Meet the Company
Nathan Myers
Nathan Myers is beyond excited to portray Orpheus alongside the cast of Draper Arts Council’s production of Hadestown: Teen Edition. Nate’s previous work includes Ren McCormack in Footloose (CSPA), Luke Castellan in The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (WHS), and Sam Carmichael in Mamma Mia! (WHS). Nate is incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported him throughout this journey and hopes you enjoy the show.
Brynlea Forchuk
Brynlea Forchuk is truly passionate about musical theater, and has loved being in every one of the 20+ shows she has performed in. This is her 6th summer doing a show with Draper Arts Council and she is so grateful for the incredible friends and experience she has gained here! Brynlea graduated from Corner Canyon High School this May and will be continuing to grow her talents and experience while working toward a BFA after being accepted to the Musical Theater Program at the University of Utah for this fall. Some of her favorite roles have been Persephone in Hadestown(CCHS), Narrator in Joseph & the Technicolor Dreamcoat (CCHS), Delia in Beetlejuice Jr (DAC), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde (DAC), Anna in Frozen (DHT) and Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins (CCHS). She wants to thank her family for all of their support through the years, and Holli Archer for her amazing vocal coaching. Hadestown is a DREAM show and being able to play Eurydice after having just played Persephone is a dream come true. She is truly so excited to “sing it again” for all of you.
Hyrum Lafeen
Hyrum Lafeen is absolutely ecstatic to be performing in his first show at the Draper Amphitheater. He loves playing piano, guitar, bass, and the Cajon. He has played several roles at Brighton High School, including Charlie Brown, Prince Charming, and Dan Goodman.
Addy Bybee
Addy Bybee is so excited to be doing her first show at the Draper Amphitheater. She loves performing and being on stage. She has been doing theater for 5 years and choir for 8. Some previous roles include Lucy in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (BHS), Madam in Cinderella (BHS), and Nat in Rabbit Hole (BHS). She loves Hadestown and can’t wait to perform as Persephone.
Mason Skokos
Mason Skokos is thrilled to be able to have the opportunity to play one of his biggest dream roles as Hades. He started his acting career in 9th grade on the Brighton High School Improv team and has landed roles such as Black Stache in Peter and the Star Catcher as well as competing as Richard II at the Utah Shakespeare festival in Southern Utah. Mason is so excited to be a part of DAC’s Hadestown Teen Edition and other upcoming productions in the future!
Jillian Sagers
Jillian Sagers has always loved the stage and enjoys taking on new challenges. In high school, she balanced a packed schedule by competing in gymnastics and joining the school’s cheer team. Because of the time commitment for both sports, she had to put a pause on her theater journey, but stayed involved in the arts by singing in the school’s concert choir. Jillian loved her time on the mats and the sidelines, but is ready to be back under the stage lights and performing again!
Halie Oldham
Halie Oldham is thrilled to make her community debut at Draper Amphitheater! Throughout high school she was always finding ways to be onstage. Some of her favorite roles during her time at Skyline include Emily Webb in Our Town and Celia in As You Like It. She was also part of several student written productions and adored playing the detective Frances Griffith in The Hunting Party and Princess Genevieve in Nothing’s to Be Done. She’s attending BYU in the fall to study animation and plans to prioritize theater as part of her journey as well. This production has been especially dear to her because she gets to share the stage with her little brother Liam and all of their new friends.
Layla Bills
Layla Bills has been doing theatre since she was 12 years old, but has loved to sing since she could talk. Her favorite roles she’s played are Rosie in Mamma Mia, and Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. Besides theatre, she also loves to read, and do arts and crafts. She’s so excited to play Fate 3 in this production of Hadestown!
Spencer Nelson
Spencer Nelson has loved his time at Draper Amphitheater. As well as the amazing people he’s met, and anyone who had supported him throughout his time in theater. Spencer’s previous work includes Mr.Green in Clue (OLY HS), Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods (OLY HS) and Specs in Newsies (Murray Amphitheater). A special thank you to his family. Also, his amazing vocal coach for all the work and effort they’ve given to him and this show.
Zoey Kollman
Zoey Kollman is thrilled to be performing in Hadestown! This is one of her favorite shows and is very excited to help bring it to life. Zoey has been singing for many years and has loved performing since she was little. Some of her favorite past roles include Chava in Fiddler on the Roof, Ellie in Freaky Friday and Evie in Disney’s Descendants. Zoey is grateful to be part of such an amazing show and would like to thank the pro team and the cast for such a fun experience!
