Meet the Company
Hannah Almanzar
Hannah is excited to be making her debut at PPTOPA! Hannah has been involved in musical theatre since 7th grade, with some of her favorite roles being Sophie Sheridan (Mamma Mia!) and Sue Snell (Carrie the Musical). Hannah graduated from a conservatory in the heart of NYC, and since moving to Florida has been enjoying the sunshine, writing music, and serving it up at the Mai Kai restaurant where she works. Shout out to the Mai Kai!
Erica Kaylee Gouldthorpe
Erica is honored to return to PPTOPA in The Marvelous Wonderettes! Her favorite credits include Parade (Slow Burn Theatre Company) Evil Dead (Invision Theatre Company), Hello, Dolly!, A Chorus Line (Lauderhill Performing Arts Center), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (The Wick Theatre), and Putting It Together (PPTOPA). Nina Poulos
Nina "BigRed" Poulos (Betty Jean) is eager to make her professional musical theatre debut with such a wonderful team of creatives! Recently she was seen as ‘Sarah Spiegelberg’ in From Brooklyn to Boca (The Studio at Mizner Park), ‘Delilah Strict’ in Zombie Prom (Nova Southeastern University), and various commercial/voiceover work. She has a B.A. in Musical Theatre from NSU, and since graduation has worked full time as a Fine Arts Production Assistant at Calvary Christian Academy. Jordan Walker
Jordan Walker is very excited to be in The Marvelous Wonderettes, which is her first production at Pembroke Pines Theatre of Performing Arts. Born in Fort Myers, FL, Jordan attended Florida State University where she majored in Theatre performance. Previous credits include: Little Shop of Horrors, Shorty (Film), It Ends By Fire (FSU College of Motion Picture Arts), and Fame (Florida Repertory Theatre). Jordan would first like to thank God for this amazing opportunity, and her family & friends for their endless support and love. She hopes that everyone enjoys the show!
Del Marrero
Del is a graduate of AMDA New York and a middle school Drama teacher / Administrator. She has starred in and/or choreographed numerous productions for PPTOPA and other local theatres. She directed Broadway Through the Years 1 & 2, and was the Assistant Director for Something Rotten. Previous roles include The Wedding Singer (Holly), The Mousetrap (Miss Casewell), Jesus Christ Superstar (Mary), Judgment at Nuremberg (Maria Wallner), How to Succeed…(Smitty), She Loves Me (Ilona), Young Frankenstein (Elizabeth), Footloose (Rusty), Once Upon a Mattress (Winifred), Man of La Mancha (Aldonza), Hairspray (Tracy), Annie (Lily), Secret Garden (Martha), Brigadoon (Meg) and Bye, Bye Birdie (Kim/Ursula).
Geoffrey Mergele
Geoffrey Mergele (Director/Musical Director) - Geoffrey is thrilled to be a part of staging this marvelous musical for PPTOPA. Previous work at PPTOPA includes directing Sex Please, We’re Sixty and directing/music directing Putting It Together. Other musical directing credits include Tom Sawyer and Liberty! The Price of Freedom (Josephine Theatre, TX). A member of the PPTOPA Board of Directors, Geoffrey can also be seen on stage performing. Kim has worked as Backstage Manager and in Front of the House. She is in charge of Marketing, Group Ticket Sales and the PPTOPA website. She has been involved with numerous productions including Plaza Suite, Sex Please We're Sixty, Putting it Together, Broadway Through the Years Two, Deathtrap, Barefoot in the Park, 12 Angry Men, Broadway Through the Years, Pippin, Sweeney Todd, Evita, Something Rotten, Cabaret, Urinetown, A Few Good Men, The Wedding Singer, The Best Little Whorehouse, The Addams Family, The Mousetrap, Seussical, West Side Story, Jesus Chris Superstar, Judgment at Nuremburg, How to Succeed, In the Heights, She Loves Me, Funny Girl, The Little Mermaid, Young Frankenstein, Carousel, Mary Poppins, Gypsy, Les Misérables and Man of La Mancha. Lisa McFadden-Murphy
Lisa thanks her daughter, Kaelea, for bringing her back to theater. She has had enormous joy working on every show since Man of La Mancha in 2014. Her roles have included Props Manager, Backstage Crew, Backstage Manager, Lighting Operator and Stage Manager. She has loved working with every cast and crew and looks forward to what PPTOPA has in store for the future.

Roger Bean
Roger Bean created the long-running hit The Marvelous Wonderettes (over 1,200 performances Off-Broadway), along with the sequels Wonderettes: Caps & Gowns, Winter Wonderettes, Wonderettes: Dream On, and the new large-cast Wonderettes: Glee Club Edition. Original cast albums for all Wonderettes shows are available from iTunes and Amazon. The Marvelous Wonderettes received the 2007 LA Ovation Award for Best Musical for its record-breaking Los Angeles run and continues to be an audience favorite in theatre companies throughout the country.
