Cameron Austin Brown - Narrator, Bartender Cameron Austin Brown (He/Him) is a newcomer to Chicago after recently graduating from Oklahoma City University. Some of his favorite past roles include Philinte in 'The School for Lies', Constantine in 'The Aurora Project', and Touchstone in Oklahoma Shakespeare’s 'As You Like It'. Natalie Opoku - Detective Bella Marjorie Natalie (She/Her) began her career as an actor in the US Virgin Islands, taking on roles such as Sally Bowles in ‘Cabaret’ and Beneatha Younger in ‘A Raisin in the Sun’ at Pistarckle Theater. When she isn’t on stage, Natalie continues to develop her craft at taking classes and exploring roles on film. Natalie is thrilled to be a part of this reading of ‘Bloodshot’ and can’t wait to channel her inner detective energy!

Benjamin Jouras - Ron Roland The Baron Mattress, Ron Roland The Second, James/The Naked Man Ben (He/Him) is excited for you to see his first production with Nonesense. A Chicagoland native, Ben is active in all the strange corners of the Chicago theatre scene, including Haunted Soirees, Renaissance Faires, scholastic audiobooks, and even Northwestern University in faraway Evanston (where he also just happens to have recently graduated). Ben hopes that you will enjoy the show, and remember: if you must stay up late, may all your revels outlast your sorrows.

Jeff Brain - Stage Directions, Bass Guitar Jeff (He/Him) is a Chicago-area actor and designer performing in his first show as a Nonsense Theatre Co ensemble member. His recent performance credits include ‘Hamlet’ (Claudius), ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (Friar Lawrence), and ‘The Roaring Girl’ (Sir Beauteous). He has recently worked as a Props Designer and Scenic Carpenter at theatres including Redtwist Theatre and City Lit Theatre in Chicago, as well as The Alley Theatre (Houston, TX) and American Players Theatre (Spring Green, WI). He would like to thank everyone supporting the Arts, and to encourage you to see even more Nonsense productions in the future.

Elliott Puckette

Elliott Puckette - Director Elliott (She/They) is a director and dramaturg originally from Wisconsin. While up north they worked with theatre companies including Renaissance Theaterworks, Forward Theater Company, Mad Rogues, the Young Shakespeare Players, and StageQ. Their training includes the Richard DiPrima RISARA model, The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey Summer Professional Training Program, and Remy Bumppo Directing Fundamentals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Theatre & Drama from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was the stage manager of Nonsense Productions' first Chicago production, 'As You Like It'. Kyle David Perry

Kyle David Perry - Production Manager, Stage Manager Kyle David Perry (Any/All) is a multi-hyphenate theatre and media artist out of Chicago with a recent focus on table-top-role-playing-games, or TTRPGs. Kyle has directed and produced everything from dramatic world premieres to main-stage musicals to Shakespeare in the park with companies like Fleeing Artists Theatre and Three Brothers Theatre. Most recently they premiered and hosted a TTRPG actual-play stage show called 'The Table Top Stage' with Nonsense Productions. In addition, Kyle also produces and hosts an independent table-top centered podcast called Character Build. As Nonsense Productions’s acting Managing Director and a fan of great scripts, Kyle couldn’t be happier to be working with the excellent cast and production team of Bloodshot.

Ele Matelan

Foley Designer
Ele Matelan - Foley Designer Ele (She/Her) is a Jeff-Award nominated Foley Artist who has designed, choreographed, and performed Foley for live theatrical productions ranging from London, UK to Livonia, Michigan, and for companies such as A Red Orchid Theatre, Lifeline Theatre, Oak Park Festival Theatre, and Locked Into Vacancy Entertainment. She served as resident Foley designer for WildClaw Theatre’s Deathscribe from 2014 to 2021. She is an Artistic Associate with Prop Thtr and was a company member of The House Theatre of Chicago. Ele has guest lectured and led workshops on stage Foley at schools including Northwestern University, Harvard University, Purdue University, and the Savannah College of Art & Design. She is a featured Foley artist in the newly-released third edition of the definitive textbook on Foley, The Foley Grail, by Vanessa Theme Ament. Ele’s voice acting can be heard on Hartlife NFP’s audio dramas ‘Our Fair City’ and all 5 seasons of the BBC Best Online Audio Drama winning ‘Unwell.’

Craig Daniel Ymson - Original Recorded Music Craig Daniel Ymson (He/They) is a continuing practitioner of different art forms and music is one of them. His affection for music began at an early age as he sang, danced, and learned the piano. He has performed with multiple music ensembles including choirs and jazz bands. He looks forward to the opportunity to practice music making again. Craig would like to thank Miles Davis and Ennio Morricone for the inspiration!
