Priest 1/Ensemble
Izzy Porter - Priest 1/Ensemble Izzy Porter (Priest 1/Ensemble) is thrilled to be returning to the cab after playing Tobias in Sweeney Todd last summer! Her other recent credits include Roger in RENT (Center Stage Theatre), Jack in Into the Woods (Wilton Playshop), and Jetsam in The Little Mermaid (Musicals at Richter). A graduate of Clark University, she is currently pursuing her Master's in Data Science from Georgia Tech. DFTBA

Ian Sacci - Apostle/Ensemble Ian Sacci is excited to make his DCT debut. Recent, previous roles include Nunzio/Mr. Jacobi/Teddy Roosevelt in Newsies (Fairfield Teen Theatre), Dametas in Head over Heels (University of New Haven), Gabe in The Hatmaker’s Wife (UNH), Ned Schneebly in School of Rock (FTT), Dr. Gall in Rossum’s Universal Robots (UNH), Spritzer in Hairspray (FTT), and Joly in Les Miserables (FTT). Jess Nivison - Apostle/Ensemble Jess Nivison is so excited to be back on the DTC stage this fall. Recent credits: Much Ado About Nothing (Valley Shakespeare Festival, Sweeney Todd (DTC), Guys and Dolls (Center Stage Theater). Jessica is also a local teaching artist and choreographer; This fall, she is a musical theater instructor at Fairfield Theater Company, as well as an Arts Administrator at D’Valda and Sirico Dance and Music Centre in Fairfield, Connecticut. Jess Ricketts - Apostle/Ensemble Jess Ricketts is thrilled for his first production at Downtown Cabaret Theater! He’s currently a Junior at Central Magnet High School and Regional Center for the Arts. He’s been in productions like Newsies as Specs, Alice by Heart as Duchess, Sister Act as TJ, Chicago as ensemble and Head over Heels as ensemble! He wants to send a special thank you to his family, who continue to support him in his pursuit of musical theater, his friends who are always there for him, and every person involved in this production who has allowed him to have this opportunity!

Leanne Onofrio

Leanne Onofrio - Apostle/Ensemble Leanne Onofrio is excited to returning to the Downtown Cabaret in Jesus Christ Superstar. She was previously in their production of Sweeney Todd (Ensemble). Leanne was most recently seen in Pantochino Productions’ Tiaras Over Teaneck, Dorothy’s Christmas in Oz, and Panto of the Opera and has performed in various NYC cabaret venues. In addition to performing, Leanne has worked as a stage manager, director, and music director. Other roles include, The Light in the Piazza (Clara), Dancing at Lughnasa (Chris), Children of Eden (Yonah).

Lindsey Bloomenthal

Annas
Lindsey Bloomenthal - Annas Lindsey is very excited to be making her debut performance at DCT in the role of Annas. Lindsey has a BFA in musical theater from The Boston Conservatory and has performed professionally in New York City doing theater, cabarets and voiceovers. For the last many years she has been performing locally in a variety of bands throughout Fairfield County and raising her 2 sons, Spencer and Cameron. Lindsey would like to thank her friends and family for all of their love and for always supporting her in everything she does.

Jojo DeVellis

Jojo DeVellis - Simon Zealotes JoJo is HYPED to be a part this fabulous cast of JCS. Recent roles at Downtown Cabaret include the last two seasons of TYA shows, Commander Khashoggi in We Will Rock You, and Benny Southstreet in Guys & Dolls. Other favorites are Trunchbull in Matilda, Pulitzer in Newsies, and Pharaoh in Technicolor Dreamcoat with NewArts. Offstage, JoJo is a teaching artist, painter, and playwright.

Peter Randazzo

Pontius Pilate
Peter Randazzo - Pontius Pilate PETER RANDAZZO (Musical Director/Pilate) Peter has been MD for many shows at Curtain Call in Stamford including “1776”, “Grease” “Forum” “She Loves Me.” He is also music director for Cheshire High, where they did ““Footloose" last spring. He has been nominated several times for best musical director at the Ct. H.S. Musical Theater awards. As an actor he has appeared Off-Broadway in “Streetsongs” with Geraldine Fitzgerald, he was Gad in “Joseph“ at Westchester’s Broadway Theater, and has done many commercials, and films. He is an instructor for the non profit organization KEYS, providing free piano lessons for Bridgeport students.

