Originally presented by Mike Nichols, “Annie” is one of the biggest hits in Broadway history and the winner of seven Tony awards including Best Musical. A bonafide name brand around the world, it has been licensed and performed in 50 countries and translated into 8 languages. Harry Connick, Jr. - Oliver Warbucks Harry Connick, Jr.’s career has exemplified excellence across multiple platforms in the entertainment world over the past three decades. He has received Grammy and Emmy awards as well as Tony Award nominations for his live and recorded musical performances, achievements in film and television, and his appearances on Broadway as both an actor and composer. Connick continues to establish himself as a best-selling musician, singer, composer and a live performer with millions of recordings sold around the world. Connick has appeared in 20 feature films (“Hope Floats,” “Dolphin Tale,” “Independence Day,” “Memphis Belle”) and his work on television includes roles on “Will and Grace,” “South Pacific,” “Living Proof” and “American Idol.” In 2016, he launched “Harry,” a national daytime television show that earned 11 Daytime Emmy nominations, including nominations for best host, and a Critics’ Choice nomination for best talk show. On Broadway, Connick received Tony nominations as both a lead actor in “The Pajama Game” and as a composer/lyricist for “Thou Shalt Not.” He last performed on Broadway in 2019 in a show he wrote and directed: “Harry Connick, Jr.: A Celebration of Cole Porter.” In the summer of 2020 as the country entered a prolonged pandemic lockdown, he retreated alone to his home studio to “heal himself” in what he called “a musical isolation chamber.” He wrote songs, played all instruments, sang all voices, recorded it all himself and emerged with an album of songs of faith and inspiration titled “Alone With My Faith.” He joyfully returns to the concert stage this summer in a series of outdoor performances for his “Time to Play!” tour.

Nicole Scherzinger - Grace Scherzinger is best known as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, one of the world’s biggest girl bands. Grammy-nominated Scherzinger has accrued #1 singles globally with expansive music accomplishments across a multitude of genres, including performances with opera legend Andrea Bocelli and an Olivier Award nomination for her role in the revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Cats” in London’s West End. Tituss Burgess - Rooster Tituss Burgess earned five Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, a SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series and two Critics’ Choice TV Awards for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his work in “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.” He can currently be seen in the animated musical comedy series “Central Park” and appears as Rev. Dr. James Cleveland in the Aretha Franklin biopic “Respect.” A veteran of the stage, Burgess made his Broadway debut in 2005 as Eddie in “Good Vibrations” and has held many memorable roles, including Hal Miller in “Jersey Boys,” Sebastian the Crab in “The Little Mermaid” and Nicely-Nicely Johnson in the 2009 revival of “Guys and Dolls.”

Megan Hilty - Lily St. Regis Already a fan favorite for her portrayal of Glinda in Wicked and Doralee Rhodes in Dolly Parton's 9 to 5: The Musical, Hilty became known to theater fans worldwide as triple-threat Ivy Lynn in NBC's musical drama "Smash." Most recently, she starred as Patsy Cline in Lifetime's original movie Patsy & Loretta, earning a Critics Choice Award Nomination for her performance. Her other television credits include recurring roles on "Girlfriends Guide to Divorce," "The Good Wife," "Braindead," and "Louie," among many others. On stage, she received critical acclaim for her portrayal of Brooke Ashton in the Roundabout Theater Company's revival of Noises Off, for which she earned nominations for the Tony®, Drama Desk and Drama League Awards and won a Broadway.com Audience Award for Favorite Featured Actress in a Play. Megan has performed across the globe to sold-out houses including concerts with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall, the National Symphony Orchestra at The Kennedy Center, and the New York Philharmonic at Lincoln Center, among many others. Alan Toy - President Roosevelt As an actor, Alan Toy has worked in dozens of films and television shows. He’s widely remembered by former addicts of “Beverly Hills 90210” as cult leader Professor Finley. In over 100 TV, theater and film roles, Toy has played a wide assortment of characters, including parents, lawyers, doctors, scientists, veterans, teachers and even a wheelchair-using mountain climber. His credits include the Martin Scorsese’s “The Aviator,” “In the Line of Fire,” “Kansas,” “Equal Justice,” “Born on the Fourth of July,” “West Wing,” “Matlock,” “Profiler,” “Diagnosis Murder,” “Highway to Heaven” and “M*A*S*H.” As a union activist in the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Toy initiated the inclusion of people with disabilities in the protected groups contract language. He subsequently helped create and was the first co-chair of the Interguild Committee of Performers with Disabilities. He has actively encouraged fellow performers with disabilities to participate in the guilds’ efforts to create a more positive working environment for their disabled members. Toy often participated in negotiations with producers over such issues as non-stereotypical portrayals and discrimination in the casting process. Toy won an IDEAS Scholar fellowship from the World Institute on Disability in 1989 to study television programming by and about people with disabilities in England. He later was a segment producer and on-camera reporter for several segments of “Same Difference,” one of the programs he studied. Toy’s on-camera reporting continued in the U.S. as the guest host of a segment of “City View,” a Los Angeles ABC public affairs show, and as the host of Evan Kemp’s TV pilot “One Step Ahead.”

ANNIE LIVE! Soundtrack to be Released on December 3rd

It has been announced that the soundtrack for NBC's Annie Live! will be released on December 3rd! The musical event of the Holiday Season, "Annie Live!" will air on Thursday, December 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Celina Smith will light up center stage in the title role of Annie. Smith joins an all-star ensemble including Taraji P. Henson as Miss Hannigan, Harry Connick Jr. as Daddy Warbucks, Nicole Scherzinger as Grace, Tituss Burgess as Rooster and Megan Hilty as Lily St. Regis.

Alan Toy will play the role of President Roosevelt. Toy is a prolific actor of stage and screen and leading a voice in the disabled community.

The ensemble will feature Felice Kakaletris as Molly, Cate Elefante as Kate, Sophie Knapp as July, Tessa Frascogna as Tessie, Arwen Monzon-Sanders as Duffy and Audrey Cymone as Pepper as well as Wendi Bergamini, Jadaya Bivins, Brittany Conigatti, Ben Davis, Zachary Downer, Karla Garcia, Kayla Goins, Luke Hawkins, Christopher Hernandez, Afra Hines, Trinity Inay, Jeff Kready, McKenzie Kurtz, Jenny Laroche, Brandt Martinez, Morgan Marcell, Liz McCartney, Anastacia McCleskey, Giana Rice, Eliseo Roman, Lily Tamburo, Sherrod Tate, Kennedy Thompson, Tanairi Vazquez, Jacob Keith Watson, Alex Wong and Corde Young.

Based on the Harold Gray comic strip "Little Orphan Annie" that debuted in 1924, the musical premiered on Broadway in 1977 and initially ran for over four years.

"Annie Live!" will be executive produced by Robert Greenblatt, Neil Meron and Alex Rudzinski, with Lear deBessonet and Alex Rudzinski sharing the directing duties. Choreography will be led by Sergio Trujillo. Jason Sherwood will oversee production design. Stephen Oremus will orchestrate the music direction. Emilio Sosa will lead costume design. The live event is being produced by Chloe Productions.

Full Cast Revealed for ANNIE LIVE! on NBC

The musical event of the Holiday Season, "Annie Live!" will air on Thursday, December 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. The full cast of the star-studded broadcast has now been revealed!