Kason Seamans
Ava Smith
Ava Smith has loved performing in musical theater and is grateful for every opportunity to step on stage. Some of her favorite roles include Catherine of Aragon in Six (CST), Regina George in Mean Girls (DHT), Jane Seymour in Six (CT), Tomika in School of Rock (Tuacahn and HCT Sandy), and Tzipporah in The Prince of Egypt (LHS). She is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown as the Persephone Understudy.
Oakley Tanner
Oakley Jane is an actress who has always been challenged by the roles she is given, and accepts those challenges head first. She seeks for the deeper meanings and pushes for the connections that theater has provided for her since a young age. Last school year, she studied at Southern Utah University in the BFA musical theater program. She is now being faced with the difficult decision (again) of where to go now, but this production of 𝑯𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒘𝒏 has given her much joy and revived her love for the arts. “This show is one of the most beautifully written musicals I have seen, love and tragedy, with the message that hope continues and life goes on. So, ladies and gents, we’re gonna sing it again.”
Tessa Cook
Tessa Cook is so excited to perform in this production on Hadestown! Tessa loves choir, harmonies, and theatre. Her favorite shows that she has performed in are Mean Girls, The Little Mermaid, and Shuddersome. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Lily Neff
Lily Neff is so excited to be doing her 3rd show at the amphitheater! You may recognize her from previous DAC roles such as Enid Hoopes (Legally Blonde Jr.) or Juno (Beetlejuice Jr.). She attends Taylorsville High School and has performed roles such as Suzy Hendrix (Wait Until Dark), Featured Dancer (Mean Girls), among others. She loves doing tech and acting and can't wait for you to see the show!
Scarlett Hall
Scarlett Hall is so excited to be both performing in and assisting with choreography for this summer’s production of Hadestown. She has performed in several school and community productions including Beetlejuice Jr., Les Misérables, Mean Girls Jr., and Something Rotten, where she was also dance captain. Behind the scenes, she has student-directed Much Ado About Nothing, Our Town, and Baskerville, and co-directed The Hunting Party. Scarlett is excited to be attending the University of Utah in the fall, where she’ll be studying acting, theater production, and education as part of the Theater Teaching BFA program. She’d like to give a shout-out to all the friends she’s made this summer and the teachers and mentors who have made this such an incredible experience!
Alexa Hernandez Espinosa
Alexa Hernandez Espinoza is thrilled to be in her first production at the Draper Amphitheatre, and her first production outside of school! She has been doing theatre for 9 years now, and her favorite roles consist of The Acrobat in Matilda Jr (OJH), Ruth in To Burn a Witch (OHS), Sleeping Beauty in Into the Woods (OHS), and a Cop in Clue: On Stage (OHS). When she's offstage, you can find her performing for her school's band program or doing photography. Alexa loves Hadestown, and she hopes that everybody will take away from the show that you can change the way the world is.
Amelia Campbell
Amelia Campbell loves singing, dancing, and all things theater! Hadestown is her dream show and she is so excited to be making her Draper Amphitheater debut! Some of her favorite shows have been The Little Mermaid, High School Musical, and Les Miserables.
Brock Davies
Brock Davies loves trying new things to expand his talents. Over the last few years one of those things is Theater. Brock is very excited to be doing his 2nd show at the Draper Amphitheater. Brock previously appeared as Clone 1 in Beetlejuice Jr. (DAC). He also appeared as Daryl Grady in Curtains (DPMS) and was Ensemble in Mary Poppins (CCHS). He loves music and performing. He is also very passionate about his other hobbies, such as parkour and skateboarding. Brock is very excited to be in the production of Hadestown!
Camryn Boubacar
Camryn Boubacar has grown a love for all things theatre! This is her second year acting and she loves it. This is her fourth show ever and she can’t wait to do even more. Her favorite roles were Featured Performers in Mary Poppins and Featured Ensemble in Beetlejuice Jr. Camryn is excited for her first year in both Concert Choir and Wind Symphony at school. Hadestown is her absolute favorite musical and she is thrilled to be in the ensemble!
