Directors Message
I could not be more excited to be directing this concert style revue All Together Now! Since joining Leduc Drama Society in 2015 I have been fortunate enough to act, sing, dance, produce, mentor and direct! Each with their own unique challenges and rewards. To be completely honest the biggest reward in this show is the bond, attitude, commitment and creativity of the outstanding team! Not only does the music in this show bring a vast collection of emotions to those who witness and perform it but the joy that this team has brought me and I believe each other is beyond words. Every single person in this show (on and off the stage) has given 110% to challenge themselves and support each other, which lets be honest is why most of us do theatre! Please enjoy the rollercoaster of emotions in this show and welcome back to the theatre!

Meet the Company
Becky Gray
As a little girl, Becky wanted to learn violin. When she was told, "No, you're learning piano," she threw a fit. Three decades later, with a music degree and a piano teaching career that began in her teens, Becky is VERY grateful for her mom's decision. This July, Becky was privileged to actin Leduc Drama Society’s production of ‘A Bowl of Soup’, a play performed via Zoom. She'd like to thank her husband and three kids for their great patience as she rehearses.
Brittany Boots Currie
Boots has been with the Leduc Drama Society for about 6 years. She's performed in a number of shows both on stage and off stage, including ‘The Wedding Singer’, ‘Drinking Habits’ (#bootsisanun), and ‘Sleeping Beauty’. She is also a member of LDS' most awesome board. Off stage, she's a fur baby beautifier, saucy sister, and karaoke queen. But on stage, LDS' suggestive language coach and resident butt watcher Boots can sing a sweet tune while suddenly dropping into splits like nobody's business. “Stop the World” and enjoy the show!
Carie Fargey-Scott
Carie is honoured and excited to be performing in this celebration of theatre around the world. She has been involved with the Leduc Drama Society for longer than she’d like to admit, in roles onstage, backstage and even as a board member. She’s happy to return to performing after a brief hiatus and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. Previous favourite shows include ‘Evita’, ‘Hello, Dolly!’, ‘Sympathy Jones’, and ‘The Most Massive Woman Wins’. Enjoy the show!
Keith Gummer
This is Keith's 25th year with the Leduc Drama Society. In that time he has participated in over 40 shows with musicals including ‘Grand Hotel’, ‘Gold Dust’, and ‘South Pacific’, comedies like ‘Affections of May’, ‘The Amorous Ambassador’, and the very first show he ever did, ‘The Hand That Cradles the Rock’. Like the cast in all those shows, this one is amazing, talented, and supportive. Let’s not see any empty chairs out there. Keith hopes you all enjoy the voices!
Len Marshall
Len has been an active member at all levels of the Leduc Drama Society for the past 25 years. He has been on the executive, on stage, and backstage; but musicals are his real love. From his first show ‘Grand Hotel’ to ‘South Pacific’, ‘Hello, Dolly!’, and ‘The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas’ just to name a few. He never misses an opportunity to entertain. He is so excited to be back on stage and hopes you all enjoy our performance, and please be safe.
Megan Wagner
After the last 18 months, and Leduc Drama Society’s planned production of ‘The World Goes ‘Round’ being thwarted twice, Megan is absolutely thrilled to be getting back on stage. This is only Megan’s second musical with the Leduc Drama Society, the first being ‘Pajama Game’, and she has greatly enjoyed challenging herself and honing her skills. Megan has been involved with the Leduc Drama Society since 2010 where she was the stage manager for ‘Over the River and Through the Woods’. Since then she has been a part of many productions both on stage and off, in addition to being on the board of directors. Spending the last couple months rehearsing with this amazing cast and crew has brought her so much joy, and she hopes you enjoy this worldwide welcome back to live theatre.
Scott McKenzie
Scott is excited to FINALLY be performing onstage in his first Leduc Drama Society production. Although he came to LDS during their 2018/2019 season as the assistant stage manager for ‘Sympathy Jones’, the COVID shutdown sadly did not allow him to take to the stage with the planned LDS production of ‘The World Goes ‘Round’. But he now joins the rest of the ‘All Together Now!’ cast in welcoming you back to a live theatre event!!!! Scott is no stranger to community theatre. Since 2010, Scott has been involved in 8 productions with the East of Sixty Productions dinner theatre group, both as an actor and director. Productions included ‘A Christmas Carol’, ‘Who’s Under Where?’, ‘The Ghost Train’, ‘The Game’s Afoot’, and ‘Don’t Dress for Dinner’. Scott now also serves on the LDS Board and is thrilled to be a part of this group as they plan amazing theatre experiences for this community and beyond!!! He hopes you
enjoy this show because…finally… we are “All Together Now!”
