Ella Vinklarek
Ella is a senior at Bastrop High School. Ella has been acting since 5 years old. Her most recent performances include "Elle Woods" in Legally Blonde, "Antigone" in Too Much Memory, and "Omma" in Ghetto. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been working with friends and learning a new style of dance. She would like to dedicate her performance to her parents, family, and friends who give her so much support. She loves you all so very much!
Meghan O’Brien
Meghan is a senior at Bastrop High School and has been doing theatre since the 6th grade. Her recent productions include “Vivian” in Legally Blonde, “Eurydice” in Too Much Memory, and “Elizabeth” in I Am Frankenstein. Her favorite thing about Chicago is all of the really cool dances she gets to help with and even choreographing some of her own. She dedicates this performance to her parents. Even though they don’t have to deal with driving her to practice anymore, she is forever grateful to them for continually supporting her passion.
Chavin Medina
Chavin is a junior at Bastrop High School. Chavin has been acting since he was 6 years old. His most recent performances include “Sonny” in In the Heights, “Nathan Detroit” in Guys and Dolls, and “The Scarecrow” in The Wizard of Oz. His favorite thing about Chicago has been spending time with and making new friends, playing the local Pepto Bismol ambassador, making his friends laugh, and putting together a great show with the cast and crew. He would like to dedicate this performance to his family, his abuelita, and all of the people who have supported him through the years.
Zoe Zepeda
Zoe is a junior at Bastrop High School. Zoe has been acting since eighth grade. Her most recent performances include “Paulette” in Legally Blonde and “Barnes” in Too Much Memory. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been being a part of the production, as Chicago is a favorite show of hers. She would like to dedicate her performance to the chickens she would not stop talking about in rehearsals. We get it, you love the chickens.
Ronnie Moore
Ronnie is a sophomore at Bastrop High School and has been acting since 8th grade. Ronnie has been very active in the Bear Stage Theatre Co. His most recent productions are “Too Much Memory” and “Legally Blonde” He was also nominated for a Heller Award! His favorite thing about Chicago The Musical is how much of a Razzle Dazzle it is! He dedicates this performance to His sister Stassia! Enjoy the show!
Sofia Garcia
Sofia is a junior at Bastrop High School, and she has been acting since the start of her freshman year. Her most recent performances include “Barnes Understudy” in Too Much Memory and “Mary Magdalene” in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been the energy everyone brings to each rehearsal and being around her wonderful cast mates. She would like to dedicate her performance to her friends and family, and those who have been there from the start, but most importantly, she'd like to dedicate her performance to her friends, Angel and Donna. Stay gold, Ponyboy(s).
Alia Pambrun
Alia is a sophomore at Bastrop High School. She has been involved in theater since 4th grade and her most recent performances include Make it Stop, Too Much Memory, and Legally Blonde. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been forming bonds with her cast mates and improving. She would like to dedicate her performance to Peyton. Peyton is the corpse to Alia's coffin.
Khai Pormprasong
Khai is a sophomore at Bastrop High School. Khai has been acting
since 7th grade in Fame Jr. The Musical. Her most recent performances
include “Margot” in Legally Blonde and “Ismene” in Too Much
Memory (B Cast). She has also been nominated for “Best Featured Performer (Individual) in her freshman year. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been dancing and teaching those who missed rehearsals, overall being able to help with choreography. She would like to dedicate her performance to her family, friends, and directors who cheer her on!
Abby Delgado
Abby is a sophomore at Bastrop High School. She has been acting since age 5 and her most recent performance was in Make It Stop. Her favorite thing about Chicago has been working with her amazing cast mates and friends, as well as learning her Hungarian monologue. Abby would like to dedicate her performance to her parents, her brother, and her grandparents. She appreciates all of the time that they have dedicated to auditions, rehearsals, and performances. Her family's support means the world to her.
Peyton White
Peyton is a senior at Bastrop High School. She has been performing since her freshman year, which include “Serena” in Legally Blonde, “Eurydice Understudy” in Too Much Memory, and “Blaire” in Make it Stop. She would like to dedicate her performance to her parents and her sister Parker.
Vitor Larson-Parachini
Vitor is a sophomore at Bastrop High School. He has been acting since 2018 at his schools, local opera house, and small films! Some of his recent productions include The Sawyer Family Massacre, Make It Stop, Legally Blonde and more! Vitor said his favorite thing about Chicago, “is getting to work with my awesome director, Hastings, and my amazing fellow cast and crew of Chicago”. Lastly, Vitor dedicates his performance and future presence on more stages to his supporting brother Denali, sister Rhia, mother Raeanne , and father Chris.
Hunter Bordonaro
Hunter is a junior at Bastrop High School. He has been in theatre since he was in seventh grade. Some of the other shows he has been in were Legally Blonde, Too Much Memory, Ghetto, and I Am Frankenstein. His favorite thing about Chicago is the style of dance. He dedicates his preformance to his wonderful mother,” Love you mom.”
