Hello, everyone!
I want to thank you on behalf of the creative team and all of our amazing cast for spending your time with us today. We’re so excited for you to see what we’ve been working on since August.
I want to give a huge thank you to the costume team and set team. This took so much time and energy to look for, gather, fit and build all of these. Thank you!!!
Thank you to my sound, lighting and tech crew for everything you did to help make this production come to life.
Thank you to my creative team. It was such a blessing this season working with you all and making the vision become a reality.

Meet the Company
Nyx Arcos
Nyx is a 6th-grader at West Jefferson Middle School. Nyx enjoys skiing, swimming, climbing, sailing, traveling, camping and playing Roblox. She also plays guitar and piano. She has a Portuguese Water Dog named Rio. Her prior performance was Frozen. Thank you to everyone who helps bring these shows together.
Talon Brown
Talon is an eighth grader at West Jefferson Middle School. She enjoys reading, traveling, singing, and spending time with her friends. Elf is Talon’s first Stagedoor performance, and she is really excited to be part of it. Talon has been in several talent shows, including Evergreen’s Got Talent and she has recently performed with the All County Choir. Talon is looking forward to this show and hopefully being involved with more in the future.
Cassidy Croxton
Cassidy Croxton is a middle schooler at West Jeff Middle School. Cassidy enjoys reading, singing, dancing, and writing. Her prior performances include Castles and Dragons, Pure Imagination, the Big Bad Musical, and Frozen Junior.
Jaden Danhorn
Jaden Danhorn is a student at WJMS. He enjoys being outside, camping, skiing and gaming. He likes spending time with and taking care of his bearded dragon Thor and cat Loki. He plays Cello and loves music. In his spare time he has fun learning practical skills in scouting, practicing Taikwando, football and other sports. Prior to this, he played Swill in How I Became A Pirate at Stagedoor. He would like to thank his family and creative team for their support.
Emily Davis
Emily is a 7th grader at WJMS. She enjoys taekwondo and being outside. This is her third performance at StageDoor. Last fall she played Tweedle Dee in Alice in Wonderland and she was Amaryllis in The Music Man in the spring. Emily is grateful to have good family and friends. She is very excited about Elf and hopes you enjoy the show!
Madeline Ellsworth
Madeline is in sixth grade at West Jefferson Middle School. She enjoys art, music, and performing in plays and musicals, especially with StageDoor Theatre! This is her second ensemble with StageDoor, and she looks forward to being a part of this family for many more shows to come.
Margo Force
Margo is 13 years old and she is an 8th grader at Rocky Mountain Academy. Her prior performances were Mary Poppins, Rock of Ages, Alice in Wonderland, and The Music Man. She enjoys mountain biking on the Conifer High School mountain bike team and she also likes skiing, or anything outdoors. She would like to thank Mr. Sage for being an awesome funny director, Katie for teaching the cast fun dances, and Mrs. Alexandria for making sure we know what notes to sing in our songs.
Addy Ford
Addy Ford goes to West Jefferson Middle School. She likes to do all sorts of art and swims for the Evergreen Hurricanes. This is her first performance at StageDoor.
Cora Gough
Cora is an eighth grader at West Jeff Middle School. This is her third performance at StageDoor. When she is not at the theater, she enjoying swimming, skiing, and hanging out with friends and her little brother.
Taryn Gray
Taryn is a seventh grader at West Jeff Middle School. She enjoys reading, writing stories and music, listening to music and hanging out with friends. Her prior shows include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Schoolhouse Rock Jr., Annie Jr., Miracle in Miami, and Beetlejuice. She would like to thank her family, friends, and the creative team for their help and support.
Malana Heublein
Malana is a bright and spirited 14-year-old who seems to have been born with a spotlight in her heart. Now in 8th grade, she has already brought characters to life in Frozen, Seussical the Musical, Into the Woods, and The Music Man, each time sprinkling a little extra magic onstage.
Known for her kindness, creativity, and the way she lights up any room, she adores theater almost as much as she loves skiing down snowy slopes, crocheting her latest masterpiece, and laughing with friends. She’s thrilled to be part of this production and hopes her joy for performing shines through every moment she’s onstage. Let the show begin!
Cora Holajter
Cora is a 6th grader at WJMS. She has been in many performances with MYM and The Venue. Cora has also performed at the Junior Theatre Festival- she declares that her favorite theatre experience to date! Some of her other favorites include 13. Jr, Honk!, and Beetlejuice. When she isn’t at rehearsals for her most recent show, you can find her playing lacrosse, reading, or doing arts and crafts. Cora would like to thank the entire cast and crew for all that they have done to make this show so special! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Liberty Hunt
Liberty is in 7th grade at West Jeff Middle School. She enjoys writing, playing guitar in a band with friends, reading with a cat on her lap, and dark humor. This is Liberty’s first production with StageDoor Theater, but she has been doing community theater for the last 5 years. She is so happy that you’re here to support the Elf Jr. cast and crew, and hopes you enjoy the show!
