Sara Pareja

Sara is ecstatic to be in Becton's Seussical the Musical. Sara is a 10th grader at Becton. She first started as a crew member for the performing arts program, then slowly started to perform on stage! Over the summer she works as a lifeguard and she also plays soccer for the Becton team. Sara would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her every step of the way, especially her little brother for helping her practice her lines :)

Julie Estrada is delighted to make her acting debut in Becton Regional High School’s Seussical the Musical. She is currently a Junior and first time performer. Before her exploration of musical theater, Julie wrestled and practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for nine years. She wants to thank her Mom, her Dad and her younger brother Michael always supporting her in everything she does! Additionally, Julie would like to thank her boyfriend Ben, and her close friends Kailey and Matias for encouraging her to step out of her comfort zone! She also wants to shout her little cousin Sofia for always putting up with her singing!

Kayla is a Freshman at Becton High School and is excited to make her High School theater debut. She has been singing and performing since 4th grade and is currently a student at The Nutley School of Music. Kayla also dances for Dance Theater Workshop and is a Becton Varsity Cheerleader. She wants to take this time to thank her Mom, Dad and Brother for always supporting her dreams and goals. She also wants to wish the whole cast and crew of Seussical the best of luck!! She had a blast with them all!

Veronica Isky

Judge Yertle the Turtle

The awkward, creative, smart and curious Veronica Isky is currently a senior in Becton Regional High School. She has done theater before Becton. The show being in question is Annie and her role was a background orphan and nothing special at all. Veronica has decided to try theater again out of curiosity to be in Seussical The Musical. Veronica got a quite unexpected role and is unsure if this role is fit for her, the role in question being Yertle The Turtle, a male role. Veronica has a talented voice. Outside of theater, Veronica was a varsity senior cheerleader and has won prom princess in last year's Junior Senior prom. She even won the Unsung Hero Award. Outside of Becton, Veronica enjoys going in nature and interacting with animals. Her hobbies include kayaking, singing, photography, drawing, interacting with animals, going to amusement/water parks, going to the beach and exploring nice places. Veronica hopes that all goes well in this play.

Choreographer

Taylor is extremely excited to be this year’s choreographer for the spring musical! She is a competitive dancer at Backstage Performing Arts Center and has been dancing for over ten years. This is her first time choreographing for the Becton Theatre Program, and she could not be more ecstatic to share her love of dance through Seussical. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her spending time with friends or family, out getting coffee or reading a good book. Taylor will be graduating in the spring and can not wait to begin her next chapter as an Education Major and Dance Minor. She wants to give a big “Thank You” to the entire cast for their hard work and to her mom for her endless support in all her dance endeavors.
