Meet the Company

Cora Allen (she/her)

Seahorse/Chef Ensemble
Cora is 11 years old and Little Mermaid is her sixth show at Edmonds Heights. She loves theatre, crochet, chocolate, and her dog Jasper. She wants to thank her friends for cheering her on.

Etta Allen (she/her)

Allana/Ensemble
Etta is excited to perform in Little Mermaid Jr. This is Etta's 10th show of singing and acting at Edmonds Heights. Her favorite roles have been Gracie in Nifty Fifties and young Anastasia in Anastasia. Etta would like to thank Dorothy and Dov for helping to bring this show to life. She hopes you enjoy the show.

River Bell (they/them)

King Triton/Pilot
River is glad to be taking part in The Little Mermaid Jr with EHPA. They have enjoyed working in this fast paced environment of preparing and performing an entire show over only three weeks. They would like to thank their director Dorothy for the opportunity and their mom for always supporting them and coming to all their shows. Enjoy the show!!

Adia Best (they/she)

Andrina/Ensemble
Adia is 16 years old and this is her second summer show! Shes going into 11th grade this year. She loves helping out and being a part of the Edmonds Heights theater program. Adia’s favorite activities are horse vaulting and drawing. She would like to thank her director Dorothy, her music director Dov, and all of her friends that did this show with her.

Eliot Best (he/him)

Sound Engineer
Eliot is excited to be running sound for The Little Mermaid Jr! He is 15 and in 10th grade. Eliot enjoys spending time hanging out with friends and performing in shows with EHPA. He would like to thank the rest of the sound crew, the directorial team, and every tech that makes sure this show is great!

Fiona Black (she/they)

Fiona is going in to 11th grade this fall here at Edmonds Heights. You've most recently seen Fiona as Alice Beineke in the Addams Family. In their spare time Fiona likes to draw and listen to music. Fiona would like to thank her mom for her unending support as well as Jessica for all the fun costumes.

Ruby Britt (she/her)

Princess/Ensemble
Ruby Britt is 10 years old and heading into 5th grade this year. She has been doing Musical Theatre at Edmonds Heights since Kindergarten, and loves making friends and performing with them! Her favorite roles at EHPA are as Nemo in Finding Nemo, Pip/Junior Star in the Grunch, and being one of the Princesses (and various ensemble roles) in The Little Mermaid Jr. She hopes you all enjoy the show, and don’t forget to grab concessions during intermission to help support EH Theatre!

Olive Brown (she/her)

Carlotta/Ensemble
Olive lives for music and art. She has taught herself to play countless songs on the ukulele and guitar and can be found drawing in her sketchbook or playing the uke who knows where. Olive is also currently into animation/digital art and Undertale. She would like to thank you for coming to the show!

Zora Brown (she/her)

Zora is so excited to be a part of the Little Mermaid because it’s such a classic story. She’s performed in multiple plays over the last two years and loves the opportunity to entertain the audience while growing as a theatre performer. Leo Cabellon (he/him)

The Little Mermaid will be Leo's (aka LeoTheGreat's) fourth time acting in a show. He would like to thank his directors, whose steadfast support and relentless encouragement have driven him to push his limits and strive for awesomeness, the tech crew for all the work they put into every show, and his friends and family for being a constant beacon of love and support. He recommends that you buy snacks at the concessions stand and hopes you enjoy the show!

Ruby Cabellon (she/her)

Ruby is very excited to experience her first full summer show. This year she will be in 7th grade and moving on to the next level of theater. Her favorite roles she has played are Mrs. Woods in The Grunch, Ann Collier in Nifty Fifties, and Johns in The Adventures of Captain Starblaster. Ruby would like to thank Dorothy, Marina, Dov, Phoenix, and Megan, for helping us make this beautiful show.