Maureen Keane
Maureen (MJ) is 12 years old, attends West Jeff Middle School and in her 2nd show at Stagedoor. She is loving theatre so far. She also enjoys skiing, drawing, Girl Scouts, hanging out with friends and the doggies Archie, Colt and Chonkey. MJ would like to thank her parents for supporting her doing theatre.
Harmony LeRoy
Harmony LeRoy is a 6th grader at WJMS. She enjoys theater, cats, making crafts, and being funny. She has previously acted in Alice in Wonderland in AZ. She is so grateful for StageDoor Theater and the community she has there.
Oliver McCloskey
Oliver McCloskey is thrilled to be back on the StageDoor stage for his fourth production! An 8th grader at West Jeff Middle School, Oliver is excited to take on the role of Mr. Greenway.
When he's not rehearsing, Oliver can be found hitting the slopes, playing tennis, or participating in TSA at school. He thanks the cast and crew for an incredible experience!
Miles Mitchell
Miles plays Michael Hobbs in this production of Elf jr. He is an 11 year old sixth grader at West Jefferson Middle School. This is his sixth show, and his third at StageDoor. Other roles he has had are Charlie Bucket and Olaf. Miles's main hobbies are playing games with friends and drawing. Miles would like to thank the creative team, his parents, grandparents, and sister who all have supported him! And finally, he really hopes you enjoy the show!
Brielle Musolff
Brielle is in 8th grade and loves to entertain on stage! This is her 21st show, and her favorite roles include Anna in Frozen, Specs in Newsies, and Barbara in Beetlejuice. She is thrilled to be part of this production. She's had so much fun with the middle school company these past 2 years and wishes the cast and crew a Merry Christmas!
Alice Ogdon
Alice Ogdon is a sixth grader at West Jefferson Middle School. Alice enjoys volleyball, performing at StageDoor, running and reading. Her prior performances include Castles and Dragons, Pure Imagination, Big Bad Wolf and Frozen. She would like to thank her family, friends and everyone at Stage Door for believing in her.
Jackie Penrod
This is Jackie's 6th show at StageDoor. She is a big fan of Christmas songs, especially the perennial favorite "Last Christmas" by Wham.
Caroline Randa
Caroline is in 7th grade at Evergreen Country Day School. In addition to a love of theater, Caroline plays volleyball, enjoys skiing, and hanging out with friends and her cousins. Her prior performances include Legally Blonde, High School Musical, and the Rules of Comedy. She would like to thank her sister Eloise and her parents for their support!
Meredith Schmid
Meredith is an 8th grader at West Jeff Middle School. She enjoys skiing, and hanging out with friends. Her prior performances include Alice in Wonderland and Music Man. She would like to thank her family for all of their support especially her older sister Matilda who got her into theater. She would also like to thank her mom for all of the support she had given Meredith.
Hadley Skerl
Hadley Skerl is a sixth grader at West Jeff Middle School. Hadley enjoys reading, athletics and spending time with friends. Hadley has been acting in shows at StageDoor since 2018. She would like to thank her family for always being there, and her friends for supporting her.
Elodie Stotts
Elodie is a 6th grader at WJMS. This is her fifth production at StageDoor. She enjoys performing, writing, violin, reading and being around her friends. She has been a part of Castles and Dragons, Pure Imagination, Big Bad Musical and Frozen. She would like to thank the creative team at StageDoor who’s hard work make the productions possible.
Stella Stroop
Stella Stroop is an 8th grader at West Jefferson Middle School. In her free time, Stella enjoys, singing, skiing, and hanging out with her friends and family. This is her 9th show with StageDoor. Her prior performances include Alice, in Alice in Wonderland, Alma, in The Music Man, Regina, in Rock of Ages, and Bird Woman, in Marry Poppins. This is her first time putting on a christmas production, and she wants to thank her creative team and fellow cast members. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Bridgette Swatowski
Bridgette is a cheerful 7th grader. Her hobbies are crafting, painting, playing piano, skiing and golfing. Playing Shawanda in Elf is her very first part. She is extremely happy to be part of this play. Gratitudes go to her uber parents and theater staff.
Macy Vakoc
Macy Vakoc is a 6th grader at West Jeff Middle School. Durning her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, learning piano, skiing with her family, and singing. This is Macy’s fifth show here at Stagedoor. These shows include Castles and Dragons, Broadway Junior Review, Big Bad Musical, and Frozen. Macy loves Stagedoor and hopes to continue all throughout high school. She thanks you for coming to see Elf and hopes you enjoy the show!
Katie Waldron
Katie is in 7th grade at West Jefferson Middle School. In addition to theater she enjoys playing piano and reading. This is her 6th show at StageDoor. She would like to thank her family for helping her practice and encouraging her.
Emily Walker
Emily Walker is a 6th grader at West Jeff Middle School. Outside of Stagedoor she enjoys swimming, playing violin and spending time with her cats and dog. Her prior performances at Stagedoor have included Castles and Dragons, Big Bad musical and Frozen. She would like to thank Mr. Sage, Ms. Alexandria, Katie and everyone who helps out at Stagedoor. She would also like to thank her parents, grandparents and sister for all their support.