Susanne Ritchie
Susanne is bubbling and brewing with excitement about finally being back on stage after nearly 2 years of dark theatres. As a fan of all things Broadway, the chance to sing and dance in multiple musicals in one show could not be passed up. She has been performing with the Leduc Drama Society since 1996 (21 productions and counting), in addition to East of Sixty in Devon (‘The Game's Afoot’), and Walterdale Theatre in Edmonton (4 productions including ‘Silent Sky’). Other productions took her to the ADFA One Act Festival (Best Actress 2018) and the 2019 Edmonton Fringe Festival. When not pretending to be someone else, Susanne can be found drawing portraits, playing her piano, venturing outdoors as much as possible, and baking pies. It’s wonderful to be “All Together” again!
Erin McLean
Erin, singer, actor, dancer, director, scary beyond all reason and dog mama, bringing you her particular brand of sass and vocals. Raised and escaped from Fort McMurray she holds a diploma in Music. She's played such roles as Morticia, Briar Rose and Janice Joplin as well as music directed shows such as Sleeping Beauty, Sympathy Jones, High Fidelity and Gone Country. She'd like to thank her two babes Buggz & Chubbs for listening to her hours of home rehearsals and Chels for writing this absolutely amazing bio. Time to again rock the worlds face!
Deirdre Bovaird
Deirdre began her journey in dance at the age of four and has been unstoppable ever since! Training in a multitude of styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre, heels, and jazz funk - the push to diversify herself as a performer never stops. Most recently, Deirdre began voice training with the wonderful Erin McLean and has found herself to be a more courageous artist ever since. Deirdre took the stage with Leduc Drama Society for the first time in 2017 as an assistant for the children’s cast in their production of ‘Sleeping Beauty’. She is absolutely THRILLED to be back this year, as Choreographer. When not in the studio, you will most likely find Deirdre reading, watching The Office on loop, or googling ways to restore her innocence after finishing up a rehearsal with the rest of the cast. She has yet to be successful in her search… Nevertheless, she invites you to relax, pull up a chair, as Leduc Drama Society proudly presents, ‘All Together Now!’.
Kellie Hoekstra
Kellie is excited to be in her first show with the Leduc Drama Society as the Stage Manager and Assistant Director. She has previously been on the stage with Edmonton Musical Theatre for many productions including most recently ‘Wedding Bells & Bombshells’ as well as the Leading Stars production of ‘A 1940’s Radio Christmas Carol’. When not involved with a production, you can find her singing and dancing around her house, reading, baking, and playing with makeup. If all goes according to plan, you will see her next in Edmonton Musical Theatre’s production of ‘Grease’ in 2022. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Cyndi Wagner
Cyndi has been involved with the Leduc Drama Society since its inception. From being a little one, hanging around at rehearsals to growing and learning the ropes offstage and onstage. Over the years, onstage has been trumped by offstage work. She has directed and teched more shows than she can remember. The excitement of being able to be a part of something theatrical again has been a nice change from the daily grind. The cast has been very fun to watch as they worked hard to put this together for you. Enjoy the show!

MTI's Free Musical, ALL TOGETHER NOW, Is Now Available for Licensing
Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) has just announced that theatres around the world can now license All Together Now! - A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre. This worldwide event celebrates the return of live theatre and allows organizations to locally produce and perform an exclusive musical revue featuring songs from MTI's beloved shows over the weekend of November 12-15, 2021.
MTI's All Together Now! is entirely free-of-charge to license with no royalty or rental fees. Participating organizations may license MTI's All Together Now! as a fundraiser for their theatre and perform it live, live-streamed, or a combination of both over a four-day period from November 12 - 15, 2021.
Licensees will also receive a number of MTI's innovative theatrical resources to help with rehearsals, marketing and performances - all completely free.
"The excitement for All Together Now! among our customers is growing by the day," said Drew Cohen President and CEO of MTI Worldwide. "Our theatre industry colleagues have also been incredibly supportive and we are thrilled to have a growing roster of Partners (listed below) contributing from so many disciplines within the professional theatre community. This is truly a collaborative effort, and we are all extremely excited that any and every type of theatre from schools to the pros has the opportunity to produce MTI's All Together Now! in their communities."
MTI's Chief Operating Officer and Director of Education & Development, John Prignano remarked that, "We've streamlined our licensing process for this special event and there are no restrictions or limits on how many theatres in a particular geographical area can license the revue. Instead, we hope that as many theatres as possible produce the revue on their own, or come together with other organizations in their communities to mount a joint production. We also wanted to give theatres as much creative input as possible. The revue can be presented as a concert-like performance or groups can fully stage, choreograph and costume each song as it is presented in the full version of the show. Theatres are encouraged to feature as diverse a cast as possible, in order to reflect the composition of the entire community. All Together Now! is about bringing people back to the theatre, whether as audience members or cast, crew and musicians. Productions will benefit from a variety of races, genders, abilities, body types, and sizes, so we encourage groups to spread diversity as best they can across all the roles in the production."
