Jodie Marie Amiot

is absolutely gobsmacked to be a part of "The Fiddler on the Roof" in her debut appearance with The Player's Guild Theatre, and her first Musical since High School! While a newcomer to this stage, Jodie has been a front of house volunteer for many years cheering on her husband and children. She wants to thank each of them for their constant support and love. After being away from the stage since high school, Jodie came back to acting in 2020 to join Avenue Arts as Clairee in Steel Magnolias. Other favorite roles with the Blue Macaroon Theatre in Doylestown Ohio include Ruth Condomine in Blithe Spirit, M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias, and Daphne Mills in the premier showing of The Missing Case of Lady Abernathy . When not on stage, Jodie revels in her role as wife and mother. You will find her tirelessly supporting the Northwest Choir and Theatre program as a Choir Booster and serving as a Scout Volunteer through the Local Scout Councils. Jodie wants to thank the Directors, choreographer and cast for sharing their passion and storytelling. Jodie hopes you love this poignant story of family, faith, tradition, and connection. She wants to thank God for all his blessings always.

Brittainy Bennett

is delighted to be returning for her fourth show on the PGT stage! Her previous theatrical appearances include Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical, Legally Blonde: The Musical, and A Year with Frog and Toad. She is thrilled to be back doing what she loves and thanks you for supporting this rich tradition of live theater. L’chaim, and enjoy the show!

Jocelynn Benson

is very pleased to be in her sixth Players Guild production! Jocelynn is currently a student at Kent State University where she is majoring in theatre studies and minoring in dance. She has studied dance for 14 years and is currently a dance teacher at On Pointe Arts. Some of Jocelynn’s past roles include Chicago: Teen Edition (Velma Kelly), Hairspray (Ensemble), Legally Blonde (Delta Nu), A Christmas Carol (Emma/Dance Choreographer), and A Year With Frog and Toad (Ladybird, Turtle, Dance Captain). Adam Cerrezuela

is excited to return to the Players Guild and join this talented cast in this fantastic show. He was last seen with the Players Guild in their production of Newsies in 2018. He has performed in numerous productions throughout Ohio and New Mexico. Some of his favorites include Avenue Q (Trekkie Monster), The Importance of Being Earnest (Algernon), and Into the Woods (The Baker). In his free time he also enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and travelling. He wants to thank his family and friends for their support of him in all aspects of his life. L'chaim!

Gianna Chase

is thrilled to return to Players Guild Theatre, where she was most recently seen this spring as Hortensia in Matilda the Musical. Recent credits include Marcy in School of Rock (ACT), Annie in Annie Jr. (Rubber City Theatre), Sebastian in The Little Mermaid Jr. (SHS) as well as appearing in Hadestown Teen Edition (Phoenix Performing Arts), The Wizard of Oz (Rubber City Theatre), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Matilda the Musical (Weathervane Playhouse). She is a proud member of The Weathervane Musical Theatre Company and studies voice with Ms. Sue Wallin. This spring she won first place in her division at The Great Lakes Regional NATS Vocal Competition. Gianna is incredibly grateful to the team at Players Guild for allowing her to be a part of this beautiful story of tradition and resilience.

PJ Chavez

PJ Chavez is thrilled to return to the Players Guild stage! He serves as Director of Mission and Ministry at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital and Director of Music at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Green, Ohio. With a lifelong passion for music and the arts, PJ plays several instruments and has been active in church music ministry for more than 25 years. PJ has appeared in numerous productions at Players Guild Theatre, North Canton Playhouse, and Stage Door Studios. Some of his favorite credits include Jesus in Cotton Patch Gospel; Judah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat; the Jester in Once Upon a Mattress; Rapunzel’s Prince and the Baker in Into the Woods; Aggie in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas; Abner Zook in Plain and Fancy; Ambrose Kemper in Hello, Dolly!; Mr. Laurence in Little Women; Bob Cratchit and Fezziwig in A Christmas Carol; Charlie Brown in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown in The World According to Snoopy; Lord Savage and Spider in Jekyll & Hyde; and an Egyptian Guard and Jethro in The Prince of Egypt. He has also appeared in the musical Working. PJ is truly honored to portray the Rabbi in Fiddler on the Roof and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the incredibly talented cast and crew at Players Guild Theatre!

