Max Stout (Actor 1/White Man)
Max is a first year student at CCBC. We Are Proud to Present… is his first CCBC production. He most recently appeared in The Laramie Project as Aaron McKinney and Jedadiah Schultz at McDonogh High School. He has also appeared in Metamorphoses, 13 Ways to Screw up Your College Interview, and 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (canceled due to Covid) at McDonogh.

Mo Stewart (Actor 2/Black Man)
Mo makes his onstage debut at CCBC with this production of We Are Proud to Present… Mo’s first stage appearance was in a school production of Romeo and Juliet. Mo graduated from Tuskegee University with a B.A. in history. Mo enjoys traveling and entrepreneurship. Mo loves music and is also a family man.

Aaron Partin (Actor 3/Another White Man)
Aaron is in his first year at CCBC and is participating in his first ever CCBC production. In his years at Catonsville High School, he performed in such shows as Legally Blonde, Clue, Addams Family, Alice in Wonderland, and Once upon a Mattress. Aaron is interested in possibly pursuing a career in acting after he graduates. For now, though, he is a general studies major.

Owen Taliaferro (Actor 4/Another Black Man)
Owen is a Theatre Major in his 3rd year at CCBC. He graduated from Pikesville High school in 2020, where he began acting his senior year. There he was cast as the lead role in the production Harvey. Since then has continued his acting career here at CCBC. He was seen on stage at the Spring Arts Festival 2021, worked on production for the fall 2021 play, Detroit ‘67, took on an Ensemble role in the spring 2022 production of Fabulation or, The Re-Education of Undine and played the Zombie in the spring 2022 production of He Has Risen. Now he prepares to take the stage as Actor 4 in the Fall 2022 production of We Are Proud to Present.....

Alex Benzion (Actor 5/Sarah)
Alex is in her third year at CCBC Essex. This is her first time performing in a college level production as her last show was an ensemble character in Owings Mills High School’s rendition of In the Heights. She can be seen mostly on the technical production side as a lights and sound operator or, as seen in last Semester’s Fabulation, stage manager. She will be pursuing a career in concert lighting as she continues to pursue her education at Towson University next fall.

Tatiyana Terrelonge (Actor 6/Black Woman)
Tatiyana appears for the first time at CCBC Catonsville in We Are Proud to Present… A second year theatre major, Tatiyana has also appeared in the The Wiz and Annie at EYD (Encouraging Youth to Dream) Performing Arts. Tatiyana plans to take her career farther into theater and into film acting as well.

Damon Krometis (Director)

Damon joined the CCBC faculty in 2019 after spending three years teaching at Emerson College and Roxbury Community College in Boston, MA. He holds a MFA in Directing from Northwestern University and has been directing professionally for nearly 15 years. His work has been seen in New York, London, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, and Baltimore. An occasional playwright, his writing has been seen in New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Boston, Louisville, and various universities around the country. He is the former artistic director of Examined Man Theatre and a longtime assistant of famed South African director Yael Farber. Damon is also an avid scholar of participatory theatre techniques, directing, and social change, and his articles have been published in Theatre Topics and on Howlround Theatre Commons (howlround.com). A native of Ellicott City, he is happy to be back in the mid-Atlantic and a part of the CCBC community.

Mone't Howard (Assistant Director)
Mone't has worked as Stage Manager on the CCBC Catonsville productions of Detroit ’67 and A New Brain. She is gaining new experience as Assistant Director on We Are Proud to Present… Mone’t plans to graduate from CCBC and transfer to a four year university to get her Bachelor’s in theatre.

Shakiara Saunders (Stage Manager)
Shakiara is a Spring 2022 graduate of CCBC. She appeared in the following CCBC Essex shows: Spring 2022 production of Fabulation, or the Re-Education of Undine, the Fall 2021 production of The Underpants, and the Spring Arts Festival 2021. She was onstage for Our Lady of Kibeho, which was unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic. On the production side she was assistant stage manager in 2021 Speech and Debate (CCBC Essex) and the makeup artist for He Has Risen. For the first time she has taken on the challenge of becoming a stage manager for We Are Proud To Present… Shakiara hopes to create and act in her own shows in the future.

G. Maurice (Moe) Conn, III (Scenic, Lighting, Property Design/Technical Director)

Moe is in his eleventh year with CCBC where he is the full-time Technical Director and Designer at CCBC Catonsville’s Center for the Arts Theatre. He has an MFA in Scene Design and Technical Theatre. Moe has been doing technical theatre since 1993, as a Designer, Technician, Technical Director, and Educator. He served as the Technical Director for five summers at Cockpit in Court where he continues to design both lights and sets. He has also designed for Vagabond Players in Fells Point. Moe has received multiple nominations for Best Scene Design from Broadway World.com and received Best Scenic Design from the MD Theatre Guide’s Readers’ Choice Awards. When not backstage, Moe volunteers with “Behind the Scenes” which provides financial support for theatre technicians in need throughout the entertainment industry. He also helps coordinate the Long Reach Long Riders charity motorcycle ride, (www.LRLR.org) to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity fights AIDS and Behind the Scenes, two theatre-based charities.

Rowan Talbott (Costume Designer)
Rowan is glad to be invited back to work with the talented and dedicated staff of the CCBC Theatre Department. A CCBC alum, he is honored to be a part of the process of academic theatre, especially with deeply important and deeply uncomfortable topics such as those explored in We Are Proud to Present... Previous credits of his at CCBC include She Kills Monsters and Speech & Debate.

Sierra Young (Intimacy Director)
Sierra is a multi-hyphenate artist in the DC/Baltimore area. Sierra is an Advanced Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, as well as a member of the Intimacy Directors and Coordinators and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. She is also the resident Fight and Intimacy Director for Mosaic Theater Company in DC. Recent DC credits include: Fantastagirl and How I Became A Pirate (Adventure Theatre MTC); The Till Trilogy, Marys Seacole and Birds of North America (Mosaic Theater Co); Red Velvet (Shakespeare Theatre Company); Ain't No Mo' (Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company). Recent regional theater credits: Aida, Little Shop of Horrors, RENT, and Snapshots (ArtsCentric); Ain’t No Mo’ (Baltimore Center Stage); The Color Purple (Cape Fear Regional Theatre); The Joy That Carries You and AD16 (Olney Theatre Center); World Builders (Prologue Theatre). Jen Rabbit Ring (Vocal Coach)
Jen is currently a visiting lecturer at CCBC teaching Acting, Voice and Diction and Acting for the Camera. Jen is an actor and designated Linklater Voice teacher who has served on the faculties of the University of Maryland, Westminster Choir College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Howard Community College, Hudson County Community College and Rutgers University. In addition to her University work she coaches actors and professionals privately, has served as faculty with Shakespeare & Company's illustrious Actor Training program, co-founded the theatre education program of CoLab Arts in central New Jersey and is an emeritus company member with Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken. In the DC/MD region Jen has appeared in productions with Rorschach Theatre, Taffety Punk and Theatre 4615 and has coached shows for Arena Stage, Mosaic Theatre Company, Brave Spirits and Rorschach. She holds an MFA from Rutgers University.
