Meet the Company
Elijah Vazquez (he/him)

Elijah Vazquez is an Orlando based playwright/performer who graduated from Niagara University with a B.F.A in Theatre Performance, minor in dance, and minor in philosophy. Some previous experience with playwriting includes several readings, publications, productions and completing an advanced playwriting independent study course focused on the dramatic form, the Theatre of the Absurd. Some roles include, As You Like It (Orlando), The Drowsy Chaperone (Gangster #2), Chicago (Ensemble/Dance Captain), Legally Blonde (Kyle/ Grandmaster Chad), Little Shop of Horrors (Ensemble/Co-choreographer), Holiday Inn (Ensemble), Flashdance (CC), Mama Mia (Ensemble), Matilda (Scary Big Kid/Rudolpho), Hello Dolly! (Ensemble), Godspell (Herb) and the National Tour of The Buddy Holly Story (Ritchie Valens).
Abhi Trivedi (he/him)

Abhi Trivedi is an occasional actor and improvisor living in LA for 15 years now. He recently worked on sitcoms with Tiffany Haddish for Apple TV and Kristin Bell for Netflix. Most of his peers would describe his ambition far superseding his talents in most of his endeavors and his expectations far outweighing his capacities in nearly all regards. His belief that the gullibilities of Hollywood will see the bourgeoning star in him even if corporate America or friends and family for that matter never will. Be sure to catch this pearl and ride his dragon wings!
Drew Gibbs (he/him)

Drew Gibbs is an actor based in Burbank, CA. Although born in Enterprise, Oregon, he and his family settled in Washington State. Drew began studying Theatre Performance and Acting For The Camera at Yakima Valley Community College before graduating with a BFA in Performance from Central Washington University. Drew has received additional intensive training at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and he recently received an MFA in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy.
JC Wright (he/him)

Zachary Covington (he/him)

Zachary Covington is 22 years old, from Charlotte, NC. His recent discovery of his love for the art of acting has led him here, to Theatre West. What used to seem like an unattainable daydream began to seem like quite the opposite when Zachary began researching the art and profession of acting. This is when he decided that chasing that daydream was more important to him than anything his college degree could do for him. Regardless of the relatively late start, Zachary is confident, and eager to begin the process of becoming an actor.

Garrett is very excited to be a part of such an amazing project with such amazing people! Thank you to Theatre West and everyone involved for the ability to continue to create.
Olivia Bates (she/her)

Olivia Bates is a 23 year old angeleno with a passion for all aspects of the arts. Coming from a family with ties to the film industry, she was warned off acting at all costs. That warning was enough to keep her away for a couple years. In the fall of 2019, Theatre West was holding auditions and she realized that she loved acting more than she was afraid of what others would think. Since joining theatre west, she’s been involved with the Diversity Committee, fundraising duties, and many virtual productions. She’s incredibly thankful to Theatre West for giving her a community of artists to grow with.
Chris Eli Blak (he/him)

Cris Eli Blak's work has garnered him a Bronze Remi from the Worldfest Houston International Film and Video Festival, the Christopher Hewitt Award in Fiction, a Pushcart Prize nomination and honors from Vectis Radio, Negro Ensemble Company, Clocktower Players and A is For. His work has been performed around the world, from Off-Broadway, West Coast, Collegiate, Canada, London, Australia, Canada and Ireland. He was the resident playwright at Fosters Theatrical Artists Residency and continues to create work that reflects the world that we live in, with all of its different and diverse colors, creeds and cultures.
Kather Sei (he/him)

Kather Sei has appeared in several film, television and theatre productions. You may have seen him in S.W.A.T, The Blacklist or Lucifer, to name just a few. Kather Sei began studying at the historic NEC Theatre Company on 42nd street in NYC followed by The Robert Patterson Studios to further pursue the honing of his craft as an artist. A native of Sierra Leone West Africa, Kather Sei grew up on the east coast between NYC and NJ and now currently resides in Los Angeles.
Emily Unnasch (she/her)

Emily is thrilled to join in her first festival with Theatre West, where she previously participated in Theatre West’s Zoom productions of Comedy of Errors (Antipholus of Syracuse), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Helena). Emily is a graduate of David Green’s Musical Theatre University where she trained in acting, singing, and dancing under Broadway veterans such as Alix Korey and Sal Mistretta. Her stage performances include Acqua Bistro’s Nunsense (Sister Amnesia) and MTU’s Curtains (Nikki), the latter nominating her for a Lucie Arnaz Award and a BroadwayWorld Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Emily is involved in both theatre and film, having worked with actors Val Kilmer, Mickey Rourke, Patrick Richwood and Richard Dreyfuss. She is honored to be a part of the Fitting Out Festival. Keyara Milliner (she/her)

