Meet the Company
Cora Allen (she/ her)
Cora is 9 years old and in fourth grade. She has done a musical before and is excited to participate in the Nifty Fifties. She likes the outfits and hairstyles a lot! She is in dance and acrobatics, and she has a dog and a cat, and a 12-year-old chicken. Cora wants to be an actor when she grows up.
Etta Allen (she/her)
Etta is 10-years-old in the 4th grade at Edmonds Heights. Etta loves performing arts and has been in the Edmonds Heights productions of All Together Now, Giants in the Sky, and The Adventures of Captain Starblaster. In Etta's spare time, she likes to read, play with her dogs, draw, and dance. She would like to thank my parents and my sister, Dorothy, Christopher, Ari, and Gracie for helping her become the best Gracie she can be!
Ailani Antoniuk (she/her)
Ailani is 10 years old and in fourth grade. This is Ailani’s second play, and it’s very exciting! She loves the songs in the Nifty Fifties and playing a backup singer and rebel girl. She likes reading a lot, and she really wants a dog. Ailani would like to thank Dorothy, all the high schoolers who have helped with this production, and her family for their support!
Eliot Best (he/him)
Eliot is in 8th grade. He is 13 years old and this is his first show doing sound. He has done 3 shows at edmonds heights and 5 shows in his life. He would like to thank Christopher for being good company in the booth, Dorothy for being an amazing director, and Thomas for teaching him how to do sound.
Olive Brown (she/ her)
Olive is 12 years old and in sixth grade. She’s excited for the seventh grade so she can participate in animation class. Acting is one of Olive’s passions, she wants to be an actor when she is older. Olive also enjoys writing, playing instruments including ukulele, guitelele, and guitar, gaming, or making content for her YouTube channel.
Zora Brown (she/ her)
Zora is 10 years old and in fourth grade. She loves acting especially the choreography because she gets to move her body. She also really like to act at home and fool her family by pretending like she is feeling something different then she actually is. She wants to thank her friends for supporting her.
Leo Cabellon (he/ him)
Leo is 14 years old and is in eighth grade. He likes being on stage and singing in front of people and thinks it super fun. He really likes playing Donald, the Soda Jerk that makes everyone laugh! When not acting he enjoys sketching and drawing with his friends. He’d like to thank Dorothy, Christopher, Ari, Gracie, Sophie and a special thanks to Ruby (his sister) for convincing him to do theatre.
Ruby Cabellon (she/ her)
Ruby is 11 years old and in fifth grade. Her favorite parts of acting are the costumes, the dancing, and screaming at people (when she's acting). Ruby would like to thank her dogs and her brother. When not acting, Ruby likes to play video games, card games, read, draw, and play with her stuffies.
Rowyn Canniff (he/she/they)
This is Rowyn’s second big play; they are enjoying it! They would love to be in Hamilton some day, and they could play any character in that! Rowyn likes to draw and craft, and to customize dino masks. They would like to thank Dorothy and the crew for a great experience.
Evangeline Carballo (they/them)
Evangeline is 15 and in 9th grade. They were last seen in Tuck Everlasting (Mother). Outside of theater, they enjoy talking to friends, playing video games, especially Minecraft, crocheting, and reading. They are so glad to be part of this production and thank Gracie for this opportunity! Come see Evangeline’s performance of Anastasia this may! Please enjoy the show!
Gracie Carbonetti-Norton (she/ her)
Gracie has had the best time stage managing for Nifty 50’s. This is her second time stage managing for a YA show and she has had the best time getting to watch these young, talented actors grow as performers. Stage managing has shown a whole new side of theater to Gracie and she loves the challenges and rewards it brings. Gracie will also be performing in Anastasia this May and she hopes to see you there!
Oliver Colclasure (he/ him)
This is Oliver's second show at Edmonds Heights. He likes singing and dancing and is excited to be doing this show and having a lot of fun.
Bella Conroy (they/them)
This is Bella‘s 20th show with Edmond’s Heights and their first time teching where they aren't doing quick changes. In their spare time they enjoy frisbee, hanging with friends, and reading. They want you to sit back relax and enjoy the fifties!
Isabella Contreras (she/her)
Isabella has been in four plays such as Matilda and Percy Jackson playing roles as big kid #2 and Janis Joplin she also did tech for captain star blaster
Lillyanna Cull (she/her)
Lillyanna is 11 years old and she loves singing and dancing. She is really excited to be in musical theater; this is her second play. She enjoys riding her bike and doing crafts. She has a sister and brother. Her sister is five and her brother is three. She really enjoys listening to music, especially BTS. She’s so happy to be in a play with all of her friends.