Paige Canniff (they/he)

Sailor/Chef Ensemble
Paige has enjoyed their 7th grade summer while participating in costume camp, running a spot light for Prom, and rehearsals with friends in Little Mermaid Jr. He still looks back fondly at his first performances with EHPA as Goon R in Captain Starblaster and as Tommy Boy in Newsies, however right now their favorite role so far is definitely playing Pugsley in The Addams Family. As a new thespian, Paige is excited to better understand what it is all about. Aside from performing arts he enjoys roller skating, crafts, and gaming with friends. Paige says they very much appreciate and want to thank Dorothy, Marina, Dov, Jessica, Bryn, and their fantastic voice therapist, Jae.

Evangeline Carballo (she/they)

This is Evangeline’s 37th production at Edmonds Heights! Outside of theater, she enjoys talking to friends, playing video games, especially the Sims, and reading. They thank Dorothy and Megan for this opportunity. Please enjoy the show!

Asher Carlson (they/them)

Ursula
Asher is very excited to bring this show to you all! This is their seventh show both on and off stage at Edmonds Heights. Their favorite roles include Janis in Mean Girls, Andrew Latimer in Titanic, and, now, Ursula! In their spare time Asher likes to roller skate, play violin, and sew! Asher would like to thank Dorothy and the costumers.

Mimi Cohn (she/her)

Arista/Ensemble
This is Mimi's second show at Edmonds Heights, and she has had so much fun being a part of it!! Mimi is going into eighth grade at 13, but has been involved and exposed to theater 2017 at 6, and since then have played roles such as the Cheshire Cat (Alice in wonderland), Snow Chicken (Snow Queen), Lumiere (Beauty and the Beast), Rat (The Pied Piper), and more. When she is not working on a show she likes to learn and use new crafting skills such as knitting, crochet, needle felting, and machine sewing. Mimi is grateful to and would like to thank Dov, Dorothy, Marina, Jen, and our whole cast and crew.

Nora Crane (she/her)

Sebastian
Nora is happy as a clam to be participating in The Little Mermaid. This is her fourth show with Edmonds Heights and Sebastian is her favorite role so far. You may have also seen her previously as Ethel in Newsies and the Pirate Queen Ancestor in Addams Family. When not rocking out onstage, Nora enjoys reading, dancing, baking, and spending time with friends. She'd like to thank Dorothy, Dov, and Megan for all their time and effort and you for taking time to come see The Little Mermaid. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Theo Crane (he/him)

Scuttle
Soaring to fame in his first production ever, Theo is thrilled to bring the character of Scuttle to life. Theo is eleven and in sixth grade. In his spare time he loves playing video games, singing, dancing, swimming, and making people laugh. He'd like to thank his sister, Nora, for introducing him to acting and Dorothy for being a great director for every show she puts on. Enjoy the show!

Isabel Delbow (she/her)

Tentacle/Gull Ensemble
Isabel is very excited to be part of the magic of another Edmonds Heights show! She is very excited for you to enjoy all the fun surprises of the show. Isabel would like to thank Dorothy, Megan, Dov, and crew for giving her the chance to learn new skills. Isabel invites you to pick up some yummy snacks at the concessions table to help support the Edmonds Heights Performing Arts Thespians.

Saige DeWeese (she/her)

Adella/Ensemble
Saige is very excited about being in The Little Mermaid. This is Saige’s first time doing a show at Edmonds Heights. She has been in Hercules and The Emperor’s New Clothes. She is 11 years old and going into 6th grade and she is doing choir at school. In Saige’s free time she likes to play violin and hang out with her friends. She would like to thank her mom and dad and her brother, Surya, for being supportive. She would also like to give a shoutout to her dog Peaches for being the best dog ever!

Alex Guzewich (he/him)

Chef/Ensemble
Alex is 11 years old and is happy to be performing in his seventh show at Edmonds Heights. His favorite past performance was his dual roles as the Narrator and the Dodobug in The Monsters of Hodgepodge Forest. He has also appeared in Finding Nemo, Alice in Wonderland Seussical Style/The Mad Tea Party, The Tale of Beatrix Potter and a few other shows. Alex likes reading, playing video games, and wrestling with friends. He would like to thank Dorothy, Dov and his friends & family for their support!

