About Bay Area Performing Arts & Casting

Bay Area Performing Arts & Casting is a non-profit production company committed to encouraging and equipping young performers to meet professional standards in the arts. We accomplish this through classes, workshops, competitions, and live performances. Our award winning, diverse group of students, ages 8-22, have represented the Tampa Bay Area at theme parks, original works presentations, fundraisers for community events, awards shows, national competitions, and film festivals. We incorporate a casting component that works as an encouraging network for our members to find, prepare for, and participate in professional opportunities inside and outside of our community. We recognize that even if children are extraordinarily talented for their age, they are still impressionable young people who need encouragement, support, and a safe place to take risks while becoming their authentic selves. Thank you for supporting young performers! For more information or to connect with us, visit our website at www.bapacasting.com.

Thank you so much for your support of BAPAC and young performers!

BAPAC is a 501-c3 nonprofit organization. We consistently stride toward a self-sustaining non-profit model, but we still need help to build sets, purchase script rights, buy costume materials, and to effectively promote our shows to the community.

Funds may be used for:

  • securing rights for shows

  • production costs (microphones, lighting, tech, sound, costumes, etc)

  • purchasing a trailer/storage unit so we can store set pieces and props for multiple uses

  • scholarships for families with financial need

  • funding projects to provide opportunities for our students (ex. studio sessions, travel, tech needs, etc).

  • Presenting Sponsorships for upcoming productions

If you'd like to contribute to helping our students with their upcoming trip costs, please contact us!

* If you would like your donation to be put towards a specific need, please leave a note in your payment or send us an email at bapacasting@gmail.com. Otherwise, funds will go toward our most pressing needs.

Become a Sponsor:

Sponsorship simply makes it possible for us to continue to develop amazing young actors and singers. This benefits not only them, but their families, volunteers, and the community.  In addition to our sincere gratitude, sponsors may be thanked in programs, receive logo placement on posters, programs and prominent recognition in advertising, social media and curtain speeches, depending on sponsorship level.

PLEASE CONTACT US AT bapacasting@gmail.com for information on sponsoring a show or season!!!
