“How to Sign a Good Contract” is a British comedy of errors based on a play by John Chapman and Ray Cooney.

What could possibly go wrong when one apartment turns out to be the perfect place for romantic rendezvous, while several people have entirely different plans for it? Pretty much everything.

And what does it take to seize a golden business opportunity when fortune suddenly smiles upon you? A little luck and the ability to keep your head when everything around you is falling apart.

Tangled relationships, unexpected encounters, and outrageous misunderstandings come together in a classic British farce, where one little lie inevitably leads to another.

Join us for an evening of laughter, good cheer, and a delightful dose of theatrical chaos!

Meet the Company

Ilya Goloshchapov (Director)

By day, I work in dentistry; the rest of the time, I am busy directing, making movies, or diving into my many passions: music, history, geography, sports, and space. Founder and director of Theater Khameleon, I have directed 40 productions and continues to find new stories to tell, on stage and on screen. I also love to travel and spend time with family.

Olga Rakovchuk (Johanna)

Olga (Johanna) is fascinated by the magic of transforming written words into living characters on stage. Her previous stage credit includes Madame Jourdain in The Bourgeois Gentleman. By day, she works in accounting; in her spare time, she enjoys bringing people together through event planning. In winter, you’ll find her skiing in the mountains, while summer often finds her swimming or paddleboarding. Board games are another passion she enjoys year-round.

Julia Kulyk (Sylvia)

Julia Kulyk is happy to return to Chameleon in role of Sylvia.  Recent stage credits include Prince Ludovico in The Courage to Right a Woman’s Wrongs with Burien Actors Theatre, Golda in Memorial Prayer with Theatre Chameleon and Mrs. Clackett in Noises Off with RBCC.  Julia is also active in independent film as an actor, writer, and producer.  She loves stories that balance humor with emotional truth and is always happiest when there is another rehearsal, film set, or slightly questionable creative project on the calendar.

Maria Levochkina (Miss Wilkinson)

Maria Levochkina has been an actress and choreographer with Chameleon Theater since 2010. She holds a diploma in choreography and children’s performing arts leadership from the College of Culture and a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Economics from the University of Culture and Arts. She serves as Assistant Principal at Sarodgini Private Elementary School and Director of the Children’s and Youth Theater “Classics”. Beyond the stage , Maria enjoys floral design, history, and spending time with her family and Frenchie.

Ilya Naryzhnyy (Wolter)

Ilya (Wolter) playing someone he never played before, an aging mama’s boy who has his first date with a beautiful woman.  In reality, he is the kind of person who is a Burning Man regular and rides around on his monocycle while filming on his 360 and programming anything he can lay his hands on.  He played a poor shy tailor in Memorial prayer and emotions addict in our recent 48 hour movie.

Ilia Kleyman (Alistar)

Ilia Kleiman plays Alistair. Previously with Theatre Chameleon he appeared as Jourdain in Molière's Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme, Leon in Jean Anouilh's The Orchestra, and Hal in Woody Allen's Old Saybrook. A software engineer by profession, he also serves on the company's board. He is drawn to farce for the same reason he likes engineering: everything depends on timing, and one wrong move brings the whole structure down.

Lena Lansky (Ms. Brown)

I never planned to become an actress, but life had other ideas. A member of Theater Khameleon since 2006, I have appeared in more than 15 productions and two films. When I am not on stage, I work with GIS, travel, and hunt for beauty, art, and stories worth telling. With theater director Ilya as my husband, the show never really ends at home!

Lyalya Fokin (Linda)

Lyalya Fokina (Linda) is excited to perform in Theatre Chameleon’s “How to Sign a Good Contract”! Previously, Lyalya appeared in several Chameleon productions, including “Le Bourgeois gentilhomme” (dancer), “Connecticut: Crisis in Six Scenes” (Sheila), “A Memorial Prayer” (city girl), and more. When not rehearsing or performing, Lyalya spends her time working as a software engineer and, if time still permits, enjoys traveling, sailing, and running marathons.

Michael Kolesnik (Henry)

Michael (Henry) is a true Jack of All trades. Playing roles of a poor jewish student in Memorial Prayer and then switching to a suave lover boy in Kill the Dragon. Entrepreneur by day, musician by night with a deep knowledge and love of photography.

Gadi Brovman (Phillip)

Gadi is delighted to return to Theatre Chameleon, having appeared in both Memorial Prayer and Le Bourgeois gentilhomme. In addition to performing, he is the playwright behind The Bruria Dreams, an art‑house mystical love story that blends folklore, imagination, and emotional depth. Offstage, Gadi works as a software engineer, and when he’s not debugging code, he can usually be found writing, experimenting with animation, or carving woodblock prints.