Hazel Harvey (she/they)

Princess/Chef Ensemble
Hazel is 8 years old and in third grade. She loves theatre, art, skiing, camping, and animals. Hazel loved being a werewolf in We Are Monsters, the rhino in the Just So Stories, and the birthday girl in Dolly the Polka-dotted Llama. This is her first big musical and she is so excited to get to perform it. She'd like to thank Dorothy for directing her through all her plays, and Bryn, Jessica, Marina, Megan, Dov, Evie, and Phoenix.

Violet Harvey (they/them)

Jetsam
Violet is a very happy actor, and also the author and illustrator of several books that have not yet been published. This is their 6th musical at Edmonds Heights and they are very excited! It also happens to be their first time being cast as a villain. It has been very fun to experiment with different characters and plays. Violet’s favorite out of all six shows they have performed would be playing JoJo in Seussical, Jr. They would love to thank Dorothy and countless others for helping them along the way!

Madelynn Holloway (she/her)

Dresser
Madelynn is 11 years old and heading into 6th grade. She is excited to be dressing for The Little Mermaid. She would like to thank the dressing team for their support. This will be her fourth time dressing and her tenth musical with EHPA. While she enjoys her time on stage, she also appreciates the opportunity to learn from and support these amazing artists. She hopes you will too!

Eleanor Klein (she/her)

Spotlight Operator
Spotlight OperatorEleanor is 14 years old, and teching in her 15th show with Edmonds Heights! When she’s not dedicating time to theatre, she loves hanging out with friends, drawing and knitting, and eating crab rangoons. She would like to thank her parents (especially her mom) for driving her back and forth from rehearsals! She'd also like to thank her best friends for always being there for her. Eleanor invites you to go get concessions and hopes you thoroughly enjoy this production of The Little Mermaid!

Cosmos Largent (he/him)

Spotlight Operator
Cosmo has done nine wonderful productions for Edmonds Heights. Previously, he has only teched for one other show he is excited to be doing spotlight for The Little Mermaid! Cosmo would to thank all booth members for supporting him in learning spotlight and he especially thanks Dorothy, Dov, and Marina for directing the show!

Elijah Matthew Lunder (he/him)

Lighting Designer
While Eli has been doing lighting for multiple years, this is his first time designing and running the show solo. Out of the booth, he was recently seen in Addams Family and She Kills Monsters. Eli is going into tenth grade this year and in his free time he likes to thrift shop, listen to a large variety of music, and cook french fries. He would like to thank Avery dedicating so much time teaching him lighting.

Daphne Lynch (she/her)

Head Dresser
Daphne is honored to be the head dresser for the Little Mermaid and would like to thank Jessica and Bryn, along with her loyal dressing crew for always being there and teaching her what she knows. She is going into her junior year as the co-head of the Costuming and Makeup Committee and is looking forward to a year full of fun shows! Daphne is a little nervous as this is her first time being head dresser by herself (she has co-head dressed for past shows such as Titanic and She Kills Monsters), but she knows that with her dressers by her side, she’ll do great.

Carolyn Maynard (she/her)

Princess/Tentacle
" Carolyn is very excited to perform in the Little Mermaid. She has been part of theater at Edmonds Heights since 1st grade, including performances in All Together Now, Dolly the Polka-Dotted Llama, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She enjoys working together with others and having fun on the stage with music and dance. She would like to thank Dorothy and all of the cast and crew."

Sea chorus/Gull Ensemble
Finn is excited to be a part of this show. Finn is 11 and will be starting 6th grade. This is his fourth show at Edmonds Heights. In addition to musical theater he is also learning how to tap. He LOVES all things history and is always ready to give you a random fact.

Stazy McKeown (she/her)

Dresser
Stazy is 14 and will be starting high school this year. She has been a part of the Edmonds Heights theater for three years and this is her ninth show to be a part of. Her favorite shows to date are Matilda and Newsies. She enjoys helping with costumes when she is working backstage. She would like to thank the costuming team for having her again.

Nora McKinstry (she/her)

Dresser
Nora is excited to be dressing for The Little Mermaid Jr. She is 12 and is going into 7th grade. In her free time she likes to read, draw, write, and do theater. This is her 21st show and she hopes that you enjoy it!

