Meet the Company
Cassidy Ross
Casey
Cassidy is so thrilled to be reprising her role as Casey in this hilarious musical! She is so excited to be sharing this role with her best friend, whom she had the chance to make her NYC debut with at the Triad Theatre in a cabaret show, "Broadway in Love", right before Covid shut down the theatre world in 2020. A few of her favorite past roles include: Sophie (Mamma Mia!), Scaramouche (We Will Rock You), Sherry (Rock of Ages), Cinderella (Disenchanted!), and Natalie (Next to Normal).
When she’s not on stage, she’s busy running the children’s theatre program that she started at MMST 9 years ago. She’s currently directing Willy Wonka for Cottonwood Heights City, slated to open in July 2022. “Thanks for coming to support this little theatre family! I hope you have fun and enjoy the show!”
Brynnly Bosworth
Casey
Unlike most first dates, Brynnly is ecstatic to be on this one! Some of her favorite roles on stage include Jerusha Abbott in Daddy Long Legs, Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, Ilsa in Spring Awakening and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. She is the owner and a performer for Wish Upon a Party, as well as an instructor at MMST’s youth program, Egyptian YouTheatre and the One Voice Children’s Choir. Perhaps her favorite title of all though is ‘voice teacher’ for children and adults! She is certified through the Lovetri Institue for Somatic Voicework™. singwithbee.com
Ryan Hoskins
Aaron
If you're not careful, life can slip through your hands and before you know it you are old. Ryan loves being on the stage, especially at Midvale Main Street Theatre. This stage has seen him play some of his favorite roles including Gomez in The Addams Family and Dan in Next to Normal. He would like to thank his incredible family for supporting him. In particular, he is grateful for the most important person in his world - his wife Kelsey. She puts up with all his shenanigans and there's nobody he'd rather take by the hand and experience the adventures of life with.
Michael Howell
Aaron
Michael is thrilled to be back performing in front of a live audience on the MMST stage! Favorite MMST credits include Mark (RENT), Will (American Idiot), William Barfee (The 25th… Spelling Bee) and Charlie Brown (… Charlie Brown). When not performing, Michael is the singer/guitarist/songwriter for the alternative rock back Leave Luna, which you can find at linktr.ee/leaveluna. He’d like to thank his beautiful wife Ashlee for her consistent love, dedication and support, and for making sure he hasn’t had to suffer through an awkward first date in over 10 years. “Have a drink, loosen up and enjoy the show!”
Alexandra Rae Kalaher
Woman #1 (Grandma Ida/Lauren/Aaron's Mother)
Alexandra Rae Kalaher (Woman #1) is thrilled to join Midvale Mainstreet Theatre again! She was last seen as Jenny in Midvale Main Street's Company. Alex has loved being a part of this production and sharing the stage with truly fantastic people. All her gratitude goes to her family and friends, especially her mom for her never-ending support and love and to her husband for the best first date ever (and also for his never-ending support and love)!
Allie Valdez

Sara Goldberg is so excited to be returning to the Midvale stage after 2 1/2 long years!! This is her 6th adult show and 10th show overall with the Midvale family and she could not be happier to be sharing the stage with so many people she loves. She is so thankful for this theatre for being such a light and a healthy outlet for all the heavy things going on in life. She would also like to thank everyone who has been supporting her, you know who you are. It means the world to her.
Charity Jones
Woman #2 (Allison/Google)
Charity is thrilled to be retuning back to her home on the Midvale Main Street Theatre’s stage! She was last seen in the Fall of 2021 as one of her favorite roles, April in Company. Her previous MMST credits include We Will Rock You (Bohemian/Gaga Girl) , American Idiot (Ensemble), Legally Blonde (Whitney/Lelani/DA Joyce Riley) , and RENT (Alexi Darling). Other favorite musical credits include Guys and Dolls (Mimi) , original musical My Joe (Amy March), Spamalot (Mayor of Finland/Laker Girl). She has been waiting many years to get to finally get to play a villain and hopes you enjoy her as Allison in this show, sorry to her longtime friend Michael Howell for having to bully him. Also thank you to Ashlee-hugh for letting her borrow him! Big shout out to super supportive cast of friends and Sarah who she has loved sharing this role with. Along with the wonderful production team for this opportunity and their hard work. Now sit back have a cocktail and google embarrassing things about your date!
