Marilyn Nichols
Marilyn Nichols is 15 years old and goes to Shelby County Highschool. You may have seen Marilyn in other shows such as Lucy in A Charlie Brown Christmas, Storyteller 3 in Shrek Jr., Wizard of Oz, and Frozen Jr. When Marilyn is at home, she likes to dance, draw, and sing. Marilyn's favorite thing about camp is seeing her friends.
Willow Horton
Willow Horton is 10 years old and attends Shelby Elementary School. You may have seen Willow in other shows such as Frozen Jr., Gulliver's Travels, and A Charlie Brown Christmas. When Willow is at home, she likes to sing, draw, and play softball. Willow's favorite thing about camp is lunch.
Kaley Van Houten
Kaley Van Houten is 10 years old. Kaley attends Chelsea Park Elementary School. You may have seen Kaley in her theatre debut as a Bird Girl in Seussical Jr. When Kaley is at home, she likes to practice singing Disney songs. Kaley's favorite thing about camp is her counselors.

Lynix McCoy
Lynix McCoy is 9 years old and attends Chelsea Park Elementary School. You may have seen Lynix in School House Rock Live Jr. last summer. When Lynix is at home, she likes to craft, watch TV, and play by herself. Lynix's favorite thing about camp is her friends, her counselors, and performing the show.

Lily Penhale is 11 years old and homeschooled. You may have seen Lily is her theatre debut as a Bird Girl in Seussical Jr. When Lily is at home, she likes to talk to her friends on Messenger Kids. Lily's favorite thing about camp is the people and her friends.
Elias Lambert
Elias Lambert is 8 years old and homeschooled. You may have seen Elias in School House Rock Live Jr., and Seussical Jr. as Elephant Bird. When Elias is at home, he likes to watch shark puppet, dance, draw, and play sports. Elias' favorite thing about camp is performing the play.

Taylor Collins is 12 years old and attends Thompson Middle School. You may have seen Taylor in Annie Jr. When Taylor is at home, she likes to sing, hang out with her family, and draw. Taylor's favorite thing about camp is meeting new people and making fun crafts.

Brinlee Scott is 10 1/2 years old and attend Wilsonville Elementary School. This is Brinlee's theatre debut! When Brinlee is at home, she likes to paint, draw, and play games. Brinlee's favorite thing about camp is everybody and everything!
Andrew Collins
Andrew Collins is 13 years old and is homeschooled. You may have seen Andrew as Mr. Mayor in Seussical Jr. When Andrew is at home, he likes to watch movies. Andrew's favorite thing about camp is the people.
Jules Hague
Jules is 11 years old and attends Columbiana Middle School. You may have seen Jules is various show such as Shrek Jr. as Baby Bear, School House Rock Live Jr., Gulliver's Travels, Matilda Jr., and My Life as a Musical. When Jules is at home, she likes to watch Young Sheldon, make bracelets, swim, and tumble. Jules favorite thing about camp is helping Elias.
Ruth Stovall
Ruth Stovall is 11 years old and attends C.E.H Elementary. You may have seen Ruth in Matilda Jr. as Nigel, the Wizard in Wizard of Oz, Annie Jr. as Pepper, Gulliver's Travels as Princess, and School House Rock Live. Jr. When Ruth is at home, she likes to sing, jump on the trampoline, and play with her brothers Gabriel and Daniel. Ruth's favorite thing about camp is getting to make new friends and having fun during rehearsals.

