This journey through Anatevka teaches us that home, family, and community is not about a place; it is about a feeling, something we carry inside of us.

Fiddler on the Roof is the first all ages production Find Your Light has produced. I have learned so much throughout this process. I'm humbled by the incredible turnout and variety of ages who auditioned. Our youngest performer being 3 years old, to our oldest performer being over 70 years old. What a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you to all those performers who dusted off their acting shoes and joined us for this production. Thank you to all of the families that auditioned together. It was a dream turned into reality to have everyone on this stage together.

Fiddler on the Roof was the only production I was in with my whole family (a party of five) back when I was in 7th grade. We were directed by my dad, who also played the Constable. This show is family. This show IS tradition. Directing my sister, nieces and nephews, and my brother creating this insane set, this show really is family to me.

This cast has been a true gift. The kindness, joy, and patience everyone has given to one another is something to be celebrated.

In these turbulent times, I feel very blessed to have the support to produce a show like Fiddler on the Roof. I can only hope that the audience will get lost in the musical and take away a feeling of empathy for those struggling right in our very own community.

I want to dedicate this show to my sister, Marissa. She is reprising the role of Golde, that she played 30 years ago in high school, under the direction of our father. It's been a true highlight of my directing career to watch her carry on our father's legacy and bring such life to Fiddler on the Roof. This one is for you.

A special thanks to Kylie Lucas and Eddie Dominguez.

FIND YOUR LIGHT MENTAL WELLNESS

OUR MISSION

Across Northern Colorado, thousands of youth and adults face obstacles that hinder their personal growth. Lack of access to positive outlets, safe environments, and opportunities to explore their creative potential often leads to a decline in mental wellness. Colorado ranks 43rd in the country for mental health issues and lack of resources. Our programs have proven to be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change. However, our current facilities and resources limit our ability to serve our growing community.

FYL is launching an ambitious $2 million capital campaign to purchase a building our community can call a forever home. This building will serve as a creative hub for the Northern Colorado community. With your support, we can expand our reach and amplify our impact, offering more people the opportunity to experience the life-changing benefits of the performing arts.

Ways to Give:

  • Naming Opportunities: Leave a lasting legacy by naming a space in our new facility.
  • Major Gifts: Become a founding supporter of our new building.
  • Monthly Giving: Pledge a recurring gift to sustain our vision and ensure our programs thrive for years to come.
