Founded in 2006 by Anthony Marino and Tom Kane, bkONE serves as a haven for bold, alternative, and experimental works, aiming to broaden the scope of the performing arts in Brooklyn and beyond.
In March 2024, bkONE celebrated its 18th anniversary with the grand opening of the Tom Kane Theatre at Industry City, Brooklyn. This versatile blackbox venue honors the legacy of co-founder Tom Kane, providing a dynamic and intimate environment for both emerging and established artists.
Committed to fostering new talent and presenting thought-provoking work, brooklynONE productions continues to be a cornerstone of the Brooklyn arts scene, cultivating a space where creativity thrives.

Anthony’s passion for artistic collaboration has led to unique partnerships, such as with NYU’s Martin Scorsese Virtual Production Center, theatre collective Dialogue with Three Chords, as well as immersive experiences with major pop culture themes, including Godzilla’s 70th anniversary and Ultraman events and the creation of the convention event Kaiju Brooklyn.
Beyond bkONE, Anthony brings his expertise to the real estate field as an associate broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, seamlessly blending his creative vision with an entrepreneurial spirit.
