Meet the Company
Nicole Grieco
Nicole is a lawyer by day, but has loved acting since childhood and could not be happier to be a regular performer at BrooklynOne for the last three years. She has appeared in BrooklynOne's Night of the Living Dead (Dr. Grimes), Romeo & Juliet (Single Mom Montague), Midsummer Night's Dream (Starveling/Moon), and As You Like It, as well as various one-acts, new works festivals, and Dialogue With Three Chords readings.
Caitlyn Schmidt
Caitlyn Schmidt is thrilled to be in her first performance with brooklynONE! Some of her favorite performing credits are Nunsense (Sister Mary Amnesia), Something Rotten (Minstrel), A Christmas Carol (Ghost of Christmas Past), Cinderella (Charlotte), and Carrie (Carrie). Caitlyn is currently 24 years old working as a speech-language pathologist with the adult population. Caitlyn extends a huge thank you to Nicole and Anthony for making this opportunity possible!
Grace Stauffer
Grace is a choreographer, teacher, and performer. She's danced at Alvin Ailey, American Ballet Theatre, and Joffrey Ballet School's summer intensives, holds a certificate from CAP21's Professional Musical Theatre Training program, trains and teaches at Steps on Broadway, and holds a BA in Molecular Biology from Boston University. She has performed around the country, and was most recently seen in Elf the Musical at Broadway palm. GraceStauffer.Net
Annika Solomone
Currently studying at the Actor’s Studio Drama School, Annika is a native New Yorker who has played a wide variety of roles from Seymour Krelbourn to Elle Woods. Outside of her graduate program, she can be seen performing Shakespeare in a bar with her fellow 11th Hour Players. She would like to thank her mother, Christina, and her understudy, Meryl Streep.

This is Nicole's second time directing a short at BrooklynOne following the Winter Shorts Festival in January! She has also acted in various new works festivals and appeared in BrooklynOne's Shakespeare productions and Night of the Living Dead. Darlene Elizabeth Joiner
Darlene Elizabeth Joiner is a NYC based actress with Gary, Indiana hometown ties. She enjoys writing as much as she does performing. She is honored for her piece, "Ashes and Curds" was selected and read for bkONE's RESISTER festival and directed by Anthony Marino. Darlene’s short plays, "Dinner with Darius" and "The 9 or 5 Thesis of Karen Sloane" were performed at SPF BeBold LUV and NY WINTERFest Festivals in 2025.

Anthony Marino formed bkONE in 2006 with his friend Tom Kane.
JT Tsou
JT Tsou is an award-winning writer, director, and producer for theater and TV/film with credits spanning across Chain Theatre, Netflix, PBS, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Peacock, and Disney. A proud member of the Roundabout Theater Company’s Ambassador Council, JT is a creative committed to increasing access for and amplifying the stories of women, immigrants, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. Tsou is the Co-Founder and co-CEO of Left No Ring Productions (LNR) with her producing partner and dear friend, Raye Levine. LNR/JT is currently co-producing the Broadway comedy musical, Operation Mincemeat.
Jennifer Skura Boutell
Jennifer Skura Boutell (she/they) is an American theatremaker and artist whose work has been presented in USA and Europe and described as "vibrant, vital, and hilarious" as well as "absurd and brutal." She is also the founder of FADlab, a writing residency for fictionalized auto drama, currently at Windmill Arts in Atlanta, GA. Jennifer holds a BFA in theatre, an MFA in creative writing, and through a merit-based grant for continued learning, is working on an MA in mental health counseling at Agnes Scott College. Her plays are published by Next Stage Press. It is Jennifer's passion to help enhance the lives of others by sharing her creative education through effective collaboration in telling impactful stories.

Catherine weingarte
Catherine Weingarten is a friendly jewish chick from an obscure area of Pennsylvania! Honors Include: the Scott McPherson Award and the Tennessee Williams Scholarship through the Sewanee Writer’s Conference. She is a new georges affiliated artist and has previously developed her “girly, trashy” work with Dixon Place, The Tank, Less Than Rent, Sam French OOB Short Play Festival, Last Frontier Theater Conference and has been awarded residencies through Bethany Arts Community, The Studios of Key West, Fresh Ground Pepper’s BRB and Monson Arts. Catherine has participated in Art House Production’s INKubator Writer’s Group, New Perspective’s Women’s Work Short Play Lab and The Shelter’s Virtual King Lear project.
