Meet the Company
Ursula Pattloch
Ursula is having a wickedly good time conjuring up laughs in this hilariously witty new production with Alice in Wonderful. Previous stage credits include All My Sons, Five at Fifty, and Leaving Iowa. She sends heartfelt thanks to the incredible cast and crew, her wonderful partner Gerry, her always-supportive adult children, Tyler and Sarah, and Vixen, her 100-pound rescue mutt, who remains convinced he’s a lap dog—and honestly, who’s going to argue with him?
Marisa Scarbeau
Marisa is an Edmonton born actor and playwright. Notable performances include: ‘Knickers! A Brief Comedy’ (LDS), ‘Hearts Left Open’ (Edmonton Fringe Festival, Heart & Ash Productions), ‘The Ballad of Maria Marten’ (LDS), and 'The Most Massive Woman Wins' (Bears with Knives). Pamela Schmunk
Pam has aspired to play a witch since the move, Witches of Eastwick (with the hair, thank you.) Pam’s Drama training was at U of S with playwright/director, Donna Call! In Edmonton, Pam earned her B.Ed. and M.A. in Theatre, then taught Drama and directed youth for thirty plus years in Edmonton, Bali, Jiaxing, and Taipei. Pam is in APN’s Emerging Playwrights’ program with mentor Beth Graham writing Turn Your Face to the Sun. As a human being, Pam is generally preoccupied with the intersecting experiences of women across cultures and is pretty convinced that we are more the same than we are different.
Lee-Anna Semenyna
Lee-Anna is thrilled to be a part of this production! With roles on stage and off, she’s getting to fulfill her desire to do ‘all the things’ and it’s been an incredible experience. Lee-Anna most recently was backstage as the Stage Manager for “This is War” with Walterdale Theatre, and on stage as “Lucy” in “The Ballad of Maria Marten” with Leduc Drama Society. She also took a turn as writer and director of “Hearts Left Open” with Heart & Ash Productions at the 2025 Edmonton Fringe Festival. Outside of the theatre, Lee-Anna enjoys life with her husband and two daughters, creating memories and having adventures. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Rachel Whipple
Rachel is a Filipino-Canadian theatre artist who has a background in improv, musical theatre, and props design. Recent credits include assistant director/stage manager for Pair of Guys Lost by David Son (2025 Edmonton International Fringe Festival) and assistant director for Sex Please We’re Sixty at St. Albert Dinner Theatre. She's excited to take the stage for the first time since It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Show at Walterdale Theatre (2024).
Donna Call
HAGS is Donna’s second new Fringe script - her first was the 2024 Fringe delight, Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales. She is honoured to bring the HAGS to life with this brilliant and talented group of artists and technicians, and to promise many confections ahead from Edmonton’s ‘oldest’ independent theatre collective, The Alice In Wonderfuls!
Laura Eschak
HAGS is Laura’s third Fringe show as Stage Manager, but has been involved in Fringe for many years. Laura is a Jane of theatre trades. Either performing, singing, stage managing, crew, lights, sound, costumes, etc. Other recent shows: Around the Heart, This Is War, Annie, Hearts Left Open. Laura thanks the HAGS coven and her family.

Connor Peterson
A recent graduate of The University of Alberta Honours Psychology Program, Connor Peterson is a vaguely bisexual Edmonton Based Props designer, theatre technician, and playwright. He was previously the Stage Manager for the WWPT Five Alive Cabaret Night, where he was kidnapped and forced into labour by Donna Call. In his workshop of wonders, he has been hard at work crafting ancient relics for the show, brewing up mirrors, grimoires, and God only knows what else.
Tristan Mooij
Tristan Mooij was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a teen, her dreams of working with Cirque du Soleil are what lead her into the Theatre Production program at Grant Macewan in Edmonton. Now a city girl in the heart of Leduc County, she is farming with her husband, and their 3 beautiful girls. Tristan loves helping bring the vision to life, with a passion for the arts, a love of paint and costuming, she is usually creating something in her spare time. Notably, Tristan was ASM for Titanic the Musical at the Haar, and Production Manager for 42nd Street. This will be her first Fringe theatre show!
