Meet the Company

Evelyn Dudonis

Evelyn Dudonis -

Evelyn Dudonis is back at The Forge after a twenty-five plus years absence from the stage but not the audience. She is pleased to be sharing the light with such an outstanding cast of characters and grateful to Tom and Denise for the opportunity to shine.

Ross Druker

Ross Druker -

Ross is happy to be returning for his second show at Forge after many, many years.  He previously appeared in The Crucible, in which by happy coincidence both director Tom Yenchick and fellow cast member Bob Goretski also appeared.  His most recent, pre-pandemic performances were as Mr. Mayhew in Witness for the Prosecution and as Don John in Much Ado About Nothing, both at Chestnut Hill Stagecrafters.  Other recent and favorite roles include Father Charles in Incorruptible at Playcrafters of Skippack, Robert Martin in The Drowsy Chaperone at Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra,  Father Flynn in Doubt and Theseus in A Midsummer Night's Dream at Old Academy Players, Anton Diabelli in 33 Variations at Langhorne Players, Reginald Paget in Quartet and Horace Giddens in The Little Foxes at ActorsNet of Bucks County.

He has performed numerous Gilbert and Sullivan lead roles with the Savoy Company at the Academy of Music and Longwood Gardens, with the Bucks County Gilbert and Sullivan Society, and with the Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra.  In August 2016 he went with Savoy to  the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival in Harrogate, England, playing Major-General Stanley in The Pirates of Penzance, where he won Best Male Character Actor.

For many years, Ross was a professional member of The Philadelphia Singers and Chorale, which performed with The Philadelphia Orchestra.  He is now a member of the recently formed Philadelphia Chorale, which is performing with Andrea Bocelli at the Wells Fargo Center on December 8.

Becca Finkenaur

Becca Finkenaur -

Becca works at speech and voice therapy, commercial acting,  and voice-over stuff;  she plays at singing and dancing. She’s glad to be reunited with her old acting buddies here where she launched her musical theatre “career”, and happy to be meeting new friends. She was active at Forge during seasons 30-39, appearing in Jesus Christ Superstar, Gypsy, Me and My Girl (Sally Smith), Mack and Mabel (Mabel Normand) Steel Pier (Precious McGuire), and Lucky Stiff (Annabelle Glick). Kinda seems like just yesterday, but that was a LONG time ago!  Time flies when you’re having fun.

Bob Goretski

Bob Goretski -

Bob began his theatrical career in the original Broadway company of Show Boat.  After spending many years pursuing his passion for Ancient Sumerian dance, and Etruscan cheese making, he is happy to be back at Forge.  Please follow his pursuits on his website, www.bigfatliar.com.

Tom Groves

Tom Groves -

Tom is happy to be back at Forge doing a show especially with this cast of characters.  .  He has done several shows here including "Man of La Mancha", "Calendar Girls", "All Shook Up", and "Head Over Heels", to name just a few.  Thank you, everyone, for the hard work and energy!  Thank you Tom and Denise for being Tom and Denise.  And a super special thank you to Ruth, Lily, and Phoebe for all their love and support.

Sarah Halperin

Sarah Halperin -

Sarah Halperin is thrilled to be performing in her first show at The Forge. She also sings with The Norristown Chorale. When not performing, she is the Mommy of two and enjoys sewing and playing video games.

Mia Mbuy

Mia Mbuy -

Mia has been involved in community theater for over 20 years and got her start in Exton on Barley Sheaf's stage in their production of "Fidler on the Roof". Since then Mia has made several appearances at the Forge Theater,The Center Theater, as far north as the Lehigh Valley. Her most favorite roles have been AIDA in NTC’s production of AIDA, She was last seen here on the NCT stage as the title role in AIDA, Ronnette in Little Shop, the Narrator in Blood Brothers, the Narrator in Joseph, Ms. Pennywise in "Urinetown" and Mrs. Latitia Primrose in "On the 20th Century". Mia would like to thank: her friends, family and her Love, for understanding, enjoying and supporting her love for theatre. She would also like to thank her fellow cast members and crew and all the angels that are surrounding and protecting us. And thank you, the community helping to keep community Theatre and the Arts going through this virtual experience.

Sean Murray

Sean Murray -

Rumored to be the love child of Judy Garland and the Lucky Charms leprechaun, Sean has always kept his true lineage a mystery. He prefers to let his work speak for itself - although backstage whispers about a padded resume have circulated for years. Did his star quality really almost convince Broadway producers to drop Andrea McArdle and reimagine Annie as little orphan Andy? Why do his claimed credits as Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Freddy Eynsford-Hill in My Fair Lady and Danny Zuko in Grease sound more like a game of Two Truths and a Lie? Did a production of Little Shop of Horrors in which he played both Seymour and Mushnick as one man with dissociative identity disorder really tour Eastern Europe for years? The theatre world may never know the truth. But one thing is certain - Sean is right at home in the zany world or Forbidden Broadway and grateful for this opportunity to play again on stage.

Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips -

Peter is happy to be back on the boards after all this time.  Previous roles at Forge have been in "Head Over Heels", "The Man Who Came To Dinner",  and "A Funny Thing Happened on t Way to the Forum".  Peter can also be seen in the upcoming production of"33 Variations".  Peter would like to thank his wife and girls for all their love and support.  He would also like to thank Tom and Denise who he worships!

Melisse Weber

Melisse Weber -

Melisse is no stranger to the theater!  She has appeared in numerous productions over the years.  At Forge, she was seen in "All Shook Up" and "Head Over Heels" to name a couple.  She would like to thank Tom and Denise for helping to make her shine!

Janine Weiss

Janine Weiss -

Janine Weiss is thrilled to be a part of this Forbidden cast.  Past stage roles at Forge include Kate Monster in “Ave Q”, Millie in “Thoroughly Modern Millie”, and Maria in “The Sound og Music”.  She graciously thanks her loving husband for encouraging her to return to the stage, and who continued to conquer bed-time while being outnumbered by small humans during evening rehearsals.  Special thanks to Tom and Denise and the entire cast for all the salacious giggles.