Peyton Chevraux

Peyton is an 8th grade student at North Canton Middle School where he participates in the school choir and plays trombone. He has previously been seen at the Players guild as Charlie Bucket in Willy Wonka, Michael Banks in Mary Poppins and Edmund in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. He has also been a Patrick in his school's production of SpongeBob the Musical. Peyton would like to thank his parents for getting him to and from every rehearsal, and the entire cast for being so supportive and going through the long process alongside him.

Sara Christenson

Sara studied Music Dance Theatre at Brigham Young University, where she performed and toured internationally with the Young Ambassadors. Her passion for the performing arts began at Lifehouse Academy of Performing Arts, where she trained in dance for 18 years. Recent favorite credits include Cathy in The Last Five Years, Jen in John & Jen, and Amalia in She Loves Me. She is grateful to be part of this production and hopes you enjoy the show!

Benjamin Clarke

is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), where he trained in acting, musical theater, vocal performance, and dance. His previous credits include Georg in She Loves Me and Chris in Miss Saigon, both at AMDA, as well as Bert in Mary Poppins, Phil Davis in White Christmas, Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls. Benjamin is thrilled to be playing Motel in Fiddler on the Roof

Dominic Comeione

Is thrilled for his fifth show at the Players Guild. He has been apart of Newsies as a Brooklyn newsies, Winnie The Poo Booo as Christopher Robin, Producers as Mr.Marks, Matilda as Ensemble and now Fiddler on the Roof. Dominic is so excited to get the opportunity of being on stage with this amazing cast. Dominic is also very thankful to his friends and family for always supporting him in what he loves to do.

Julie Connair

is thrilled to be a part of Fiddler – Mit a gantzen hartz! No stranger to the stage, she has been a singer, actor, teacher, director, and performer for many, many years. She currently serves as Theatre Director at Malone University, where she and her students collaborate to “Play to the King!” And while Golde is a bucket list role, her most memorable shows have included The Clockmaker’s Daughter, Quilters, Sister Act, Les Misérables, and A Christmas Carol. Fiddler has been a dear friend for a very long time, and the unpredictability of life rings true as time passes. As the Good Book says, “Man plans and God laughs.” (All right, the Good Book doesn’t say that, but it’s a good saying!) Mrs. Connair hopes you take joy and laughter from the show! L’Chaim! Mazel Tov! Vivian Fritz

is so excited to be a part of the Players Guild production of The Fiddler on the Roof! She has now been a part of 14 shows, with this being her first time at the Players Guild. Some of her favorites that she has been a part of are Cinderella, Godspell, and Seussical Jr. When she's not at work or the theater, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, being outdoors, and crafting! Enjoy the show!!

Baylee Harris

is so excited to be playing Shprintze for her 3rd show with The Players Guild. The other shows she has been in with them have been Elf Jr.(Sam), and Matilda(Alice). Baylee has also been in many shows with NDPAA, Avenue Arts, and North Canton Playhouse. Baylee would like to thank her directors, especially Miss. Emily who she has worked with for many years. She would also like to thank her parents for pursuing her dream for theater, and always pushing her to be the best version of herself that she could be.

Kai Hostetler

is super excited to be in his first Players Guild production. When not on stage you can find him performing with the North Canton Middle school band and orchestra, or running for the Cross Country team. He thanks his parents and brother for all their support. And a special shout out to Peyton for encouraging him to audition for this production.

Kate Joseph

Madison Kearney

is thrilled to return to the Guild after finishing Guys and Dolls at the Renaissance Theatre last month! She was fortunate to watch the talented Addie Wisniewski in Cleveland Playhouse’s production of Fiddlerand has been hoping for the opportunity to help share this timely story ever since. Madison has had many fond memories at PGT performing in shows including Matilda(Mrs. Wormwood), Sweeney Todd (Toby), and Junie B. Jones the Musical (Junie B.), and looks forward to reprising the role of Piglet in Winnie-the-Poo: Booooo! next month! She’d like to extend a huge thank-you to her supportive family, friends, and everyone who made this experience possible. Enjoy!

Tess Marie

is elated to be returning to The Players Guild this season! She was recently seen on stage here as Ulla in The Producers. Some of her past favorite roles include The Baker's Wife (Into the Woods), Lucille/José (Junie B. Jones: The Musical), and Babette (Beauty and the Beast). Tess is endlessly grateful for the chance to make a little magic and a lot of memories with this cast! She would also like to send love to her mama for being her number-one fan and for always believing in her and cheering her on through every adventure!

