Harold Skinner

Harold Skinner has been the Theatre teacher at Andrew Jackson Middle School for the last 17 years but will be retiring from the full-time classroom in a few weeks. He has performed for decades in various cities across the US, and he most recently appeared in Lancaster's productions of The Crucible and Play On. This is his first production with Free Reign.

Nyle Lottihall

Nyle Lottihall is a 21 year old Theater student at Winthrop University. This is Nyle's first show since his years in high school.

Tim Huffman

Tim Huffman is thrilled with the role of the antagonistic Juror Three in 12 Angry Juror’s, his second show with Free Reign. Recent favorite roles have been as Captain Taylor in the matchless A Soldier’s Play, Chief Inspector Dreyfuss in the improv romp Murder on Tap, Man in Now and Then at FMCP, an odious Captain Slank in Peter and the Starcatcher for TC and the wily Myles Connor Jr. in Art Heist with the Blumenthal. Special thanks to my wife for quick rehearsal meals and late-night snacks to keep me going. Huge, heartfelt thanks and much love to Free Reign cast, creatives, crew, friends old and new and to all who came to see this timely and timeless show.

Nathan Morris

Nathan is excited to once again join Free Reign Theatre Company on stage! Nathan was recently seen in Rock Hill Theatre's The 39 Steps, Fort Mill Community Playhouse's The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and last worked with Free Reign on their production of Saint Joan. He'd like to thank his wife/stage manager for always keeping him in line, his parents for being constant supporters of the arts both local and abroad, and he is dedicating this performance to Odysseus who enjoyed outdoor theatre (if only to sit in the grass and feel the breeze).

Spirit Craig

This is Spirit’s second show with FRTC, and she is excited to be back as Juror no. 5! Spirit previously played Stephano in The Tempest. She would like to thank her husband Eric for supporting her hobbies and passions.

Abbi Minessale

Abbi is thrilled to work with Free Reign again and to tell this story in such a beautiful space. She has recently been seen in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia) and 9 to 5 (Davidson Community Players). We are thrilled to show tonight’s performance in color and without commercials.

Patrick Brady

Patrick is a graduate of AMDA and has most recently performed in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) with OCT. He is ecstatic to be in his first show with Free Reign!

Tiffany Bryant-Jackson

Tiffany Bryant-Jackson is a Charlotte transplant, she has been blessed to work with various organizations as an actor, arts advocate, and teaching artist. She's excited to serve her juror summons with Free Reign this summer. She is currently serving as the Education Manager for Three Bone Theatre.

Jonathan Essex

Jonathan Essex is English and has lived in South Carolina for more than a decade. As an IT specialist, he decided to fill the void in his soul though increasing participation in the Arts. After several years helping Free Reign backstage with brute force and ignorance, he decided to expand into minor roles and gradually built his acting skills with the support of the Company. Following his appearances in The Tempest, and Cyrano De Bergerac, he is thrilled to be playing the part of JUROR 9 and is grateful for the opportunity to work with this talented cast.

Tim Boyer

Tim Boyer is thrilled to be joining Free Reign again for his second production with the troupe, and third production overall. He's grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Reginald Rose's seminal work, and wishes the play didn't still resonate quite as strongly as it does in 2025.

Ben Harter

Back from a centuries-long slumber, Ben is a 3296 year-old Wizard from Fraggle Rock. Doesn’t believe in astrology. Only dates Dragon-Pisces. He doesn’t remember much else.

Xavier Stinson

Xavier Stinson makes his Free Reign debut with this production and is honored to bring his artistry to such a powerful ensemble. A UNC Charlotte theatre grad and working model, he blends cinematic presence with grounded emotion on stage. Special thanks to the cast, crew, and director for their guidance, energy, and creative trust. This moment is a meaningful chapter in his ongoing journey as a storyteller.

Katie Bearden

Katie Bearden is a Charlotte native and graduate of UNC Charlotte with her B.A. in Theatre. She currently lives in Rock Hill with her husband, David, and two dogs, Marlowe & Millie. Katie has been in the surrounding arts community since childhood and is a founding Free Reign Theatre Company member. Thank you to Charles and the board for entrusting her to tell this story at the Gettys Center Courtroom to preserve the arts in the city of Rock Hill.

Courtney Morris

Courtney Morris is delighted to once again work with the Free Reign crew, having last staged managed for their production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream in 2024. Courtney has moonlighted as a stage manager in Charlotte since moving here over a decade ago, working with multiple companies including Three Bone Theatre, Proxymoron Productions, and of course, Free Reign Theatre Company. Thanks to Katie for taking her along for the ride, and to the cast for their hard work and commitment.

Noah Lake

Noah Lake is a senior at Winthrop University studying Theatre Performance. He just recently directed a season production for Winthrop’s Theatre department, Playing with Fire. Other recent roles include Romeo & Juliet (Paris/Romeo), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Oberon) and Rosmersholm (Rosmer). He is very excited to help Free Reign bring this production to life.
