Reginald T. Jackson

His play DEE’S DILEMNA was produced in Houston, TX by the FADE TO BLACK FESTIVAL in June 2024. His play BLACK IN THE FIRST DEGREE was produced OffBroadway by the Downtown Urban Arts Festival June 2025. DEE’s DILEMNA was chosen as the best of the best short plays and was produced again in Houston Texas in June 2025. His play BLACK IN THE FIRST DEGREE was selected by the International Human Rights Art Festival and will be produced off-broadway at the Tank Theater on December 13, 2025. His play PERSONAL PURGATORY was produced by the Players Theatre LUV Festival Feb. 2026, His play PRACTICE TO DECEIVE was produced as part of the FRESH FRUIT FESTVAIL April 2026. His play CRABS IN A BARREL was produced by the MIDTOWN INTERNATIONAL THEATRE FESTIVAL July 2026. His play HEJIRA: Cradle to the Grave was produced by the Black Men Talk Festival in July 2026. His play PERSONAL PURGATORY will be part of the 15 MINUTES TO FRAME: Play competition in August 2026.

Kubbi

Kubbi is an American actress, director, producer, singer, and print model whose work spans film, television, theater, radio, and music. Her screen credits include Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Maury Povich, and the feature film The Work and the Glory III, along with print campaigns for major brands and three billboard appearances in New York City and Pennsylvania. As a director, Kubbi has helmed award-winning theatrical productions including Personal Purgatory and Black in the 1st Degree, both written by acclaimed playwright Reginald T. Jackson. Her direction of Shadows in the Mirror marks her sixth collaboration with Jackson. She also directed the acclaimed radio drama The Organizer, scheduled to air on WBAI Radio in New York. Kubbi expanded into feature filmmaking with her debut horror/mystery/thriller Hollow Haven, which wrapped production in October 2025 and is currently in post-production. A trained artist with studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and Yale University, she continues to move fluidly between acting, directing, producing, music, and visual storytelling.

Chastity Perez

Chasity Perez (Elena) is an Ossining, N.Y. resident and Lehman College graduate, where she earned a B.A. in Theater. Chasity has performed in various community theater productions, including Beauty and the Beast and the original play Gladys Day, along with experience in independent film. Chasity is passionate about bringing characters to life and connecting with audiences through storytelling. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of this production and thanks the cast, crew, and everyone who continues to support her journey.

Joshua G. Evans

Joshua Galvan Evans is a New York City based actor and voice actor. He trained at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, where he studied classical and contemporary acting, on-camera technique, voice, movement, and stage combat. Alongside his stage work, Joshua performs professionally in animation and video games. He is thrilled to be part of this production and would like to thank his family and his partner for their love, encouragement, and support in helping him get here.

Torreke Evans

Torreke Evans is an Atlanta native with roots in Baltimore and an actor and teaching artist making his mark in New York. A graduate of McDaniel College with degrees in Theatre and English, Torreke’s previous credits include Romeo and Juliet with Chesapeake Shakespeare Company and Watch the Throne with Black Spectrum Theatre . He has also worked as an actor and teaching artist with Alliance Theatre and Aurora Theatre in Atlanta. Torreke is thrilled to join the SPF BOO! 2026 in Shadows in the Mirror.

Timmy Spence

Timmy has tackled some terrific acting roles in the last several years, including Norman Thayer Jr. in On Golden Pond, Billy and Sydney in Neil Simon's California Suite, Walter Burns in The Front Page, Herr Schultz in Cabaret, and Irving Berlin in Coming Back Like A Song. Timmy began writing short plays about two years ago, and has recently finished his first full-length. He studied with the legendary acting coach Stella Adler, serving as her driver, and accompanying her to Paris as an actor for the 50th anniversary of the death of Stanislavsky.

Santiago Pinkney

Santiago is a Florida native who attends Pace University. He is currently working on a double major in Musical Theater and Psychology. He loves every aspect of theater and is humbled to be a part of this wonderful festival! Enjoy the ambiance of art collaboration! Hayley Carson

Hayley has performed professionally on-stage and screen in NYC, London and Scotland. Look out for her in the upcoming pilot “The Seam” and the feature film “Maliah’s Eyes”.