Keyara is a proud founding member of the Diversity Committee at Theatre West. She is a bicoastal actress working in TV/film and theatre professionally out of New Orleans and Los Angeles. She has co-starred on NCIS: New Orleans, 13 Reasons Why, and Walker as well as guest starred on Sydney To the Max. Most recently, Keyara appeared in the regional premiere of The Wolves at Southern Rep Theatre in New Orleans. Wilcox Prom 2k13 is her directorial debut! She aspires to champion the untold perspectives of new and innovative voices on stage and screen.
Maximillian Gill (he/him)

Vidushi Chadha (she/her)

Vidushi is an actor, writer, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles and Mumbai. Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Vidushi spent her early years as a theatre actor, performing and training in India and in the UK. She has recently graduated with an MFA in Acting from CalArts. Vidushi’s recent short film, Freedom, is an all-female production which highlights issues of race, gender, and sexuality. In addition to filmmaking, Vidushi has received the Best Actress award at the Festigious International Film Festival, for her appearance in, His Period, by Nihal Vasudevan. Her current project is the upcoming feature film, Tapestry – International Stories of Inspiring, Independent Women.
Shyamala Moorty (she/her)

Shyamala Moorty is a director, choreographer, and facilitator whose transformative interdisciplinary work draws on dance, theater, multimedia, yoga and community engagement. She has directed for both stage and film and her specialty is creating devised ensemble work and enhancing the visions of multidisciplinary solo artists.
Shyamala is a founding member of the Post Natyam Collective, a transnational, web-based coalition of dance artists; and the Dancing Storytellers, whose innovative performances are ideal for youth. Her performance work has toured in Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, India, the U.K. and the U.S. www.shyamalamoorty.net
E.S. Kreloff (he/him)

E.S. Kreloff studied as a member of the master playwriting program with Arlene
Hutton at THE BARROW GROUP for five years. His one act play, LEAP, was
chosen as a semi-finalist for the 2018 O’Neill Playwriting Conference, and will be
live-streamed in 2020 as part of the LGBTQ+ Online Short Play Reading Series
presented by Almost Adults Productions. TWO BROKEN TAILLIGHTS was
performed at The Landing Theatre in Houston, as part of its Redemption Series.
UNDER MY SKIN and THE DOG DIED were featured in The Playwright’s the
Thing, an evening of short play readings, produced by The Protagonists, a NYC
based writers’ collective, of which he is a founding member. His one-act,
LICENSE & REGISTRATION was performed in the Pittsburgh New Works
Festival, 2018. THE DOG DIED was selected for the Last Frontier Playwriting
Conference 2019 in Valdez, Alaska. THE WOUND, a full-length play was
selected for an online reading as part of the Dramatists Guild Friday Night
Footlights 2020 series
Rick Simone-Friedland (he/him)

Emmy Award© winner, Rick Simone, is known to TV audiences for his work on, Married People, Just the Ten of Us, General Hospital, Capitol A Year in the Life, Life Goes On, Mob Scene and K.C. Undercover. Theatre - George C. Wolfe’s The Me Nobody Knows, Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens at the Canon Theatre, Betrayal at The Globe, his one-man show These People at LATC, and the Celebration Theatre’s GLAAD Award© nominated production of Revolver. He can currently be seen playing the title character in the web series Sammy Kingsford – Manager To The Stars.
Nick McDow Musleh (he/him)

Nick is an award winning filmmaker, theatre producer, director, and actor. He has been the Shakespeare Workshop Moderator at Theatre West for the past 6 years. Producing and directing credits include multiple Shakespeare productions, musicals and the short film adaptation of "Love's Labour's Lost." He has performed in several original plays at Theatre West; the Socialization of Ruthie Shapiro, Moose on the Loose, Against the Wall, Thorn in the Family Paw, and Our Man in Santiago. On television, he has had recurring and guest starring roles on the Unit, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Lie to Me.
Edward Chern (he/him)

Edward Chern was born in Taiwan but grew up in Southern California. He lives in Los Angeles where he spends time in Little Tokyo, Chinatown, and Venice Beach. He has a BA in Theatre Arts from Cal State Long Beach.
Jared Shimabukuro (he/him)

Jared Shimabukuro was born and raised on the island of Oahu in the heart of Hawaii. He started his career as a well rounded urban dancer, but always had a deep interest in acting. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University with a B.A. in Math/ Physics, he has dedicated his life to molding his craft as an actor. He has starred in numerous short films and web series, leading the way with a spirit of Aloha.
Andy Do (he/him)

Andy Do is thrilled to make his Zoom debut in “Green”. A New Jersey native, he received his BFA from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts. You may have seen him get killed off in TV shows like “Time After Time” and “The Starry Night, The Starry Sea.” He is also the writer and star of the short film “Searching for the None".
Ian Bossung (he/him)

Ian David Bossung is an actor, producer, and director from New York. He is Filipino-American and lucky to work on such a great manifesto for Asian Americans who, too many times, feel conflicted about their portrayal in this medium. Personally, Green is about reclaiming your identity and how that act in itself is courageous and contentious. Ian would like to thank Andy and Jared for their insatiable thirst to dive deeper into their craft. Elevate these stories!
