The Setting
Most of the scenes are located in Elsinore Castle in 14th century Denmark.
There will be one 15-minute intermission between acts.

Alex Johnson
Hamlet
Alex Johnson returns to the Shakespeare stage for the first time since playing Sir Toby in 2020's Twelfth Night. A native of VA, he acted professionally with the Richmond Shakespeare company from 2015 to 2018. A frequent performer at Gaslight, he also directed Julius Caesar and The Tempest, both in 2021. To his dear wife Bailey, "Doubt truth to be a liar, but never doubt I love."
Venson Fields
Ghost of King Hamlet
Venson Fields was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma, is a fan of The Arts, and has appeared in many previous Shakespeare productions. Previous performances include the title character in Othello, Aaron in Titus Andronicus, and King Claudius in the previous edition of Hamlet.
Tiffany Harvey
Queen Gertrude
This is Tiffany Harvey's third Shakespeare play and she loves it more with every show. She is thankful to Bailey for trusting her with the role of Queen Gertrude.
Christopher McDaniel
King Claudius
Christopher McDaniel has been involved in theatre for a long time. He loves the challenge and poetry of Shakespeare and is delighted to be cast alongside such a powerhouse assembly of artists! See him next in The Book of Will coming to the Gaslight Theatre stage in October.
Charlet Ringwald

Charlet Ringwald has been a part of the Gaslight since 2002. She last appeared as Denise Savage in Savage in Limbo. Charlet earned her BFA in theatre performance at OSU. A big thanks to Bailey for casting her in this bucket list role and Chad, her favorite scene partner. "Theatre goer, here is a pink rose for you, that's for profound thanks."

April Morrow-Pearson is a lifelong performer, who found her joy on the stage, and hopes to pay it forward.Thank you to her fellow, talented players - both on and off stage, her family, fur babies, and pizza. And to her Greek god of a husband - you are her favorite. Hi Jared!

Tammy Wilson has appeared in and directed several Gaslight productions since 1992. This is her 7th Shakespeare in the Park. She'll be directing this season's dinner theater, Death and Deceit on the Nile, in February.

Jean-Rene' White is a retired veteran currently living in Enid. Has been a professional actor for 8 years and is honored to be performing with this company of people.
Chad Swanson

Chad Swanson is a native of Woodward, OK and a graduate of OSU. Following OnStage Woodward, Chad has featured in Gaslight Theatre since 2017. He last appeared as Joshua "Beef" Beefarowski in "The Awesome 80's Prom," and directed "Savage in Limbo." Chad would like to thank his sis, Bailey, for this opportunity, and his brilliant wife Charlet for her love and support.

Katie Pennebaker Carmack is happy to be back for her second Shakespeare in the Park production.
Matthew Houston

Matthew Houston returns to the Gaslight for the first time since Julius Caesar in 2021. He is the band and choir director at Crooked Oak Schools in OKC. He has recently been in several shows at the Poteet Theatre, including the upcoming The SpongeBob Musical.
Adi Betz

Adi Betz has grown up on the Gaslight stage, and this is her sixth Shakespeare in the Park production. You may have seen her as "Puck" in Midsummer, "Feste" in Twelfth Night, or "Miranda" in The Tempest. She would like to thank her directors for this amazing opportunity.
Alyssa Mitchell

Alyssa Mitchell is elated to be a part of the cast of Hamlet in her first Gaslight show. Originally from Ontario, California, she has made Oklahoma her home for the last nine years while having studied Instrumental Music Education at NWOSU. With an appreciation and love for all things theatre, she has been involved in productions through high school and college. Alyssa is a proud mom and a vintage fashion enthusiast.
Rhyn Arnold

Last seen as Ghost of Christmas Present in a Seussified Christmas Carol and Trinculo in Shakespeare's The Tempest, Rhyn Arnold has been a part of the Gaslight Theater family for 4 years. This is their final show before moving out of state, and they are so thankful to Bailey and Erika for allowing them the best way to say goodbye... through leaving their heart on the stage. They send all their love to their fellow actors and directors who have made their experience at Gaslight so memorable!

Kayla Beech feels privileged to be involved with the 30th anniversary of Shakespeare in the park. You last saw her as Heather #1 in The Awesome 80s Prom. She thanks Bailey for her guidance and vision, as well as her family for all of their love and support.

Lily Loughman is a junior at OBA. She has been involved in theatre since discovering drama camp in first grade, and this is her 6th Shakespeare in the Park. She would like to thank Bailey for this opportunity, and the cast and crew for an awesome experience.

Bailey Wilson
Director
Born and raised in Enid, Bailey Wilson has been performing since the age of 4. Bailey's first love has always been the theatre. She began her theatre journey as a Gaslight Teen in 2010 with a performance of “The Actor's Nightmare”. Since then, she has been involved in numerous productions and currently serves on the board of directors as chair of the Shakespeare in the Park committee. Bailey studied theatre at Oklahoma State University, and is currently pursuing a degree in English at Arizona State University. Some of her most recent acting credits include Cassius in "Julius Caesar", Estelle Dulaney in "No Exit", Extraordinary Girl in Green Day's "American Idiot", Jo March in "Little Women", and April White in "Savage in Limbo". Her other directing credits include "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The Importance of Being Earnest". "Thank you for being a supporter of the Arts in Enid; we could not do this without patrons like you."

Tessa Xiayu grew up doing community theatre in Washington State. They have participated in crew work for shows including Mamma Mia!, Anything Goes, Mary Poppins, and more. Hamlet will be their first time working as crew in a Gaslight Theatre production.

Nora Ezzell is a 7th grader at Longfellow. This is her second Shakespeare in the park and she is excited to be a part of the crew.

Studying at Full Sail University and drumming professionally for almost 25 years... Justin has the skill, ear, and abilities to record, mix, master, and produce your music on top of being a world class live and studio drummer. Drumming, Mixing, Engineering, and Assisting on many projects including: Robert Allen, Lisbon, The Peachtrees, Backstage Pass, and more! Justin owns and operates Blasier.Pro LLC along with his wife Taylor. They create a variety of media content for many brands and organizations in Oklahoma. Justin is also the Tech. Director at the Gaslight Theatre in Enid, Oklahoma.
