Mrs. Webb
Abrial Laure - Mrs. Webb Abrial Laure (11th grade) is thrilled to be playing Mrs. Webb in Our Town. She loves that her character feels so human and universal, noting that everyone knows someone like her. She feels that many people don’t take the time to look deep into Mrs. Webb and truly get to know her, so Abrial has found a lot of joy in exploring Mrs. Webb's personality and struggles. Her favorite moment in the show is the playful banter that keeps life interesting. She treasures spending time with friends and finding silly moments in a heavy show. Abrial’s favorite musical is Les Misérables, and she draws inspiration from Nina Simone.

Ani Conti

Si Crowell
Ani Conti - Si Crowell Ani Conti (10th grade) is thrilled to be playing Si Crowell in Our Town. She loves Si’s passion for baseball and how he has followed in his older brother Joe’s footsteps as a paperboy. One of her favorite theater memories was working on stage crew for The Wizard of Oz, painting the diamonds on the green doors for the Emerald City and learning that imperfection doesn’t take away from the show. Ani’s favorite musical is Cabaret, and she draws inspiration from her friends, family, and anyone unafraid to be themselves. She would like to give a special shout-out to her mom, dad, Grandma Bonnie, and all of her friends who convinced her to try theater.

Anthony Frederick

Anthony Frederick - Mr. Webb Anthony Frederick (10th grade) is thrilled to be playing Mr. Webb in Our Town. His favorite thing about Mr. Webb is how he always shows up for his family, especially Emily. Anthony finds Emily’s final monologue to be one of the most heartfelt, vulnerable, and touching moments of the entire show. His favorite theater memory is getting Thai food with Serafine and Ani during ITS. Anthony’s favorite production is John Proctor Is the Villain, and he draws inspiration from Lana Del Rey. He would like to give a special shout-out to Catherine Yaw for being a great person.

Ava Gregory

Ava Gregory - Mrs. Gibbs Ava Gregory (11th grade) is thrilled to be playing Mrs. Gibbs in Our Town. She loves taking on the motherly role, enjoying the opportunity to play a more mature and developed character after usually portraying younger roles. Ava connects with Mrs. Gibbs’ combination of confidence, thoughtfulness, and care for her loved ones, seeing a reflection of her own instinct to look out for those she cares about. Her favorite moment in the play is when Emily returns to the graveyard, highlighting the beauty of life and the importance of appreciating every moment. Ava’s favorite theater memory is getting ready with her friends in Big Dress before each show. Her favorite show is Mamma Mia, and she draws inspiration from her friends, who motivate her to look forward and make the most of every day.

Calvin Finneran - Simon Stimson Calvin Finneran (10th grade) is excited to be playing Simon Stimson in Our Town. He enjoys how different this role is from the characters he typically portrays, embracing the challenge of stepping outside his comfort zone. Calvin’s favorite moment in the play is watching George and Emily realize they are in love. He is grateful for the opportunity to explore a more complex and contrasting character through this production.

Catherine Yaw

Professor Willard
Catherine Yaw - Professor Willard Catherine Yaw (9th grade) is delighted to be playing Professor Willard in Our Town. She loves her character’s nerdy nature and relates to his enthusiasm when sharing interests and passions. Catherine’s favorite moment in the play is when George and Rebecca are looking at the stars, enjoying their sibling dynamic and Rebecca’s playful energy. Her favorite theater memory is learning how to polka with her good friend, Lois. Catherine’s favorite show is Les Misérables, and she draws inspiration from her friends. She would like to give a special shout-out to Anthony Frederick for being a great person.

Charlotte Muskovitz

Constable Warren
Charlotte Muskovitz - Constable Warren Charlotte Muskovitz (10th grade) is excited to be playing Constable Warren in Our Town. She loves how friendly and approachable her character is and connects with him through his enjoyment of talking with the townspeople, much like her own love for spending time with friends. Charlotte’s favorite moment in the play is the wedding scene as the couple walks down the aisle. One of her favorite theater memories is painting the Emerald City gates during The Wizard of Oz. Her favorite musical is Hadestown, and she draws inspiration from her parents. She would like to give a special shout-out to her family for their support.