Evelyn Burnham
Evelyn Burnham is 10 years old and homeschooled. You may have seen Evelyn in Gulliver's Travels and School House Rock Live Jr. When Evelyn is at home, she likes to do gymnastics. Evelyn's favorite thing about camp is all of it.
Lena Rios
I am the resident Youth Theatre Instructor for The Theatre Corner at SCAC. During the day, I am the Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager for SCAC. By night, I am the Youth Theatre Instructor! This year in addition to directing the camp, I will also be teaching choreography. I received my BS in Theatre at the University of Montevallo in Spring of 2025. I came to SCAC in the Fall of 2024 as an intern, and was hired full time after I graduated. I have been working in children’s theatre since I was a senior in high school (2022). I actually first came to SCAC in the Summer of 2023, where I stage managed that year’s summer production Matilda Jr. Since I was hired, I have been teaching theatre workshops and directing shows. Our most recent production, Seussical Jr., was a smash hit! At home, I love to read! As of May, I have read 21 books. My goal for this year is 60! I also love to play board games, craft, and hang out with my two cats- Soot Sprite and Lester.
Claire Temple
Claire Temple is a sophomore theatre student at the University of Montevallo and has been acting for over seventeen years. When she is not onstage or backstage, she enjoys dressing in ridiculously theatrical garments, writing and directing short films, reading pretentious novels and playing punk rock anthems on her bass guitar. She would love to thank each and every camper for working so hard to bring the magic of this show to life!
Ruth Turner
Ruth Turner is a junior in high school and is thrilled to be part of this productions crew. She has a deep love for theatre and has been involved both onstage and behind the scenes, including acting, assistant directing, music directing, and choreographing for children’s productions in the past. When she’s not performing, Ruth enjoys photography, singing everything from musicals to Christian in the car, and volunteering in her community. She hopes to pursue a future in theatre and working with children, possibly as a director or performer. Ruth would like to thank her family and friends for their constant support and encouragement.
Nyx Griffith
Nyx just finished their freshman year at the University of Montevallo, majoring in BFA Theatre Design/Tech with an Arts Administration Minor. They often work in costumes and makeup, but also have a passion for stage management. Their recent credits include: Assistant Stage Manager for Seussical here at the Shelby County Arts Council, Makeup Design Assistant for American Idiot, Assistant Head of Wardrobe for Romeo and Juliet, Light Board operator for Godspell, Costume Design Assistant for Alice by Heart at The University of Montevallo, and Assistant Stage Manager for Mamma Mia at Sylacauga High School. They are super excited to be Stage Managing at the Shelby County Arts Council again and hope you enjoy the show!
Olivia Reaves
Olivia is an upcoming junior BFA Musical Theatre major and a BFA Art major at the University of Montevallo. Theatre has been her passion since she was 7 years old. She has worked as a camp counselor since 2022 and as a Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager since 2024. Some roles she has played include Mock Mock Turtle/Ensemble (Alice by Heart) and Stephanie (POTUS). Most recently, Olivia performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City with The Amy Murphy Studio Singers and other choral groups. There, they performed with John Rutter, singing his Requiem as well as the New York debut of his song “I’ll Make Me a World.” Olivia is incredibly proud of these kids and is excited for you all to see all their hard work!
A'Moray Abrams
A'Moray Abrams is a junior in the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with an Acting Concentration and an Arts Administration Minor at the University of Montevallo. She has a passion for the art of theatre and all things acting, but she also has worked in the management realm of theatre. Her recent engagements in management includes: Usher for Romeo and Juliet, Assistant House Management for Alice by Heart, and Prop Manager for Cabaret at the University of Montevallo. Acting roles she has performed include: Paulette in Legally Blonde Jr., Mother Superior in Sister Act Jr., Sarafina in Lion King Jr., Artist Woman in Haunted Carousel, and Madeline in Haunted Carousel at Calera High School.
Reagan Parrott
Reagan Parrott is a recent graduate of the University of Montevallo. She loves all things theatre, but you’ll mostly find her in the shop creating props. Her previous shows include Little Shop of Horrors, The Glass Menagerie, Cabaret, Punk Rock Girl, Pippin, as well as many others. Reagan was recently hired at the Hoover Public Library! She is so thankful for the opportunity to work with the Shelby County Arts Council, and she hopes you enjoy the show as much as she has enjoyed working on it!
Medarda Roberts
Medara is an upcoming freshman at the University of Alabama where she will be studying creative media with a minor in musical theatre. After a year, she plans to transfer to drama school. She has been involved in theatre since she was 14, particularly children's theater. Doing this camp reminds her of her passion for teaching people, especially kids, to love the arts and to embrace creativity.

Callie Burnham
Callie Burnham is 13 years old and homeschooled. This is Callie's second year stage managing for the theatre, her first show being School House Rock Live Jr. When Callie is at home, she likes to ride horses. Callie's favorite thing about camp is lunch and full run throughs.