Abbie Reed

is best described as the incarnation of a raccoon: comfy in chaos and ready to fight a fool in a back alley. This is her second casting with Players Guild, the last one being Proops in Jekyll & Hyde. But she is no stranger to the stage. Most of her previous notable roles took place in Japan, including Vivienne in Legally Blonde and Rapunzel in Into the Woods. Abbie has also enjoyed directing, stage managing, and working as crew for other various shows like Puffs and Are You Sure. She would like to thank all of the people who have graciously watched her wild-child in order for her to participate in this performance. Enjoy the show!

Lilyan Ronske

is delighted to be making her third appearance here at the Players Guild! You may have previously seen her at the Guild in Newsies (Specs) and in Beauty and the Beast (Napkin/Milkmaid). Lily is a Senior Admissions Counselor at Kent State University at Stark, and enjoys helping students as they start their college journey! She would like to thank her friends, family, and coworkers for their support, and the entire cast and production team for this opportunity! She dedicates these performances to Addie Wisniewski, a fierce advocate who played Shprintze in the 2025 Cleveland Playhouse production of Fiddler on the Roof and someone we sadly lost too soon. Lily would like everyone to use Addie's words and "be good to each other."

Gabe Sawyer

is 14 years old and is excited to be performing in the ensemble of Fiddler on the Roof. His Players Guild credits include Eric in Matilda, Christopher Robin in Winnie the Pooh, Brooklyn Newsie in Newsies, and ensemble/Sentenced Boy in Sweeney Todd. Gabe has loved performing with Players Guild Theatre and is grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, and share the stage with such talented performers. He is grateful to family and friends for their support and hopes you enjoy the show!

Sammy Sawyer

is happy to be back at the Players Guild for Fiddler On the Roof! He most recently played William in As You Like It at Shakespeare At The Castle in Alliance. His most recent Guild roles include ensemble and Sergei in Matilda, as well as an impromptu stand in for Mr. Wormwood for the closing show. His favorite roles include Romeo in Newsies, and Tigger in Winnie the Pooh BOO!, which he is excited to revisit this fall. Sammy thanks God, his family, and his friends for all their support in all his adulting adventures and truly hopes you enjoy our rendition of this timeless story!

Wendy Schanz

is very happy to be back on the Player's Guild stage having last been seen in Mary Poppins. Other recent credits include Young Frankenstein ( Frau Blucher) and the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas ( Doatsy Mae) at the Little Theater of Tuscarawas County. Big thanks to the cast, crew, and production staff for making this such an enjoyable experience. Most importantly, thank YOU for supporting live local theater!

Chase Sexton

This is Chase's third time being on stage at Players Guild. He was in last year's A Christmas Carol and A year With Frog And Toad, he’s also done a lot of crew work for Players Guild as well as learning theater at McKinley High school. He is excited to be doing this timeless classic and can’t wait to be in more this season.

Amanda Tatum

After working backstage for various shows, Amanda is thrilled to be on stage making her Players Guild debut! She has been performing since she could walk, starting in a Russian folk dance group and collecting an eclectic dance resume, including Mexican Tap and Irish dance. Previous roles include Mary Bennett in Pride and Prejudice: A Musical, Ella Freidenberg in Up the Down Staircase, and ensemble in White Christmas. Most recently she was in the ensemble of The Prince of Egypt at Stage Door Studios. Amanda is thrilled to bring this story to life and hopes you enjoy the show! Isabel Tisevich

is excited to be back on the Players Guild Stage. Previous credits include: Polly Chapman (Harry Potter & the Cursed Child), Ballet Girl (Phantom of the Opera), Sina (Moana Jr), Alice Cratchit (A Christmas Carol), Ensemble (Joseph…Dreamcoat), Duffy (Annie). Rachel Vaughn

is elated to be returning to Players Guild for her third production! Previously on this stage, she has played Shirley Markowitz in The Producers and Mrs. Phelps in Matilda. She has also played roles such as Myrtle Mae Simmons in the Minerva Roxy Theatre’s “Harvey” and the Queen of Hearts in Minerva High School’s “Alice in Wonderland.” When they’re not on the stage, they’re probably either writing music, playing DnD, singing karaoke, or working one of their several day jobs in order to fund these endeavors. She wants to thank everyone for coming out tonight and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Kosta Volas

is thrilled to be performing in Fiddler on the Roof and to be back at the Canton Players Guild after 7 years since his last show at the Guild (Titanic: The Musical in 2019). He just finished his 3rd-year at Case Western Reserve University, majoring in electrical engineering and minoring in theatre. Previous Credits Include: Mercury (Sam), The Harvest (Josh), The Mousetrap (Paravacini), Cabaret (Victor). Outside of school and theatre, Kosta is a member of the Greek Orthodox church, the St. Haralambos Hellenic Dancers, and the Sons of Pericles. He would like to thank kk Matthew, Michael, Emily, his fellow castmates, crew, and designers for their hard work and for making this an incredible experience, his parents, family, and friends for their unwavering support and love.