Golda Ehrlich (she/ her)
Golda is 11 years old and in fifth grade. She acted in all of the plays at Edmonds Heights for her age group last year, and is doing the same this year! She especially likes dancing and singing. Golda also enjoys taking care of animals and can’t wait to have one of her own. Golda thanks her family and the NIfty Fifties crew for a great semester and show.
Lucy Hardin (she/her)
Lucy is 9 years old and this is her second musical. Lucy does gymnastics and is learning how to do an aerial. She’s also trying out for swim team. Lucy would like to thank Ari, Gracie, Dorothy, Christopher and her family; this play has been really fun, and a great learning experience.
Violet Harvey (she/they)
Violet has done theatre since they started to improvise plays with her younger sister. They made paper fairy wings and their very own costumes, performing for friends and family! She did her first musical in 2022 “Captain Starblaster” and decided to continue theatre and got into the Nifty Fifties! She will keep on acting her whole life and never stop. She also can pronounce her name in sheep! It’s “baaaa bah bah!” please address her so if you ever meet. Enjoy the show!
Madelynn Holloway (she/her)
Madelynn is 10 years old and in fourth Grade. She is very excited to be in her second musical "The Niftie Fifties"! This is her first year in musical theatre and she’s excited that lots of her friends are in it with her. She’s hoping this goes well because she really wants to be on Broadway someday! She likes to sketch, draw, sew, and craft random things in her free time.
Graham Kash-Blodgett (he/ him)
Graham is 12 years old and The Nifty Fifties is his second play. He is enjoying musical theater! He is also happy to be attending Edmonds Heights this year. He has lots of interests, including aviation, paleontology, and climbing trees.
Emmett Klein (he/ him)
This is Emmett's debut performance at Edmonds Heights. He is so excited to take you right back to the Nifty Fifties! In his spare time, he really enjoys Rubik's cubing, playing video games, and playing baseball. He would like to thank his mom and dad for helping him, Dorothy and Christopher, and the set builders because he thinks the sets look really cool.
Kyra Laffoon (she/ her)
Kyra is 13 years old and in seventh grade. The Nifty fifties will be her fourth musical and EHK. She really enjoys meeting new people and the camaraderie of the rest of the actors. Kyra also like arts and crafts. She’d like to thank Phoenix, Dorothy and her family for pushing her.
Cosmo Largent (he/him)
Cosmo is 12 years old and in sixth grade. This is his second play. His dad always said he was good at acting, and crying on the spot. Cosmo likes watching stand-up comedy and movies, reading comic books, and playing video games. He also likes frisbee.
Ari Lemley (he/him)
A senior at Edmonds Heights, Ari has had a vast career with EHPA. Last semester he was able to come full circle and help direct The Adventures of Captain Starblaster which was one of his first productions as a young actor. Before he moves on to Western Washington University in the fall you can see him perform one last time on the EHPA stage as Dimitri in Anastasia. Ari would like to thank Dorothy and Christopher for their endless support and his mom Jessica for all her hard work and dedication to costuming over the years.
Greta Lilleness (she/her)
Greta is 10 years old and in fourth grade. This is Greta’s second musical at Edmonds Heights; she loves the excitement of performing and really likes how much time she gets to spend with all her friends at Edmonds Heights. Her hobbies include baking and drawing. Her hobbies include baking and drawing. Greta would like to thank her family and all the crew.
Jack Lilleness (he/ him)
Jack is 12 years old and in sixth grade. Jack enjoys pretending to be someone else when acting, he thinks everything about it is fun. His philosophy on memorizing his lines, song, and dance routines is to practice a little bit every day. Jack would like to thank Dorothy, Christopher, the student directors, and the stage crew for doing their jobs so well. When not acting, he likes to shoot hoops, play video games and hang out with his friends.
Abi Lunder (she/ her)
Abi is 11 years old and in fifth grade. She is very excited to play a waitress with speaking and singing lines in the Nifty Fifties. Abi likes the bands One Direction and BTS. She is also a dancer, and enjoys making crafts at home. She loves fashion and would someday like to have her own fashion line.
Elijah Lunder (he/him)
This is Elijah’s first time working in the tech booth and he is excited to learn. Elijah is 13 years of age and in the 8th grade. During his free time Eli enjoys drawing. Make sure to come see him in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat in two weeks!
