Meet the Company

Jennifer Marks

Marianne

(She/Her) Jennifer is extremely grateful for the opportunity to bring this beautiful piece of theatre to life. Jennifer has been performing on stages in both Northern and Southern California since childhood. Some favorite credits include Sally (Cabaret), Janet (Rocky Horror), Lizzy (Baby), and Shelby (Steel Magnolias). When she is not on stage, Jennifer is a proud certified stenographer. She would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her everywhere this crazy acting bug takes her. A huge thank you to Kelsey and Adrian for entrusting her to bring this special character to life and to Sam for all his support and patience.

Giovanni Navarro

Roland

(He/Him) Giovanni Is grateful to be a part of this talented team and beautiful story. He studies at Howard Fine Acting Studio and has been a theater lover since his teenage years. Favorite past roles include (William) One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, (Noah) The Grapes of Wrath, (Chino) West Side Story, (Bobby) The Drunken City, (Randy) Almost Maine. (Don Carlos) A Flea in her Ear and (Juror #8) In Twelve Angry Men. He has worked with The Long Beach Playhouse in productions like Romeo & Juliet (Benvolio), Sweat (Oscar), Men on Boats (William), Jane Austen’s Emma (Frank),The Motherfucker with the Hat (Cousin Julio), and You Can’t Take it with You (Ed). He hopes you enjoy this timeless story of love and the complexities of relationships between human beings, enjoy the show!

Kelsey Weinstein

Director

(She/They) has been in love with this play for years, and is so thrilled to finally get to bring it to life with such an incredible team. Kelsey is the Executive Producer of Little Renegade Productions and directed This Is Our Youth, Ordinary Days, Island Song and She Kills Monsters: Virtual Realms, and an additional lyricist for our recent album, “desiderium: a concept album.” Kelsey is eternally grateful to have a team like this one, and wants to thank both the cast and production team for their support, creativity and passion through every step of this process, and for the folks at The Garage Theater for their help and teamwork.

Adrian Van der Valk

Director

(He/Him) Adrian is beyond thrilled to get the ability to create with little renegade productions. Being able to dip back into directing has been a dream and getting to work with such an incredible team has been nothing short of wonderful.

Sam Gianfala

Stage Manager

(He/They) Sam is grateful to have the opportunity to stage manage this excellent show for Little Renegade Productions. He is primarily a filmmaker who produces short films through his company Black Lodge Productions, focusing on LGBT stories in the horror genre. But when Kelsey puts the bat signal in the sky, Sam answers. He played Steve in She Kills Monsters: Virtual Realms, edited their filmed production of Island Song, and operated the light and sound board for This Is Our Youth. Sam thanks directors Kelsey and Adrian and actors Jen and Gio for all the incredible work they have put into our production of Constellations.

Eric J Weinstein

Composer

(He/Him) Eric is very excited to help bring this incredible story to life through music. Eric is a veteran actor, musician, Music Director, and composer for film and stage with a career that spans over 35 years. He is also a proud founding member of Little Renegade Productions, acting as the resident Music Director and composing original music for nearly all of our productions. He and Kelsey recently completed their debut album of all original material, ‘desiderium: a concept album’, which is available on all major streaming platforms.