Beckett Meabon (he/him)

Grimsby
Beckett is excited to get to take part in The Little Mermaid, having seen the last production of it at Edmonds Heights many years ago. Beckett has been doing theater at Edmonds Heights since 2nd grade when he premiered as Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. Other favorite roles have been Starblaster in Captain Starblaster, Davey in Newsies, and Lucas in Addams Family. He would like to thank Dorothy for her kindness and dedication to her students through the years, and his family for always supporting him.

Landon Meabon (he/him)

Sound Intern
Landon is thrilled to be helping run sound for The Little Mermaid. This was one of his favorite past shows and is excited to get to be a part of it. This will be Landon's 12th show he has teched for. Landon's last show was Clockwork Professor this summer at SPT where he ran sound and learned how to make sounds effects using every day objects. Sound engineering is a passion for Landon and he is grateful for all of the experience he has been able to obtain here at Edmonds Heights getting to work in so many wonderful shows. He would like to thank his fellow Noise Boys for all they have taught him and Dorothy for the opportunities.

Phoenix Meabon (she/her)

Stage Manager
Phoenix is so excited to be Stage Managing on her own for the first time ever. She is 14 years old and in tenth grade. She has been participating in EHPA shows since first grade. She is currently serving on the Thespian Board as Historian and enjoys taking part in all facets of theater life. When she is not on or off stage Phoenix enjoys serving on ASB, creating art, and playing all kinds of board games. She would like to thank Gracie and Dorothy for teaching her how to stage manage like a pro

Laura Mouhanna (she/her)

Dresser
Laura is delighted to be working on Little Mermaid. She's worked six shows since she first started dressing, and was most recently head dresser for The Prom. She loves helping out however she can, and she particularly enjoys doing work that others may find boring. She would like to thank her family, her friends, and everyone else who has helped shape who she is today. Laura hopes you enjoy the show!

Otto Newman (he/him)

Otto is 10 years old and in 5th grade. Otto has been doing shows at Edmonds Heights K-12 since he was 5. He enjoys roller skating, collecting trading cards, performing magic tricks, and much more. His favorite roles he has ever played include Colonel Chaos in Captain Starblaster, Ziggy Springer in The Nifty Fifties, and Chef Louis right here in The Little Mermaid Jr.! He would like thank Dorothy, Dov, Megan, and his dog, Jack.

Sophie Portugal (any/all)

Sophie is super excited to perform in the Little Mermaid Jr! Sophie is 16 years old and going into 11th grade. In addition to performing, Sophie likes to tech for as many shows as they can. In their free time, Sophie enjoys crocheting, playing roller derby, and watching Greys Anatomy. They would like to thank Dorothy and Dov for helping them connect with theater and for being kind and supportive. They hope you enjoy the show!

Kailani Rodriguez (she/they)

Princess/Ensemble
Kailani is an 11-year-old in sixth grade who has a passion for the arts in any form. Her current favorites are theater, crocheting, fashion design/sewing, and drawing. This is her fifth show at Edmonds Heights—she was Goon 8 in “Captain Starblaster;” Misty in “Nifty Fifties”; Nigel/ensemble in “Finding Nemo Jr.”; and the NYPost critic/ensemble in “The Grunch.” Kailani wants to thank the many people involved in this production, including designers, tech, producers and the entire cast. She especially would like to thank Dorothy, Dov, Marina, and Megan for all she has learned under their compassionate direction.

Bridget Sandwick (she/her)

Stage Crew
Bridget has previously acted in several shows at Edmonds Heights and other schools, but this is her first time working backstage. She is 17 years old and entering her senior year at Mountlake Terrace High School. Outside of theatre, she also enjoys puzzles, biology, and petting her cats. Bridget would like to thank the rest of the tech crew for helping to make everything happen like it’s supposed to, and Dorothy for letting her join stage crew despite her total lack of experience.

Asher Sansburn (he/him)

Sound Director
A recent graduate from being a sound intern but still always Noise Boy #2, Asher is excited to be running the sound board for this production of The Little Mermaid. Though Asher is only 13 years old and in ninth grade, this is his 29th show in the last three years at Edmonds Heights. Asher would like to thank his fellow Noise Boys and the rest of the tech crew, Dorothy and Dov, and Thomas for teaching him everything he knows.