Chris Hetherington

Caiaphas
Chris Hetherington - Caiaphas Chris Hetherington (Caiaphas) is thrilled to return to the DCT stage having most recently appeared in Guys and Dolls (Arvide) and Sweeney Todd (Fogg). Favorite credits include Mamma Mia! (Bill Austin), Little Shop of Horrors (Voice of Audrey II), and Legally Blonde (Callahan).  Much love and thanks to Tricia for her unwavering support.  He would like to thank the incredibly talented cast, staff and crew for another fantastic experience. Finally, thank you to our wonderful audiences for continuing to support live, local theater!

Michael Jovovich

King Herod
Michael Jovovich - King Herod Michael first auditioned for the Cabaret in New York 40 years ago - performing in such productions as Stage Door Canteen, Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living In Paris, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Wop Bob..., Annie, Godspell and The 1940's Radio Hour. Most recently he has concentrated on concert singing and recording - but he did manage to perform in Stamford's Curtain Call Theatre's production of 1776 as Edward Rutledge. Meeting his wife Joanne at the Cabaret led to a 37 year marriage to date - with his greatest achievements being his grandchildren Annalynne, Cole Michael and Bennett Edward.

Sandy Gonzalez

Apostle James the Lesser
Sandy Gonzalez - Apostle James the Lesser Sandy Gonzalez is a professional singer and 24-year veteran of the Bridgeport Police Department. She proudly made history as the first female SWAT Operator for her city and state. Off duty, she has performed the National Anthem for major events, opened for artists including John Waite, Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line, Warrant and sings with Shoreline Soul and Valley Soul Gospel Choirs. Recently, she returned to the stage in, In the Heights at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre, rekindling her lifelong passion for performance.

Steve Belli

Steve Belli - Apostle/Ensemble Steve is incredibly grateful to be part of Jesus Christ Superstar alongside such a talented and passionate cast. Past credits: RENT (Ensemble), Joseph…Dreamcoat (Reuben), Tex and Orville in TYA’s Ugly Duckling, and Beast in TYA’s Beauty and the Beast, all here at DCT. Huge thank you to Brad for his direction and vision, and to his family for their endless love and support. To Kelsey — thank you for being my heart, my biggest fan, and my forever scene partner. Offstage, you’ll usually find Steve hanging with his best buddy, Lando Pickles (the dog, not a condiment).

Eva Agosto

Eva Agosto - Ensemble Eva Agosto (Ensemble) is thrilled to make her debut at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre. She is the lead female vocalist for Danza Fiesta: Baile y Teatro Puertorriqueño in NYC, where she celebrates Puerto Rican culture through music and dance. Eva thanks her parents for instilling a deep love of education and the performing arts, and extends heartfelt gratitude to her family and friends for their unwavering support. She is honored to be part of this production.

Noelle DeFelice

Noelle DeFelice - Priest 2, Ensemble Noelle DeFelice is an NYU grad, performing professionally throughout NYC and Connecticut. Noelle has performed at several well known venues including, Radio City Music Hall, Yankee Stadium, Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, and 54 below. Notable credits include: Nicola, Kinky Boots (Phoenix Productions), NYU Steinhardt Graduation Singer (NYU), Times Square Broadway Green Alliance Soloist (David Alpert), and Today Show Singer (Kelly Clarkson Show segment). Lauren Garafano - Ensemble Lauren is thrilled to be making her Downtown Cabaret debut! Most recently, she acted in Musical At Richter's productions of THE LITTLE MERMAID and EVITA. Other past performances include MYSTIC PIZZA (Lorna/Serena/Bonnie) at Curtain Call, RENT (Ensemble), and GREASE (Cha-Cha DiGregorio) at The Wilton Playshop, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Mary Magdalene), GREASE (Sandy Dumbrowski), HAIRSPRAY (Penny Pingleton), and WEST SIDE STORY (Rosalía) in her home state, Rhode Island. During the day, she works as a pop culture editor at BuzzFeed and can most likely be found making quizzes, fangirling over her favorite TV shows, or interviewing famous people. She’s thankful for the support of her amazing friends and family because without them, none of this would be possible.

Jessica Pescosolido

Jessica Pescosolido - Ensemble/Soul Girl Jessica is grateful to perform on the Cabaret stage once again in Jesus Christ Superstar. Previous Cabaret credits include 9 to 5, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, A Chorus Line, American Idiot and many others! Jessica is the proud owner of Project Dance Center in Shelton (@projectdancecenter). When she’s not on stage, she enjoys spending time with her wife Stacy and their daughter Olive, eating ice cream sundaes, and running! Much gratitude to this amazing production team, and so much love to her wife who handled bedtime nearly all summer. Love you!