Chiara Pirra

Stage Manager
Chiara Pirra - Stage Manager Chiara Pirra (12th grade) is honored to be serving as the Stage Manager in Our Town. She loves the mystery of the Stage Manager’s identity and the way the character breaks the fourth wall to guide the audience through the story. Chiara connects with the role’s deadpan nature, finding humor and clarity in its straightforward delivery. Her favorite moment in the play is Emily’s monologue in Act III. One of her favorite theater memories is performing Spelling Bee at the ITS Festival. Chiara’s favorite musical is Cabaret, and she draws inspiration from her partner. She would like to thank her family and friends who listen to her complain, as well as her fellow cast and crewmates who do the same.

Dawson Quinn

Dr. Gibbs
Dawson Quinn - Dr. Gibbs Dawson Quinn (12th grade) is thrilled to be playing Dr. Gibbs in Our Town. He loves how caring and devoted Dr. Gibbs is as a father, always putting his family first and guiding them with wisdom. This is Dawson's debut show with CK Theatre and he has enjoyed finding a passion in performing. His favorite show is Clue, and he draws inspiration from Lee Gold and Abrial, who convinced him to give theater a try. Dawson is excited to continue exploring the stage and bringing Dr. Gibbs’ warmth and kindness to life.

Eden Wiater

Eden Wiater - Rebecca Gibbs Eden Wiater (10th grade) is delighted to be playing Rebecca Gibbs in Our Town. She loves Rebecca’s childlike innocence, sense of wonder, and humor. Eden connects with Rebecca through the similarities that she shares with her younger sister and cousins. Eden’s favorite line in the play is, “Everyday I go to school dressed like a sick turkey!” One of her favorite theater memories is sharing food with friends during rehearsals. Her favorite show is The Phantom of the Opera, and she draws inspiration from her friends and family. She would like to give a special shout-out to her family, friends, and everyone who supports her.

Elly Schulze

Mrs. Soames
Elly Schulze - Mrs. Soames Elly Schulze (9th grade) is excited to be playing Mrs. Soames in Our Town. She loves that Mrs. Soames serves as one of the show’s sources of comedic relief, giving the audience a chance to laugh and bringing lightness to an otherwise serious story. Elly connects with her character’s tendency to live in her own world and approach situations with a lighter attitude. One of her favorite rehearsal memories is blocking Act III, when many of the “graves” struggled to articulate their lines. Elly’s favorite shows are The Outsiders and Cabaret, and she draws inspiration from Billie Eilish and Rachel Zegler. She would like to thank her parents for always trusting and supporting her love for theatre.

Graham Laure

Joe Crowell Jr.
Graham Laure - Joe Crowell Jr. Graham Laure (1oth grade) is excited to be playing Joe Crowell Jr. in Our Town. He finds Joe’s story interesting and enjoys how even small moments in his life feel meaningful on stage. Graham’s favorite moment in the show is his exchange with Dr. Gibbs in the first scene, and one of his favorite theater memories is directing a play for this year’s 24-Hour Theatre Project. His favorite shows include Hamilton and The Play That Goes Wrong. He draws inspiration from Lewis Hamilton and Spider-Man. He would like to give a special shout-out to Chief Keef.

Harlow Thurman

Wally Webb
Harlow Thurman - Wally Webb Harlow Thurman (10th grade) is excited to be playing Wally Webb in Our Town. She loves the joy of bringing a little kid to life on stage and connecting with Wally’s perspective. Harlow’s favorite moment in the play is at the very beginning, when the cast comes out and gets to be creative together. She loves hearing everyone’s ideas during rehearsals. Her favorite show is Funny Girl. She finds inspiration in her sister and she would like to give a special shout-out to her little brother Brody and her parents for their support.