Grayson Croft
Grayson Croft is a freshman at Bastrop High School, and unlike these
insane people, Grayson has only been acting since the 8th grade with
the play "Yes Virginia, There Is a Santa Claus". His most recent plays
include "IC" in Highly Theatrical Terms, "Burton Everhart" in A Window
for Murder, and "Judas Iscariot" in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. His
favorite thing about Chicago has been being able to meet new friends
he will spend the rest of his high school years with. He would like to
dedicate his performance to his family, friends, and you. Yes, you
reading this, thanks for actually showing up!
Trinity Whitson
Trinity is a junior in Bastrop High School. This is her first year acting but she has been dancing for 5 years. Her favorite part or Chicago is Cell Block Tango and We Both Reached For the Gun. Her performance is dedicated to her family who has been there for her through thick and thin.
Abby Hoang
Abby is a junior at Bastrop High School. Abby has been dancing since she was 3 and she is a Honey Bear, but this is her first time acting and in a musical. She decided to audition for Chicago because it is her favorite musical ever. Her favorite thing about Chicago is to be on the stage in costume with the cool lighting, surrounded by energetic people that always make her smile and that she can learn a lot from. She would like to dedicate this performance to her mom, Ted, her friends, her teachers, and those who support and cheer her on for everything she does.
Mikel Peña
Mikel is a freshman who has been involved in theatre for two years now.He was in bastrop middle school’s Yes Virginia, there is a Santaclaus and Highly Theatrical Terms.His favorite thing about Chicago is meeting new people.He is dedicating this performance to his family, immediate and extended.
Mauricio Garcia
Mauricio is a junior at Bastrop High School, and has been doing theater since the start of his sophomore year. He has done acting for Last Days of Judas Iscariot and Chicago, and Tech for Legally Blonde, Too Much Memory, Last Days of Judas Iscariot, and Chicago. His favorite thing about Chicago is the music and the fun during production. He dedicates to his late uncle who loved historic scenery.
Audrey Hernandez
Audrey is in the 10th grade at Bastrop High School. Audrey has been acting since her freshman year, featuring in Legally Blonde as Enid Hoopes and UIL 2022 Too Much Memory as the Chorus understudy. Her favorite thing about Chicago is the amazing memories she's made in the Bastrop theatre company family. She wishes to continue her dream in acting and tech with her friends who she is grateful to have support her. She dedicates her performance to her parents who always drive her to rehearsals and her friends who have supported her since she moved to Bastrop in the 2021 year.
Olivia Wyrick
Olivia is a freshman at Bastrop High School. Olivia has been acting since her 7th grade show Radium Girls. Her most recent performances include, Make It Stop, A Window For Murder and Highly Theatrical Terms. Her favorite thing about Chicago is Razzle Dazzle and the people she’s met. Olivia would like to dedicate her performance to her parents, her younger brother and her great grandparents. They’ve been nothing but supportive. Thank you for driving Olivia everywhere, Kristi.
Amber Torres
Amber is a junior at Bastrop High school. She has been doing dance for five years. She has been in Honeybears for three years. This is her third production. She was ensemble in “Legally Blonde” and was also in a senior directed show “Make it Stop”. Her favorite part in Chicago is the dance number in “All That Jazz”. She dedicates her performance to her mother, for giving her support and encouragement every day.
Lex Hastings
Lex is a 2018 graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Theatre Education EC-12. She’s been performing since age 10 and directing since she was 15, and writing since she was 20. Her most recent directorials have been I am Frankenstein, Ghetto, Legally Blonde, and Too Much Memory, and Chicago. Later this fall her theatre company will debut her new play, Precious Agony. Her kids call her Queen Hay Hay and she loves teaching at Bastrop High School. She would like to dedicate this show to her late friend, Trenton Johnson. He was the best dancing baby.
Czar Springs
Springs has worked at Bastrop High School since the Fall of 2019 and has been involved with the Bear Stage Theater Company as the Technical Director since Spring of 2021. Springs’ favorite thing about being a tech is getting to build bigger and bigger sets. They are very grateful for the opportunity to get to work with great kids as well as direct with some of their very favorite people. They dedicate this show to their Momma, who is watching every show from the best seat in the house.
Nicole Chicoria
Nicole Chicoria is the Assistant Director for the Bear Stage Theatre Company and Teaches English II at Bastrop High School. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in English. This is Ms. Chicoria's second year helping with the Bear Stage Theatre Company and she can’t believe they are still letting her show up. (She’s the weird one) Ms. Chicoria enjoys spending time reading, writing, sewing (more like finger pricking), collecting quarters, and spending time with her cat Alfred who consistently whines when she isn’t at home. Ms. Chicoria would like to dedicate this performance to her family and friends who have been through the thick of it all and have showed up to each performance whether in spirit or sitting out there, where you are sitting now in the audience!