Kelsey Senteio - Apostle/Ensemble Kelsey is thrilled to be a part of this incredible production! Matthew Johnson - Jesus Matthew is thrilled to perform with DCT for the first time! A specialist in rock, metal, and musical theatre vocal techniques, he teaches singing to students around the world (www.elitesinger.com). Along with voice teaching, he is the minister for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Monroe and believes ALL are welcome at God’s table. Thank you to the cast, crew, and creative team! Jacqui Owens

Mary Magdalene
Jacqui Owens - Mary Magdalene Jacqui Owens is thrilled to return to the stage as Mary Magdalene. A lifelong performer, she began acting at a young age and appeared in numerous productions throughout high school and college. Most recent credits include Jesus Christ Superstar (Ensemble), Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (Shirley/ Ensemble) and Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party (Madelaine True). Outside of theater, Jacqui performs locally as part of the acoustic duo Only Child, bringing her love of live music to the community. She extends heartfelt thanks to her amazing husband and daughter for their unwavering support these past few weeks. She also extends her appreciation to her family, friends, the incredible production team, and her fabulous cast mates for their encouragement and love.

Eric Lewin

Eric Lewin - Peter / Ensemble Eric is thrilled to be making his Downtown Cabaret debut as Peter. He just recently graduated from Regional Center for the Arts in Trumbull CT and he plans to pursue theater in the future. His past productions include Alice by Heart, Shrek, Chicago, Head over Heels, 9 to 5, Once on this Island, and Mean Girls. His favorite roles he’s played consist of Angus in Alice by Heart, Shrek in Shrek, Musidorus in Head over Heels, and Damian in Mean Girls. He would like to thank his friends and family for all the support towards pursuing his love of theatre. He would also like to thank his past theatre educators and choreographers for helping him grow his skills and passion for the arts. Lastly, he would like to thank his fellow cast mates and crew for being so welcoming and making this rehearsal process so pleasant.

Serginho Valcourt - Apostle Serginho is playing the dual roles of a Disciple and an Apostle in the show. This will be their second time performing in Jesus Christ Superstar, and they’re beyond grateful to have been a part of the company.. Other roles they’ve played include: Hud (Hair), Judas (Godspell), Graffiti Pete (In the Heights), and ensemble roles in Barnum, The Drowsy Chaperone, Edwin Drood, and Spamalot. Jazzy Cores - Judas Iscariot Jazzy Cores (Judas) is excited to be making her Downtown Cabaret debut! Favorite roles include: Eva Perón in Evita, Rizzo in Grease (Musicals at Richter), Mimi in Rent (Wilton Playshop), Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie (Polaris Productions), Cindy Lou in Winter Wonderettes (Sherman Playhouse), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, and Donna in Mamma Mia (Spotlight Arts). Eizel Magno - Apostle/Ensemble Eizel Magno is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree. She was most recently seen at Connecticut Theatre Company as Emily in A Christmas Carol. She is delighted to be performing in her first production at Downtown Cabaret Theatre and is deeply grateful to her family and friends, especially to Pat for his endless love and support.

Brad Blake - Director Brad Blake (Director) is happy to return to the Downtown Cabaret, where he has previously directed CABARET (2023), GUYS AND DOLLS (2023), and SWEENEY TODD (2024). Brad is the Founding Artistic Director of MUSICALS AT RICHTER, INC. in Danbury, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2025. Brad’s work has also been seen at TheatreWorks New Milford, The Ridgefield Theatre Barn, The Sherman Playhouse, and The Spinning Wheel Inn (where he musically directed the Christmas shows for over 15 years). His work has also been seen at The Bushnell Auditorium in Hartford, The Shubert Theatre in New Haven, Theatre-In-The-Park in New Haven, and both Western and Southern Connecticut State Universities, as well as various dinner theatres and cabarets throughout Pennsylvania, New England, and Manhattan. A talented composer as well, Brad is the author of SMORGASBORD! (A Musical Menu) and his naughty holiday show, WRECK THE HALLS (A Musical Slay Ride), which will see its 6th production this holiday season at the Sherman Playhouse. Many thanks to this amazing creative team, cast, crew, and especially to Lesley and Hugh for roping him into the world of DCT.