Alex Wagner

is ecstatic to be performing in his fourth show at Players Guild Theatre! With his last role at the theatre being ensemble in Matilda earlier this year, he's ready to bring the role of Mordcha, Anatevka's merry innkeeper, to life! Burke Young

is thrilled to be back with the Players' Guild after a long and enjoyable high school career of musicals and plays. Burke has previously appeared years prior in the Players' Guild’s ‘SpongeBob the Musical’ and ’ A Christmas Carol ’ productions. With ‘American History in 60’, ' All the King’s Women’, ’ Ebenezer Scrooge’s Big Night Christmas Show ’, ‘The Sound of Music ’, and ‘Godspell’, rounding out his high school repertoire. Burke would like to thank his family, namely his mother and father, for providing encouragement and support throughout the years. As well as his high school theater director for giving him an invaluable amount of theatrical advice and inspiration. Lastly, he hopes you all sit back and enjoy the show.

DARYL ROBINSON

Daryl Robinson serves as the Executive Director Of The Players Guild Theatre, one of Ohio's oldest and most cherished community arts organizations. A proud native of Massillon, Ohio, Daryl attended Bowling Green State University where he studied Music Education, (Vocal and conducting). He has spent over three decades immersed in the local choral and theatre scene - onstage, backstage and everywhere in between. As a performer, Daryl has appeared with the Bowling Green Philharmonic, Toledo Symphony, Akron Symphony, and Canton Symphony. Acting credits include Spring Hill Historic Society, Carnation City Players and The Players Guild to name a few. Daryl was a member of VOCI, formerly Canton Civic Opera for nearly 15 years and served on the Board of Directors and President of the chorus. Daryl is currently a member of the Canton Symphony Chorus. It is an extraordinary honor to help lead the Players Guild into its next chapter, continuing a legacy of artistic excellence, community connection, and the kind of magic that only happens when people gather to tell stories together. Daryl would like to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their continued support in helping to fulfill our mission of Keeping Live Theatre ALIVE!

JOSHUA ERICHSEN

Josh recently transitioned from an 18-year tenure as Producing Artistic Director of the Guild to focus full-time on his company, Erichsen Creative Design. He continues to support the Guild as a consultant and advisor while pursuing a wide range of creative projects. Currently, Josh is collaborating with magician and comedian Justin Willman - star of the Netflix series Magic for Humans and the hit special Magic Lover - on the scenic design for Willman’s national tour. He's also teaming up with the award-winning publishing company Vanishing Inc. as a book layout designer. A magician himself, Josh enjoys performing whenever the opportunity arises. Outside of the studio and stage, his greatest joy is life with his wife of 23 years, his “dream girl," and being a proud dad to their two remarkable daughters.

BOBBY SEVERNS

With a passion for enhancing the theatrical experience through sound, Bobby brings a wealth of expertise this production. In now his third season as resident sound designer, Bobby has been instrumental in crafting immersive audio environments through sound effects, atmospheric beds, and original musical compositions that elevate storytelling and engage Players Guild audiences. Memorable projects include A 360-degree soundscape incorporated into the 2023 production of Stephen King’s Misery, and several original compositions for the environments and battle scenes of 2024’s The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Bobby has an extensive background in music and live sound, having worked on a diverse range of projects including running his own DJ and Live Sound Reinforcement company (Pro Party DJ) for 25 years, performing hundreds of shows as a solo musician, and developing his own sound effects applications for the Apple iOS platform. Throughout his career, Bobby has collaborated with numerous community and professional theater groups both onstage as an actor/performer and in artistic, technical, and video production capacities. In addition to his work in theater, Bobby is actively involved mentoring through the Scouting America program, teaching K-5th Sunday school, and playing on the church worship team at Passion Hartville. By day, you will find him as a Senior Corporate Trainer for DRB Tunnel Solutions, a company that provides point-of-sale and tunnel control to the car wash industry. Outside work, Bobby is a proud father of three children and devoted husband of more than 25 years to his lovely wife Emily. Bobby is dedicated to using sound and music as powerful tools to bring stories to life and create memorable experiences for audiences. He hopes you find tonight’s performance a testament to that fact. Enjoy the show!