Karenna Klein

Lady McCarty
Karenna Klein - Lady McCarty Karenna Klein (10th grade) is excited to be playing Farmer McCarty in Our Town. One of her favorite aspects of the show is its powerful message about not taking anything for granted and learning to slow down, act intentionally, and truly appreciate each moment. A favorite recent theater memory was receiving her “Pinkalicious” paper plate award while playing Glinda in The Wizard of Oz from her big sister, Megan. Karenna’s favorite shows include The Sound of Music, The Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia, and Frozen. She draws inspiration from her faith, family, and friends, and would like to thank the production team, as well as her family and friends, for their unwavering support.

Keara Schultz

Howie Newsome
Keara Schultz - Howie Newsome Keara Schultz (10th grade) is excited to be playing Howie Newsome in Our Town. She loves that Howie is a staple of the town, quietly observing and delivering milk throughout the show. Keara’s favorite moment in the play is when Emily returns to her birthday and sees the beauty of life, realizing that no one fully appreciates it while living it. Her favorite theater memory is tripping over the giant Wizard of Oz ramp after a show, while laughing uncontrollably with friends. Keara draws inspiration from her family and friends in both cast and crew, and she would like to give a special shout-out to Charlotte and Ani for their support in rehearsals and crew meetings.

Lily Yu

Lily Yu - Woman on the Balcony Lily Yu (10th grade) is excited to be playing the Woman on the Balcony in Our Town. She loves her character’s straightforward nature and enjoys bringing that clarity to the stage. Her favorite moment in the play is the scene with Rebecca and George on the ladder, and one of her funniest theater memories is getting a face full of smoke effect backstage with her friends during The Wizard of Oz. Lily’s favorite shows include Into the Woods and The Great Gatsby, and she draws inspiration from her mom. She would like to give a special shout-out to her little sister and her mom for always being her biggest supporters.

Lucy Mahoney

Baseball Player
Lucy Mahoney - Baseball Player Lucy Mahoney (11th grade) is delighted to be playing one of the baseball players in Our Town. She loves how funny her role is, even if she doesn’t personally connect with the character. Her favorite moment in the play is when Yousif delivers the line “hast yaow,” and she always enjoys the special traditions before each show. Lucy’s favorite shows include Spelling Bee and Heathers, and she draws inspiration from everyone around her. She would like to give a special shout-out to her parents for supporting her theatrical endeavors and to her friends for sometimes coming to watch.

Maya Hamada

Sam Craig
Maya Hamada - Sam Craig Maya Hamada (10th grade) is excited to be playing Sam Craig in Our Town. She loves Sam’s distinctive fashion and enjoys bringing that detail to life on stage. While Maya doesn’t personally connect with her character, she appreciates the opportunity to portray someone very different from herself. Her favorite moment in the play is when Simon Stimson reflects on life after Emily returns to the graveyard. Maya’s favorite show is The Sound of Music, and she draws inspiration from her friends and family. She would like to give a special shout-out to her family (her mom, sister, dad, and her cats), as well as Mr. D, and her friends for their support.

Moira Henry-Rogers - Emily Webbs Moira Henry-Rogers (10th grade) is honored to be playing Emily Webb in Our Town. She loves Emily’s curiosity and determination, admiring how she follows her instincts and persistently searches for answers to life’s questions. Moira deeply connects with Emily and through this role has come to recognize how easy it is to take everyday moments and the people around us for granted. Moira cherishes the supportive and uplifting environment of rehearsals, finding joy in being part of a cast that feels like one big family. Her favorite show is The Outsiders, and she draws inspiration from people who are brave enough to be themselves and make fools of themselves for the good of others. She would like to give a special shout-out to her family, her friends, and her best friend Ella, who is always there for her.

Molly Muskovitz

Joe Stoddard
Molly Muskovitz - Joe Stoddard Molly Muskovitz (12th grade) is thrilled to be playing Joe Stoddard in Our Town. She loves how Joe connects everyone in the town, observing each person who enters the cemetery and quietly knowing all the stories and drama of those who have passed. While she doesn’t personally connect with her character, Molly enjoys the unique perspective Joe brings to the world of the play. One of her favorite theater memories is spending time backstage with friends during dress rehearsals, especially during Alice in Wonderland and Museum. Her favorite musicals are Hamilton and Hadestown, and she draws inspiration from her mom.

