EMMA MCQUEEN

From a tender young age, Emma was mesmerized by the magic of theatre while tagging along with her parents to rehearsals and performances of countless community theatre productions in which they were involved. Witnessing the passion and collaborative spirit that goes into the creation of each piece of theatre inspired Emma to become an actor and director. She is the artistic director of Brave New Productions, and has acted in and directed many productions for the company, including META-nominated productions ‘ART’, and Mistakes Were Made. She is delighted to be directing Donald Rees in another lighthearted romp, after last collaborating on the hilarious Buyer & Cellar. Emma’s acting credits include META-nominated roles in 33 Variations (Dr. Katherine Brandt) and Contractions (The Manager). Emma hopes you enjoy this heavenly visit with the big guy upstairs!

SARAH KULAGA-YOSKOVITZ

Sarah Kulaga is a Montreal-based Vocal Director and Vocal Coach who has been supporting the independent theatre community for a decade. Sarah has contributed as a Vocal & Musical Director to numerous projects over the years including: The Rocky Horror Show (Mainline Theatre), Heathers: Le Thriller Musicale(CoMUM), tick, tick...BOOM! (Rentrobuff Productions). She also offers Vocal Coaching to performers preparing for auditions, shows, etc. She is thrilled to be working with Brave New Productions as their Vocal Director for Act of God and hopes you enjoy the spanking new infinity!

DONALD REES

Donald is blessed to be reunited on and off stage with this cast and crew as Brave New Productions returns for its first step back onto the theatre scene. Most known for his 2018 performance in the one man "Buyer & Cellar" (nominated for "Best Show" and winner "Best Actor" for Montreal at the 2018 Broadway World Awards and as well as "Most Promising Company" by the Segal Centre and "Best English Comedy" by Just For Laughs) at #FringeMTL. Donald is also known for his META (Montreal English Theatre Awards) nominations for "Outstanding Male Lead" & "Outstanding Independent Production" in 2016's "Mistakes Were Made".

STEPH MCKENNA

Steph is so happy to be hitting the stage once more, in her 8th performance with the Brave New Crew, in this much anticipated post pandemic production. Past select credits include: Carré Rouge in David Fennario’s Motherhouse, Centaur Theatre, Beethoven in 33 Variations, Brave New Productions and Frank N Furtur in Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show, MainLine Theatre.

A comedic actor at heart, Steph thrives in a creative space where she can provide audiences with an uplifting and lighthearted experience. With that in mind, enjoy the show!

NIR GUZINSKI

From a childhood passion for holiday impersonations to an acting career, Nir has seamlessly transitioned from living room performances to notable roles on "Transplant", "To catch a killer" and "Snow Day." On stage, he showcased his versatility in roles like Aaron McKinney in "The Laramie Project: 10 Years Later" and contributed to the META-nominated Ensemble cast of "33 Variations." Beyond acting, Nir writes and produces sketch comedy videos, reaching an audience of over 200K fans on social media, and created the acclaimed web series "This is Gus." Nir is committed to spreading laughter and fostering creativity. His journey is fuelled by dedication to hard work, continuous learning, and a profound belief in the transformative power of storytelling. Nir would like to thank the entire cast and crew of Act of God, Donald Rees for giving him the opportunity to get back on stage after a long hiatus, and to his amazing family and friends, who continue to be there and support him.

Thank you for a wonderful evening! Witty, funny and beautifully performed. I have been a fan of Steph for many years, and as always she is excellent in her craft. I have followed Nir on social media for several years. Seeing him live was such a treat! Donald was unknown to me until today. All I can say wow! Well done! My cheeks hurt from laughing! Keep up the fantastic work all of you.