EMILY ROH

is a vocalist, educator, and music director with nearly 30 years of performance experience and 15 years of music direction. A Utah native who has called Ohio home since 2023, Emily holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Utah. Her recent Players Guild credits include music directing Matilda, A Christmas Carol, and A Year with Frog and Toad, as well as appearing onstage as Paulette in Legally Blonde. Her performance credits also include four seasons of A Christmas Carol at Hale Centre Theatre in Utah. Emily is the owner of the thriving Emily Roh Vocal Studio and a teaching artist and music director with New Direction Performing Arts Academy. She recently music directed Matilda with NDPAA, marking their second summer collaborating with the Players Guild following Hairspray in 2025. When she’s not making music, Emily loves spending time with her husband and son.

GEORGE McCARTY II

is pleased to return as the costume designer for MATILDA. George previously designed for the Guild for several seasons beginning in 2013. In addition, he has designed for Magical Theatre Company, Seat of the Pants Productions, as well as Carnation City Players, among others.

JARED SPARKS-LEE

is excited to join The Players Guild Theatre as the Props Master for Fiddler on the Roof. Jared has been involved in community theatre for many years, working in a variety of creative and production roles including directing, musical directing, props design, and stage management. He loves the collaborative nature of theatre and the opportunity to help bring a story to life through both the big picture and the smallest details. Whether working from the director’s chair, behind the scenes, or building the visual world of a production through props, Jared enjoys finding creative ways to support the story and the people telling it. He is grateful for the opportunity to be part of Fiddler on the Roof and the Players Guild Theatre community!

MICAH HARVEY

After a 6-year hiatus, Micah is excited to be back as the technical director for the Players Guild Theater. Recently he has been working with Weathervane Playhouse in Akron, Baldwin Wallace up in Cleveland and the Cleveland Public Theater. He has also been collaborating with Seat of The Pants for over 10 years. With over 20 years of technical theater experience, he is delighted to be working on fiddler. He would like to thank the audience for their continued support of local theater and enjoy the show!!

MATTHEW HEPPE

Graduated in 2011 from Capital University with a B.A. in Theatre Studies and from Kent State University in 2024 with a master's degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs. He has worked as an actor and director across Northeast Ohio for 13 years, but considers his “theatre home” to be the Players Guild Theatre (PGT). At the PGT, Matthew has been part of the directing staff since 2018. Favorite previous directorial credits with PGT include Legally Blonde (Director), Jekyll & Hyde (Director), Elf the Musical (Director), Ghost the Musical (Director), and Jesus Christ Superstar (Assistant Director). Outside of theatre, Matthew works as an Assistant Director for University Orientation and Visit Experience on the Kent campus of KSU, volunteers as an advisor for the Portage County Junior Fair Board, and is constantly working on some type of project for his home in Randolph.

MELVIN “MJ” MORGAN Jr

is a 2026 graduate of Morehouse College with a B.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography. A lifelong dancer who began at age three with Ordered Steps Dance Company under the direction of his mother, Stacie Morgan. MJ has performed in numerous musical productions, including Ragtime, Annie, The Wiz, A Christmas Carol, Guys & Dolls, The Phantom of the Opera, Dreamgirls, and The Little Mermaid. After years of being part of the Players Guild, MJ is honored to return as a choreographer for his first musical production fresh out of college. During his time at Morehouse, he choreographed and directed several productions and now hopes to pursue a professional dance career in television, film, and around the world. Outside of performing and choreographing, MJ enjoys dancing, working out, music, food, family, and exploring new places. More than likely, you’ll find him backstage going over his choreography or dancing alongside the cast. MJ is excited to be part of this incredible team and hopes you enjoy the show!

MICHAEL PORTER

is excited to be making his stage managing debut at The Players Guild. He has previously stage managed shows such as White Christmas, and 1776 at Carnation City Players, Shawshank Redemption and Steel Magnolias at Avenue Arts, as well as Unnecessary Farce, and Proof at Kent State Stark. Other than stage managing, you may have seen him on stage in roles such as Alonso in The Tempest at Twilight Theatre, Charlie Cowell in The Music Man at Carnation City Players, and the Unicorn in Lion, Witch And The Wardrobe at The Players Guild. He hopes you guys enjoy this iconic show!