Morgan Hurd

Morgan Hurd - Baseball Player Morgan Hurd (11th grade) is excited to be playing one of the baseball players in Our Town. She loves how fun and carefree her role feels and connects with the character’s bubbly energy. Morgan’s favorite moment in the play is the opening, when both families are shown on stage at the same time, highlighting their different lives and routines. While she doesn’t have a single favorite rehearsal memory, she treasures the time she spent with this cast. Her favorite show is Mamma Mia, and she draws inspiration from her friends and family. She would like to thank her family for their support over the past few months and her friends for always being there for her.

Sophia Smith

Man Among the Dead / Baseball Player
Sophia Smith - Man Among the Dead / Baseball Player Sophia Smith (9th grade) is excited to be playing a Man Among the Dead and one of the baseball players in Our Town. She enjoys that even as part of the ensemble, her roles allow her to have lines and contribute meaningfully to the story. Sophia’s favorite moment in the play is the conversation between George and his little sister as they talk about the moon. One of her favorite theater memories is being part of the CK Theatre pre show traditions during The Wizard of Oz. Her favorite show is West Side Story, and she draws inspiration from her friends. She would like to give a special shout-out to her family for their continued support.

Travis Effinger

George Gibbs
Travis Effinger - George Gibbs Travis Effinger (11th grade) is thrilled to be playing George Gibbs in Our Town. He loves portraying George as a comical, awkward, and lovable dork, a quality that makes the role especially fun to play. Travis connects personally with the character, sharing George’s awkward charm and enjoying the freedom to bring a bit of himself to the stage. His favorite moments in the play are the endearing, awkward interactions between George and Emily. One of his favorite rehearsal moments is the ladder scene with Rebecca, where Eden’s creativity inspires him to try something new each time. Travis’s favorite musical is Beetlejuice, a dream role of his, and he draws inspiration from Robin Williams, whose balance of comedy and depth deeply influences his acting. He would like to thank his parents and brothers for their constant support, as well as his castmates for making this production such a joyful experience.

Vivian Back

Lady in a Box
Vivian Back - Lady in a Box Vivian Back (9th grade) is excited to be playing the Lady in a Box in Our Town. She enjoys that her character allows her to observe the story almost like a member of the audience. Vivian connects with her character’s appreciation for finding beauty in small, everyday moments, especially in the world of Grover’s Corners. Her favorite moment in the play is the soda shop scene. Vivian draws inspiration from people who don’t procrastinate and would like to give a shout-out to her peers at Cranbrook.

Yousef Zmily

Baseball Player / Sam Craig
Yousef Zmily - Baseball Player / Sam Craig Yousef Zmily (9th grade) is excited to be playing a baseball player and Sam Craig in Our Town. He loves serving as comedic relief amidst the show’s heavier moments and especially enjoys working alongside his fellow “baseball kids,” Sophia and Morgan. Yousef connects with his characters’ animated, quirky energy, embracing the stereotypical jock persona they bring to the stage. While he doesn’t have a single favorite moment, he strongly resonates with the play’s overarching message about the importance of living in the moment. His favorite show is The Outsiders, and he draws inspiration from his family, teachers, and Jeremy Jordan. He would like to give a shout-out to his mom, dad, and sister for their constant support, as well as Ms. Elizabeth for her generous musical training and Mr. D for the many opportunities and inclusive environment he has created.

Megan Granger

Megan Granger - Student Producer Megan Granger (12th grade) is honored to serve as the Student Producer one last time for Our Town. She has loved every moment of bringing this production to life and feels deeply grateful to be part of such a meaningful show. Megan has been involved in CK Theatre since 7th grade, and this community has shaped who she is both in and out of the PAC. While she is incredibly proud of this production, it is bittersweet to say goodbye as she prepares to move on to her next chapter. Megan wants to thank her theatre family for their unwavering support, friendship, and memories that will stay with her long after the final curtain. She looks forward to visiting and cheering on future productions.

Sofia Khan - Stage Manager Sofia Khan (12th grade) is honored to serve as Stage Manager for Our Town.
