Sleepy Hollow Boy/Ensemble
Eva is elated to be performing with the Players on High for the first time. Hailing originally from Houston, Texas, she has been here for 7 years and thanks Carlisle for being such a wonderful community. She is honored to be a part of this production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. When Eva is not on stage, she spends her time playing music with her friends, painting, and listening to records.
Faith Brown
Gossip/Ensemble
Faith is making her Players on High debut. She did theater all throughout high school and two other community theater shows before this one. Her favorite roles include Myrtle Mae Simmons in Chambersburg's production of Harvey and Gayle in her high school's production of Almost, Maine. Outside of theater, she enjoys fall activities, arts and crafts, and being around loved ones.
Roma Cervino

Roma Cervino is 17 years old and is so grateful to be in such another amazing show at the Carlisle Theater. Roma was previously in the Carlisle Theater production of Harvey and continues to enjoy this amazing experience. She thanks her family and terrific cast mates for everything they’ve done!

Debra is happy to return to Players on High in the Sleepy Hollow ensemble and as cranky Dame Van Winkle. It’s quite a change from her recent role as cheerful socialite Mrs.Ethel Chauvenet in last spring’s PoH production of Harvey! In addition to acting, she is a volunteer in the theatre box office and works props and set/house decorating. A resident of Carlisle for 34 years and retired sociology professor from Shippensburg University, Debra is proud to be a part of live theatre in our community.
John Fitzgerald

John debuted with the Players on High was last December’s A Steampunk Christmas Carol when he was cast as the narrator Charles Dickens. Community Theatre fulfills a lifelong dream of storytelling via the performing arts.
Ricardo Graham
Icabod Crane
Ricardo is in his first performance at the Carlisle Theater. He previously performed in The Lion In Winter at the Little Theater of Mechanicsburg. He received his training in acting at the Popovsky Performing Arts Studio. When he’s not on stage, Ricardo works in the videogame industry as a Lead Character Artist. After discovering a love for theater, he spends his evenings adventuring into the world of acting and storytelling. He is supported by his amazing wife, Mona and his 6-year-old son, Neal.
Dave Lang

Dave is thrilled to be a part of the Players on High family. This is his 8th production at Carlisle Theatre and his 51st production overall. He is thoroughly enjoying his experience as a part of this marvelous ensemble cast. Dave has also performed locally at Hershey Area Playhouse, Upstart Arts, Forge Theater, Gettysburg Community Theater, The Micro Theatre at Broadway Tavern, and Lebanon Community Theater. He enjoys competitive ping-pong and is an avid board gamer. Dave studies vocal performance at Roger Lentz Studio. Thank you for coming out and supporting us and for allowing us to do what we love.
R. J. Lesch

R.J. is delighted to be part of Carlisle Players on High. R.J. made his directorial debut in October 2021 with QED. He portrayed Uncle Billy in It's a Wonderful Life, several characters in A Christmas Carol, and Elwood P. Dowd in Harvey. Previously, R. J. worked with Punchinello Players in St. Paul, MN, performing in The Time of Your Life and Our Town, and providing offstage support for several other shows. R.J. lives in Carlisle with his spouse, Laura Rumley. He is an avid fencer and fencing coach, his specialty being sabre.
Tara Mead

Tara returns for her second performance at the Carlisle Regional Performing Arts Center, debuting in Clue last year. She is no stranger to the stage, following performances at the Hershey Area Playhouse in It's a Wonderful Life and The Homecoming. Tara starred in a variety of productions in high school, including Lil' Abner, Our Miss Brooks and BoneChiller! and also sang in various music ensembles while attending the University of Connecticut. She would like to thank her family for their support and the entire cast and crew for their dedication and hard work in the Legend of Sleepy Hollow!

Catie returns for her fifth production with Players on High. She has credits in local, community and professional theatre, both on stage and behind the scenes and holds a B.F.A. in Motion Picture Production. She wishes to thank Ashley Byerts for her brilliant vision and direction, her fellow castmates for their dedication and humor, crew for their creative diligence, and her daughter, Patience for all that and more. Alyanna Montgomery (she/they/he) is simply thrilled to be performing again at the Carlisle Theatre. They attend Carlisle High School as a sophomore and are very involved in the arts and theatre there such as the CHS coffee house program and Shakespeare Troupe. Past credits include Mickie Mahoney (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) and Alice/Mary Lennox understudy (The Secret Garden The Musical). They would like to thank both Greta, (their best friend), Ashley Sheffe, (for getting them through the show and late-night rehearsals), and the director, Ashley Shade Byerts, for being such a kind and understanding director.

Abby is excited to be a part of her very first production on stage as an ensemble member in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing and playing video games. Abby would like to thank Ashley Byerts, Alyanna, and her family for their support and encouragement throughout the process.

Russ is really excited to participate in his second production with Players on High in the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and for being able to share the stage for the first time with his oldest daughter Abby! He was previously seen in multiple small roles in The Secret Garden with Players on High. Other credits include Doody in Grease for the Wentworth Institute of Technology Theater Troupe, as well as performing in the ensemble for the Regal Players performance of Oklahoma in Waltham, MA, and ensemble roles in Mame and The Boyfriend with the Arlington High School Drama Club. He would like to thank his wife Amanda and children Cathryn, Aaron, and Abigail for all of their support.

Sleepy Hollow Boy 2/Ensemble
Hadley is a sophomore at Harrisburg Academy and is excited to be a part of this production with the Players on High. She has performed in a number of productions in Central Pennsylvania and Maryland. Some of her favorite roles include Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden (Carlisle Theatre), Blanche Barrow in Bonnie & Clyde (STAR Centre of Havre de Grace), Tomika Spencer-Williams in School of Rock (Harrisburg Academy), The Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol (Carlisle Theatre) and Anna Warren in Alien8 (DreamWrights). In addition to performing, Hadley enjoys baking, playing soccer, and participating in Quiz Bowl competitions. She would like to thank the Players on High for this opportunity.

Ashley is excited to be returning to the Carlisle Theatre stage for the third time. The CHS senior is no stranger to performing and has been in many shows before. Highlights include Helena in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Belle in A Christmas Carol, and Moly in 13. She would like to thank her family and friends for keeping her head on straight these past few months, as well as her amazing directive crew for allowing this show to be as amazing as it is!

Shane is originally from McKinney, Texas. Shane has always been invested in the arts, having been involved in dance, acting and music while growing up. At Dickinson College, where Shane graduated in May of 2022 with a degree in Law and Policy, he was a member of the college choir, the Red Clover Quartet, and the college’s nationally ranked mock trial team. This is his first theatre production as an adult and Shane is excited for the opportunity! He’d like to thank his sister, who is studying theatre at Messiah University and regular at the Carlisle Theatre, his parents and his grandmother for all their support!

Amanda Moore

Amanda is very excited to return to the Carlisle Theatre as part of the production team for The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. She has recently worked with Players on High as the Assistant Stage Manager and Production Assistant on The Secret Garden: The Musical, as the Assistant Stage Manager Intern for Harvey, and as Costuming Assistant in A Christmas Carol. She wants to thank her husband Russ and their three kids for always supporting her passion for the theatre, and the rest of the production team for always being willing to teach and explain more of the technical aspects of the theatre to her.