Selena Mai (she/her)
This is Selena's second time teching with EHPA. She has previously performed in shows like Peter Pan and Frozen. Selena is 13 and in 8th grade. In spare time Selena likes to dance ballet, play piano, and take of her many pets. She would like to thank her parents for their support and transportation.
Elias Mai (he/ him)
Elias is 10 years old and in fifth grade. He really likes acting and memorizing his lines. When not acting, you can find him rubix cubing and (he can solve one in 20 seconds!) He’d like to thank his sister Selena for inspiring him to try theatre and his parents for their support.
Avery Matheson (he/him)
Avery is 15 and in 9th grade. He has previously been in ten shows at Edmonds Heights and designed lighting for all five shows last year, and so far five shows this year. Avery enjoys reading, watching YouTube, and playing Minecraft with friends
Thomas Matheson (he/him)
Thomas is 18 and in senior year at Edmonds Heights. He loves to hang out with his friends and play ultimate frisbee. When he's not hanging out with friends, he enjoys playing video games at home. This is his second year being a tech at Edmonds Heights. He is excited to run the sound systems for this show along with his fellow Noise Boys.
Norah Maynard (she/ her)
This is Norah’s fourth musical with Edmonds Heights; she was previously in All Together Now, The Truth About Trolls and Captain Starblaster. She is really enjoying being in the Nifty Fifties and can’t wait to be in more plays with Edmonds Heights in the future! Norah likes dogs, spaghetti, and sugar. Norah would like to thank Dorothy, Gracie and Ari for helping to put this play together.
Finn McKeown (he/him)
Finn is 9 years old and in fourth grade. Finn really likes acting with his friends and learning the fun songs in the Nifty Fifties. He wants to thank Dorothy and Christopher because without them Edmonds Heights wouldn’t be the same school.
Nora McKinstry (she/her)
Nora This is Nora’s 6th musical and 7th play! Nora is 10 years old and if fifth grade. Nora likes reading, drawing and she really likes animals. She has two parakeets, Wind and Gust both two years old. Nora would like to thank Dorothy, Christopher, Gracie, and Ari. She would also like to thank her parents for rehearsing with her.
Beckett Meabon (he/him)
Beckett is 12 years old and in 6th grade. He has been taking part in EHPA since first grade and absolutely loves theater! When he isn't doing a musical you can find him reading books, playing board games or playing Nintendo Switch with friends. Beckett would like to thank Christopher and Dorothy for working so hard and helping him to be his best.
Phoenix Meabon (she/her)
Phoenix is so thrilled that you came to see this performance of Nifty Fifties. Phoenix is currently in seventh grade and is thirteen years old. You may have seen her in several plays and musicals through the years as she has been in the EHPA program since the 1st grade. When she isn’t performing she can be found playing the piano, dancing, crafting, and hanging with her friends. She hopes you will continue supporting the Edmonds Heights Thespian program by watching other productions, buying concessions, and coming to the many thespian led events. Please look for her as the Narrator in the upcoming production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Please enjoy the show!
Kaspar Quincy Newman (he/him)
Kaspar is 13 years old and is in 7th grade. He has been in several online plays and stage shows as well, all with Edmonds Heights Performing Arts, including Giants in the Sky, Mary Poppins Jr., and They Fight. He enjoys watching horror movies, playing card games, and reading murder mysteries. He would like to thank the entire cast and crew of this show, and his dog, Jack. Some favorite previous roles include Mr. Wormwood in Matilda jr., Spicy water salesman in Super Happy Awesome News! And king Claudius in They Fight.
Otto Apollo Newman (he/ him)
Otto is 9 years old and in third grade. He loves acting because he gets to play characters that are completely hilarious and impossible in real life. He'd like to thank his fans (especially his biggest fan - his dog Jack!) that makes theatre so much fun. When not acting Otto likes to collect Pokémon cards, snuggle his stuffed animals, and play with his dog Jack.
Sophie Portugal (they/them)
Sophie has thoroughly enjoyed assistant directing this show. In their free time, Sophie enjoys crocheting and playing roller derby. Sophie would like to thank Dorothy and Christopher for always being positive and pushing them to do their best. They would also like to thank the cast for being so supportive and kind. Come see Sophie’s performance this May, in Anastasia the musical. Enjoy the show!
Ilze Riekstiņš (she/her)
Ilze is in her Junior year in High school and Edmonds Heights thespian Vice President. She has been seen previously in Into The Woods as Cinderella at Edmonds Heights, Sweeney Todd as Johanna at Village Theater, and La Tofana as Carmela at Macha Theater Works. Ilze loves to be involved in all aspects of theater and would like to thank her sister and her mother for their constant support and endless volunteering hours.
