Arts and the Post MFA Teaching Fellow in Design at Pomona College. She also currently works at GraphicAudio as a Sound Designer. https://maeannrossdesigns.myportfolio.com.