Katie Casebolt

Always with a tone of sarcasm and feminism, Katie is a writer, stagehand and sfx makeup artist who aims to correct injustices and bring a small bit of comedy to serious conversations. After two college degrees in the entertainment field from Wayne State University (Theatre Design and Screenwriting), her goals are to write for the big screen with the Writer’s Guild and produce in her favorite spot in the world; New York’s Theatre stages. Oh, and to find the best plate of nachos in the world.

Audra Zook

Audra Zook is an actor, writer, and director based in NYC. She has recently appeared in Fresh Out the Nursery, Girls in the Bathroom, Stay Tuned, I’m Afraid You’ve Got Ghosts, Alice in Tinderland, Twelfth Night, Hellcab, and The Tempest, and has directed multiple plays including her own short plays Storc, Second Chance, and LifeOptimization as well as other works such as Looneys, The Venona Decryption and The Glass Menagerie. She is a proud member of Theatre 68 and regularly writes and performs sketch comedy with the group Punchline Loading.

Emmy Harris

Originally from England, Emmy trained in classical theatre at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art before moving to New York, where she studied at Atlantic Theater Company’s acting conservatory. Her play Each Brought Some Silences premiered at the New York International Fringe Festival in 2016. She has worked as a playwright, actor, and producer in New York, and produced her first feature film, Swans, in 2019. Her work moves between theatre and film, and she is delighted to take part in SPF at The Players Theatre this fall.

Taylor Patno

TAYLOR FORD PATNO is a Vermont-born, New York City-based actor, producer, historian, director and playwright. A proud graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School, he has been creating theatre in NYC and New England for over 15 years. Workshops of his new play, "On the Horizon", were recently produced at the historic Gilded Age estate Lynnewood Hall in Philadelphia, PA, and Broadway’s Circle in the Square Theatre. He has a deep passion for theatre, new works, and collaboration, and currently works as Production Coordinator for TRW Production.

Matthew Cade

Matthew Cade appeared in Jerry Roebucks “Harlem Coffee Shop,” at the Beacon Theatre, and wrote and directed the feature film “How I Became That Jewish Guy,” which premiered at The Anthology Film Archives, as well as another feature he wrote and directed “The Missing Stories,” which premiered at Quad Cinema. His play “Waking Up Crazy,” was performed at the Cherry Lane Theatre and he acted in his own play The Celestial Field at the NY Theatre Festival. Matthew currently cohosts a podcast “Playing Teacher” – taking you behind the curtain of NYC public schools. He thanks his wife and son for their unwavering love and support.

Yule Donald is an American actor and musician from Detroit whose career has spanned four continents. He began performing at age sixand initially focused on music, which led himto international stages. Along the way, he was drawn to acting, eventually training ar the second Cityin Chicago, and The Actors Conservatory in Portland, Oregon. Now based in New York City, he continues his training at HB Studio while building a dynamic career.

Darlene Elizabeth Joiner

Darlene Elizabeth Joiner (she/her), writer of “Flooding with Binky,” is a New York City actress and writer with roots in Gary, Indiana. Her short plays, The 9 or 5 Theses of Karen Sloane, Dinner with Darius, and Ashes and Curds, have been featured at the New York Theater Winter Festival, Chain One Act Summer Festival, and SPF’s LUV Festival. Her stage credits include Marnie in Haley Platz’s musical adaptation of Just Little Women; Michelle in Riley Fee and Kathryn Loggin’s Love or Death Inside of a House; Meredith Gardner in The Venona Decryption; and Shalita and Pregnant Woman in Hell Cab with Theatre 68’s NYC Chapter. Anthony DeFeo

I'm a New York City guy who enjoys long walks on Staten Island's Midland Beach and short lines for Zeppoles at the San Gennaro Feast. My first short play (Vampire Pizza) is an ode to my never-ending love for pizza and campy comedies from the 80’s and 90’s. Oh, and also to Leslie Neilson, who played Dracula in one of my favorite comedies: “Dracula: Dead and Loving it”

Pawel Lewczuk

I am a Polish American native New Yorker, and I’ve studied at the American Musical Dramatic Academy for the studio program. This past January, I did a production of the Cherry Orchard for Arkadia theater company in Switzerland. I also have an extensive background in stand up comedy, I’ve performed in various clubs, such as Gotham Comedy Club, Eastville, The Comic Strip, and the PIT loft just to name a few