Charlie Smith
Charlie loves everything theatre! This production of Hadestown will be his 7th show. Some of his favorite roles include Joseph Pulitzer in Newsies, Maxie Dean in Beetlejuice, and Ensemble in Les Miserables. Outside of the theatre Charlie loves to sing, hangout with friends, and grind Fortnite. He is incredibly excited to be in Hadestown this summer.
Clara Hughes
Clara Hughes is so excited to do her 6th show at the Draper Amphitheater! Her most recent show was School of Rock (DAC) this past June. Some favorite roles include Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical Jr.), Shonelle (School of Rock), and Annie (Mary Poppins). Next year she will be singing in her 2nd year of Cadence Choir at CCHS. She wants to thank her wonderful family and friends for supporting her no matter what. Enjoy the show!
Drako Woodland
Drako Woodland is excited to be doing his second show with DAC after performing in Beetlejuice Jr last summer. He’ll be starting high school in the fall and has loved theater since being in his first show 4 years ago. Some favorite roles include Chad in Disney’s Descendants, Davy in Newsies And Chef Louis in The Little Mermaid. He loves drawing, doing chalk art, and painting. He also spent some time this summer at UCLA learning animation.
Isabella Nielson
Isabella Nielson has had a passion for theatre for as long as she can remember. Her love for the stage began as a child while watching her older cousin perform, inspiring her to pursue theatre herself. Hadestown marks her seventh production and is especially meaningful as both her first performance at the Draper Amphitheater and her first production with DAC. She has cherished every moment of bringing this incredible story to life alongside such a talented company. Some of her favorite past productions include Matilda and Cinderella. Isabella extends her heartfelt gratitude to her family and friends for their unwavering support, as well as to her incredible castmates and the ProTeam for making this experience so memorable.
Jazmyn Robinson
Jazmyn Robinson has been doing theater for 5 years, she started in 5th grade and fell in love with it. Her favorite role that she played was Gramma Tala in Moana Jr, but her favorite show that she performed was Beetlejuice Jr (DAC). She is so excited to perform Hadestown for her family and friends, she can't wait for the audience to see how much she and the others have put into this show to make it the best of the best. Hadestown has been her favorite musical ever since it went on Broadway. She can't wait for the bright lights and the live band.
Josephine Zumbrunnen
Josie Zumbrunnen is so excited to be returning to Draper Amphitheater after playing Miss Argentina in Beetlejuice Jr. last summer. She has been performing in musical theater productions since she was 8, and some of her favorite roles have been Carmen Bernstein in Curtains (WJHS), Ursula in The Little Mermaid Jr. (DHT), and Maleficent in Disney’s Descendants (RAC). Josie is excited to announce that she has been accepted into the Musical Theater Program at the University Of Utah for the upcoming Fall Semester. She is so ecstatic to be in this production of Hadestown and would like to thank her family for their continual support and devotion.
Lauren Crane
Lauren Crane has been doing theatre for the past four years through Riverton High School. Some previous credits are Nice Work If You Can Get It, Hadestown, and High School Musical. Outside of theater Lauren loves all things film production. She plans to major in film in the fall and will be studying at the New York Film Academy next year. Lauren is elated to be going to the underworld again with DAC!!
Liam Oldham
Liam Oldham adores Hadestown and is so happy to be a part of telling this story! From the music to the complex cast of characters, he has enjoyed putting his own perspective and creativity into this role. His most recent performances have been in The Hunting Party and Les Misérables at Skyline High school. In his free time, he also enjoys telling stories through writing and drawing. He loves all of the talented and kind artists he has met through this production and is excited to share this experience with his sister, Halie. He thanks everyone who has come to support them and hopes they will enjoy the show he loves so much.
Meili Smith
Meili has done four shows now at DAC, and she’s loved them all! Her favorite show ever was SpongeBob Youth Edition here at the amphitheater! She has loved playing Henry in Newsies and Featured Ensemble in Beetlejuice, along with 5 other shows! She is so excited to be in this production of Hadestown!
Savannah Merrill
Toby Irvin
Toby Irvin started performing in theater in 2024, and has loved every second of it. Some of the favorite shows he’s been in are High School Musical (RHS) and The Nightmare Story (RHS). Toby is a huge fan of Hadestown and is delighted to be a part of this production. Toby loves performing and theater in general because it connects people and gives people a chance to work on something as a team.