Eden Sansburn (she/they)

Projections
Eden welcomes you to Little Mermaid. Taking a break from managing things behind the stage, Eden is enjoying a turn in the booth running projections. In the rare moments they aren't at the theatre, Eden loves plants, water colour, and poetry. Fifteen years old and entering her junior year, Eden is excited to begin Running Start as well as serve as Thespian Vice President this fall. She sends so many thanks to the crew for their hard work.

Elanor Sansburn (she/her)

Ariel
Elanor has, since the day she was born, wanted to be where the people are. The truest of all extroverts, you will find her here in this theatre every single day, where her people are. A rising senior, Thespian president, and International Thespian Superior winner, Elanor loves to spend her time teaching, creating, and playing. Favourite past roles include Anya in Anastasia, Regina George in Mean Girls, and Wendy in Peter Pan. This is her second time in the company of Little Mermaid with EHPA; in 2019, as a wee seventh grader, she was the dresser for Ariel. This privilege as well as honour and astonishment at the passing of time is not lost on her, and she's grateful for every moment. Elanor would like to thank the creative team for their vision and insight, her voice teacher, Jordyn Day, and all the volunteers who make it happen.

Lillian Shepperd (she/her)

Princess/Ensemble
Lillian is excited to be part of The Little Mermaid Jr. This is her third musical with Edmonds Heights. Lillian enjoys getting to play multiple characters and being part of the big musical numbers. Aside from theater, Lillian loves training her dog Leroy, participating in roller derby with the Seattle Derby Brats, and playing with her neighborhood friends.

Ian Silvers (they/them)

Stage Crew
Ian is excited to support their friends as a backstage crew member for the first time. They are 13 and in 8th grade. They have been participating in EHPA shows since kindergarten, and some of their favorite past shows are Newsies, Mean Girls, Captain Starblaster, and Mary Poppins Jr. When not on stage, Ian enjoys playing video games and working on their next book. Break a leg to all the cast!

Felicity Silvers (she/they)

Stage Crew/Prop Master
Felicity is excited to be working as a tech again as well as prop master. She is 15, going into 10th grade, and has participated in EHPA since 2nd grade. Some of her favorite roles have been Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Lavender in Matilda Jr., Auntie Em AKA Medusa in The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, Young Anna in Frozen Jr., and Tinkerbell in Peter Pan Jr. She also enjoys crocheting, playing piano, painting, and running her resell plushie business. She would like to thank Phoenix for being such a wonderful stage manager!

Conor Sullivan (he/him)

Flounder
Conor is very excited to be playing Flounder, as this role has his first solo performance in a musical. His favorite hobbies are singing, dancing and hanging out with friends and family. He previously played a Who in Suessical Jr. and Staff in Drowsey Chapperone Jr. (Applause Studio). He hopes you enjoy the show!

Eleanor is entering the 7th grade. This is her third show, following the Grunch in the spring. The special treat she's looking forward to in the Little Mermaid is having so many costumes! And she's delighted to be acting this time with her brother, Andrew.

Andrew is entering the fourth grade. This is his second play, following the Just-so Stories in the spring. He's particularly excited to be in a musical this time and has been singing all the time. He's proud to be in the musical with his sister, Eleanor.

Maddox Vanderwerff (he/him)

Maddox is entering the 9th grade at Edmonds Heights. This is his 3rd performance at EH. He looks forward to performing as a sailor and chef, as well as his featured solo in Under the Sea.

Margaret Wilson (she/her)

Margaret cannot wait to be part of your world and perform in the musical that launched her love of theater! This is her 6th musical with EHPA! Her favorite roles so far have been Isadora in The Grunch, Kai in Finding Nemo Jr., Bird Girl #2 in Seussical Jr., Ensemble in The Nifty Fifties, and Goon 6 in The Adventures of Captain Starblaster. When she’s not performing, Margaret loves to sing, play board games, read graphic novels, ride horses, and snuggle her 3 rabbits.
