Director’s Message
Welcome to "The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Jr."! We are so excited to share this magical journey with you, our audience, as we celebrate the joy of children’s theatre, and the boundless imagination of childhood.
We chose "The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Jr." because it captures the whimsy and adventure that make being a kid so special. This story, based on the book by Jeff Brown, follows Stanley Lambchop, a boy who, after being flattened by a bulletin board, embarks on an incredible adventure around the world. It’s a perfect reminder that anything is possible with a little creativity, a big heart, and a sense of adventure.
I am so incredibly grateful to our incredible cast and crew, whose dedication, passion, and hard work have brought this show to life. The energy and enthusiasm that each performer brings to their role is nothing short of inspiring. To the entire production team: thank you for your tireless commitment to making this vision a reality.
To our audience: Welcome! Your support means the world to us, and we are so thrilled to have you here with us today. As you watch Stanley’s journey unfold (pun intended), we hope you’ll remember the magic of your own childhood, and feel the excitement of discovering the world. Enjoy the show, and thank you for being part of this wonderful experience!

Message from the Board
Welcome to our production of “The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley Jr.”, another wonderful youth production that has been lovingly brought to life by our production team who are nurturing and shaping not only the skills of these amazing young performers, but also the future of RCMPI.
The Board of Directors acknowledge and thank our crew of volunteers who have generously given their time and talents. Without their dedication and vision, none of this would be possible.
I would like to dedicate this show to the memory of Tom Gould, a long-time Member of RCMPI. Tom was a firm believer in our youth, and was a driving force in ensuring these youngsters had a great space to play and rehearse in. Tom acted as a mentor and guide to so many in our company, and would have been the first one on his feet to cheer on and applaud them this week.
Please continue to support our company, and we look forward to seeing you again. We encourage you to follow along with is on social media (@rcmpi), and on our website at www.rcmpi.ca where you can find information regarding auditions and tickets for upcoming productions.
