In The Box

Alex Hemsouvanh

Alex has some experience in theater. For example, his most recent performance was Thor's Hammer and he played the role of Odin. He is currently in 5th grade and is in a play called "In the Box" playing the roles of Benny Boring and Omi-Won Tonoso. Alex would like to thank Ms. Wolohan for giving him the opportunity to be in the performance of "In the Box."

Desheka Marshall

Desha is excited to be performing in tonight's production of "In the Box," playing the roles of Brianna Kraka and Isabel Cocomoco. In 5th grade at SCDS, Desha is a member of CLC, where she helps around the school; 5th Grade Band: We're Just Like That!, where she plays cello; and Theatre Workshop, where she learns theatre arts. Her theater experience includes playing Anna in Frozen. One day, she hopes to be an artist, writer, and fashion designer. Desha would like to thank her sister, Frankie, for always being there.

Frances Marshall

Frances is an experienced actor with many roles. She would love to thank Beca because she brought so much happiness to Frances's life. Frances has been in many plays, such as Frozen and The Three Little Wolves (an adaptation of The Three Little Pigs). Frances is excited for In The Box!

Maddie Shaw

Maddie is excited to perform in tonight's production of In The Box, playing the roles of Rosie, Second, and Princess Letha. A 5th grader at SCDS, Maddie is a member of the Theater Workshop, where she acts after school. One day, she dreams of being a writer. Maddie would like to thank her parents for being inspirational and always pushing her to do new things.

Sophia Ziegler

Sophia is excited to be in tonight's performance: In the Box, playing the roles of Citrine Topaz and World Girl 1. A fifth grader at SCDS, Sophia is a member of theatre, soccer, and band, where she plays violin. She is hoping this could be her acting debut, and one day, she hopes to be in a movie or TV show. Sophia would like to thank her parents for encouraging her and supporting her as well.

Stella Pile

Stella is excited to be in tonight's performance of In the Box, playing Wylie Stylus. A fifth grader at SCDS, Stella is a member of theatre, dance, and band, where she plays clarinet. Her theatre experience includes playing Grandma Georgina in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. One day, she hopes to be in more plays, like Hamilton! Stella would like to thank Miss Wolohan for teaching her how to act. Thank you.
