A word from our directors-
Nikki Lund: Directing Beetlejuice Jr. has been a weird, wild, and totally rewarding ride. From the moment we stepped into the Netherworld, I knew these casts were something special. We had two casts, dozens of moving parts, and somehow—through all the organized insanity—we built something hilarious, heartfelt, and uniquely ours. They showed up, did the work, and brought these characters to life with guts and personality. Watching them grow and take ownership of this show has been one of the coolest things I’ve had the honor to be part of. This production had laughs, teamwork, and just the right amount of unhinged energy. I’m beyond proud of everyone involved.
Now... say it with me: Beetlejuice... Beetlejuice... Beetlejuice...!!
From Nikki… “Spider Queen”
Fun trivia… how did Nikki GET the name “Spider Queen”? 😉
Special Thanks to Elliot, Asher, and Ramon—my core creative team.
To my husband, Scott, and the whole building and backstage crew—thank you for building, and running it all.
To the amazing parent volunteers, cast members, and...
Find Your Light—this show exists because of you.
Endless gratitude to everyone who showed up, helped out, or believed in My vision.
You are the light of the world—and definitely mine. ❤️
Elliot Harrington: Beetlejuice has been an obsession of mine for as long as I can remember. I have enough Beetlejuice memorabilia to last a lifetime, maybe even three lifetimes. As soon as the rights for the junior production came out, I said, “I’m going to direct this.” I had no idea that would become a reality so soon after I said it.
Thanks to Find Your Light, I was given the wonderful opportunity to co-direct with the spookiest witch out there, Nikki Lund. She’s the yin to my yang, the Freddie to my Kruger, and the Beetle to my Juice. The amount of work she has put into this show is incomparable.
I couldn’t be prouder of how this show turned out. A thunderous round of applause to everyone who made this nightmare a dream come true. A huge thank you to YOU for supporting community theatre. Now, only one thing left to do. Sit back, relax, and enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy!
FIND YOUR LIGHT MENTAL WELLNESS
OUR MISSION
Across Northern Colorado, thousands of youth and adults face obstacles that hinder their personal growth. Lack of access to positive outlets, safe environments, and opportunities to explore their creative potential often leads to a decline in mental wellness. Colorado ranks 43rd in the country for mental health issues and lack of resources. Our programs have proven to be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change. However, our current facilities and resources limit our ability to serve our growing community.
FYL is launching an ambitious $2 million capital campaign to purchase a building our community can call a forever home. This building will serve as a creative hub for the Northern Colorado community. With your support, we can expand our reach and amplify our impact, offering more people the opportunity to experience the life-changing benefits of the performing arts.
Ways to Give:
- Naming Opportunities: Leave a lasting legacy by naming a space in our new facility.
- Major Gifts: Become a founding supporter of our new building.
- Monthly Giving: Pledge a recurring gift to sustain our vision and ensure our programs thrive for years to come.