Sage Wartgow
Sage Wartgow is the most Christmassy Christmas enthusiast in her entire family. So naturally, fate handed her the role of Walter Hobbs — the grumpiest, most spreadsheet-loving non-believer north of Midtown. When not pretending to despise cheer, Sage can be found putting up holiday decorations the day after Halloween, aggressively quoting Home Alone, and reminding the audience that any “bah humbug” moments tonight are purely acting. Seriously just ACTING. She has already apologized to Santa. Sage is an 8th grader at WJMS and this will be her 9th production at StageDoor where her roles have included the sneaky Charlie Cowell in The Music Man, to the misguided Franz in Rock of Ages, to the unhinged March Hare in Alice in Wonderland. Clearly a pattern is developing. She hopes the show helps brighten your holiday!
Sienna Winters
Sienna is an eighth grader at Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen and this is her seventh performance at StageDoor. She enjoys skiing, reading, drawing, and theater. She would like to thank the creative team here at Stagedoor for all that they do, as well as her fellow cast mates for making this production so fun! Sienna hopes that you enjoy the show, and that you have a happy holiday season!
Kris Sage
Kris graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor's degree in Music, and a minor in Theatre. His senior thesis was on music and autism. Kris has over thirty years of experience singing, dancing and acting in choirs and theatrical productions. He learned from some of the best teachers and conductors in the country, including a Grammy judge, and an American Choral Directors Association Hall of Fame conductor. He was the music director for Northland Chorale from 2016-2018 and assistant music director at West Bowles Community Church from 2016-2020. He was the choir and drama teacher at West Jefferson Middle School from fall of 2016 to spring of 2025 and is currently the Choir/Theatre Director at Ken Caryl Middle School in Littleton.
Since joining StageDoor in 2017, Kris has directed thirteen junior company productions, was music director/co-director for senior company’s spring 2023 production of Singin’ In The Rain and the music director for the 2023 summer production of Footloose and the 2024 senior company production of Legally Blonde.
Kris thanks his wife for always letting him toss ideas around, these amazing kids for always challenging him to improve as a director, the creative team for helping this vision become reality, StageDoor Theatre for giving him the opportunity to share his passion for theatre with the kids of this community, and you all for spending your time with us today.
Alexandria Bernhardt
Alexandria Bernhardt is a graduate of Regis University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance, a minor in Peace and Justice, and a Leadership certificate. Alexandria has studied vocal pedagogy and has a passion for teaching students to not only become great performers, but also to be aware of the way their instrument works, and how to be a well rounded performer. With eighteen years of singing experience, her performance credits include Judy in 9 to 5, Rosie in Mamma Mia!, Marie in Cinderella, Magenta/Usherette in The Rocky Horror Show, and Ensemble/Portia Understudy in Something Rotten!. Alexandria has been directing and music directing musicals for the last three years, and has taught lessons privately for the last year. She teaches private, voice, piano, and ukulele at DaVinci Center for Musical Arts in Broomfield, CO. Some teaching credits include Music Man Kids, Alice in Wonderland Jr., Frozen Kids, and Anastasia, actively directing at the lovely Stagedoor Theatre. At Stagedoor Theatre Alexandria teaches all three education companies, she loves her Stagedoor kiddos!
She is so incredibly proud of the hard work these students have put into this show. Their growth the last couple of years is extremely clear, especially in their care for what they do on and off stage.
Alexandria would like to thank everyone at Stagedoor for their confidence in her, trust, and support. She would also like to thank her fiancé for his support and listening ear for endless silly student stories.
Katie Bowlin
Katie Bowlin is a senior at Conifer High School, and Elf Jr. is her 5th show choreographing and her fourth show getting to work with Mr.Sage and the Premier company! Previous credits include Music Man Jr., Alice in Wonderland Jr, the Big Bad Musical, Rock of Ages Jr., and Castles and Dragons. In addition to choreography, Katie has participated in 23 shows here at Stagedoor, and is very excited to make her 24th with Shrek in the Spring. Recently, you may have seen Katie as Ariel in the Little Mermaid, Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Eurydice in Hadestown, Betty Haynes in White Christmas, and Lily in Anastasia. Katie would love to give a very special thanks to her best friends on the creative team during this amazing show and the entirety of StageDoor for making this the most wonderful place on Earth! Enjoy the show!

Nate Florence
Nate is a Junior at Conifer High School, and while he is no stranger to the StageDoor stage, this is his first time on the student creative team. He is so impressed with this amazing cast and very thankful for this opportunity. Collaborating with Mr. Sage and other members of the creative team has been a wonderful learning experience. Smiling is our favorite!
Charlie Van Beek
Charlie is a Senior at Conifer High School when she is not working with the middle school she is either acting on stage or lifeguarding at Pirates Cove or at gymnastics! This is Charlie’s 1st show as student director but her 30th in the theater industry! She has had an amazing time working with all the kids on this show and can’t wait for more to come! She hopes you enjoy the show <3