Jessie Riekstiņš (ask pronouns)
This is Jessie’s fourth production at Edmonds Heights, and first production as a tech student. Previous roles include Squirrelly Jackson in Lightning Thief, Michael Banks in Mary Poppins Jr, and Big Kid # 1 in Matilda Jr. Jessie is very excited to get into the Fifties and cannot wait to shine a bright light on all of the cast. Don’t forget to buy concessions to support EHPA!
Neko Robison (she/her)
This is Neko's first year at Edmonds Heights. In the fall she starred as Matilda in Matilda. Previously she has been in The Sound of Music at the Taproot Theatre and The Murder of Bill Body at Cascade. In her spare time, Neko likes to hula dance and make art. She would like to thank her family for their support, her parents for driving her to all her rehearsals, and her music teacher, Kristen.
Zia Robison (she/ her)
Zia likes to act and sing; this is her third play and she gets to do both! She loves animals, and doing gymnastics. Zia is glad to be doing this play, and would like to thank Dorothy, Gracie and Ari. She hopes she can do more plays in the future.
Kailani Rodrigez (she/they)
Kailani is 9 years old and in fourth grade. She has four siblings: two sisters and two brothers. She likes rainbows and sparkles, and art and science. This is her second play, she loves acting with her friends at EHK! She would like to thank Dorothy and the crew for helping her become an actress.
Ya'Sin Sajjad (he/him)
Ya’sin is 13 years old and in sixth grade. This is Yasin’s second play and he’s excited for it! He would like to do more plays in the future. Yasin likes to draw, and he likes rock bands.
Asher Sansburn (he/him)
Proud to be one of The Noise Boys, Asher is learning his way around the sound board. At 12 he’s already run sound and spotlights in six shows at EH. So far his favorite moments have been providing a voice for Anax in Tuck and his least favorite has been all of the sweaty mic packs. Asher would like to thank Thomas and Andrew for helping him learn to run sound and make an amazing show for you.
Eden Sansburn (they/she)
Not a fan of the spotlight, Eden shines backstage keeping the shows running smoothly. This is their eighth show at Edmond’s Heights working backstage. Eden’s favorite backstage moments include making trees fall in Into the Woods and the perpetual rotation of the Tuck/Foster House in Tuck Everlasting. In their free time, Eden likes to crochet, watercolor, and read poetry. She currently serves as the President of the Junior Thespian Troupe and Historian for the Thespian Troupe. they hope you enjoy the show!
Elanor Sansburn (she/her)
Elanor welcomes you to this production of Nifty Fifties. Now in 10th grade, this is Elanor’s fourteenth show at EH. Her favorite roles include Wendy in Peter Pan, Sally Jackson in The Lightning Thief, and Winnie Foster (u/s) in Tuck Everlasting. In her spare time Elanor likes to play guitar, draw, and serve on the thespian board as head of props, PR, and marketing. Look for her this spring as Anya in EH’s production of Anastasia.
Felicity Silvers (she/they)
Felicity is excited to be working backstage in this production. She is 14 and in 8th grade this year and has participated in EHPA since 2nd grade. Some of her favorite roles have been Lavender in Matilda Jr., Auntie Em AKA Medusa in The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, Young Anna in Frozen Jr., and Tinkerbell in Peter Pan Jr. She also enjoys crocheting, playing piano, painting, and running her resell plushie business. Thanks to all the parent volunteers who have made this show possible! Enjoy the show and keep dreaming!
Ian Silvers (they/ them)
Ian is 12 years old and in sixth grade. Their favorite part of theater is getting to sing and dance with friends, and just being able to be themselves. They also like playing video games and writing. Check out their recent book, "Theater Tales of a Newbie" which will be arriving at the EHK library soon! They want to thank Dorothy and their sister, Felicity, for getting them into drama and their mom for helping them along the way.
Margaret Wilson (she/ her)
Margaret is 9 (almost 10) and in the fourth grade. Margaret has liked musicals since she was three, her all-time favorite is Wicked! She likes getting to be on stage and acting with her friends. When she's not acting she's usually in her room doing art. Margaret wants to thank my parents for always supporting her.
Marina Ziobro (he/they)
Marina is 11 years old and is in sixth grade. He likes to bust a move, boogy and groove. This is his first musical at Edmonds Heights, he’s having a great time and hopes to do more next year. Marina wants to thank his mother for driving him to rehearsals.
