Clay Wild Munley

THE FREAK FEAST! (Direction/Intimacy)
Clay Wild Munley - THE FREAK FEAST! (Direction/Intimacy) CLAY WILD MUNLEY (they/he/she) is a nonbinary, queer, interdisciplinary artist, deviser, and intimacy director who creates experimental, absurdist, and whimsical new works. They’re an undergraduate senior at Pace University completing their dual majors in Theatrical Directing and Women’s and Gender Studies. Clay has represented themselves as a creator and movement choreographer for theater, nightlife, and media. Since arriving in the city, they’ve been devising, debuting, and assisting various productions for Off-Broadway theaters - The Tank, Theatrelab, and Mabou Mines. Clay received their Artist Consent Certification through IDC Professionals NYC. As a creator, they focus on telling stories of gender/queer bodies, intimate connection through movement, and dissecting mind-bending worlds. They’ve studied abroad in Sitges, Spain at The Institute of the Arts in Barcelona, interned on “The Watch” for The New York Neo-Futurists, and were the writing assistant for director and playwright Emil Weinstein (A League of Their Own, Becoming Eve, The L Word: Generation Q). Apart from theater, they’re a writer, production assistant, and creative director for music videos, Primadonna Zine, and HU Zine & Magazine. Their recent direction, intimacy devising credits include: AN ENBY’S GUIDE TO CLOWNING AROUND (The Tank) MOTHER EARTH, LET ME BLOOM! Peter Charney

'Puppet Therapy' - Director
Peter Charney - 'Puppet Therapy' - Director Peter Charney is a generative director for stories on the stage and screen. He is the co-creator and director of "A Eulogy for Roman," which premiered to critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe and later had a sold-out run at 59E59 Theaters (2024 Drama Desk Nomination). Among Peter’s additional stage directing works are the original musical "Bright and Brave" (Dixon Place), an actor-musician interpretation of "Spring Awakening" (The Space at Irondale), and a collegiate touring reimagining of "Seussical" (Hofstra University). Peter’s latest short film, "This Means Goodnight," recently premiered at Regal Union Square as part of Dances With Films. He regularly assists the directors of the television broadcasts for The Tony Awards, The Oscars, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Danielle Aucoin - The Artist Danielle (they/them) is thrilled to be a part of this production! They previously worked on “Mother Earth, Let Me Bloom” with this company. They are a teaching artist, working with various arts organizations to bring theatre education to NYC schools. They have also performed in various productions regionally. Thank you to Clay and Sisco for having me in this production, as well as to our amazing cast.

Jacquelynn Racquel

Jacquelynn Racquel - The Scarlet Jacquelynn Racquel (she/they) is so excited to be apart of this dinner to remember! Currently, they are a student at Pace University studying for her BA in Acting with the International Performance Ensemble. Her love for devised theater has given her the chance to work as a performer, but also a choreographer and vocalist in shows like ‘On Earth As It Is In [404 Error]’, ‘Antigone’, ‘Falsettos’, and ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’. She hopes to lay down a foundation to create work that is always queer, Latin, full of self discovery and music. So much love to their director Clay, and the wonderful cast of Freak Feast! #LoveTrumpsFear always!!!

Benjamin Levie - Costume Designer Benjamin is a theater maker from San Francisco, based in New Jersey. Past credits include Carmen (Lighting designer), Holy Week (Lighting Designer), Romeo and Juliet (Assistant Lighting Designer), The Giant Void in my Soul (Production Electrician), and King Lear (Programmer). This is his first fully realized costume design, and he is incredibly grateful to be working with this company on this beautiful piece of art!

Nick Adam Humphries - ‘Puppet Therapy’ Performer Nick Adam Humphries is an actor, writer and comedian. He has been training at The Second City NYC and performing around the city with multiple improv and sketch teams. Nick has been a proud supporter of puppetry since he was a little kid and performed with puppets during his Off-Broadway debut in A Fairly Odd Musical. Nick is thrilled to be here and dedicates this, and all of his performances to his late mentor, Daryl Clark Phillips.

Kenjiro Lee - Puppeteer (Reduce, Reuse, Recyckoi) Kenjiro Lee (he/him) is a Korean/Japanese-American playwright, puppeteer, director, and occasional performer with an interest in the cerebral and the absurd. Selected works include: Seoul City Sue, NO FAN SERVICE: An Unauthorized Sequel to an Anime about Giant Robots, and Ninja Tea. He has presented work through Paper Kraine Productions, Harriet Tubman Effect, the Fled Collective (NYC), and the Road Theatre Company (Los Angeles). Alum of the Under Construction 3 Playwriting Group (Road Theatre, LA) and the 24 Hour Plays: Nationals. Member of the Dramatists’ Guild, Puppeteers of America, and the Serials Artists Pool.

Liz Coin - Actor Liz Coin is a NYC-based actor, writer, and sketch comedian originally from Bettendorf, Iowa. Liz holds a BA from Northwestern University and is a proud Second City alum. As a professional silly goose, Liz has appeared on stages and screens around the country – notably, The Second City (Chicago), The Players Theater (Chimp Cocktail Off-Broadway), UCB, The PIT (BoogieManja Characters), Magnet Theater (Livewire Sketch Shows), and Broadway's Next Hit Musical US tour. Alana Johnson - Comedian Alana Johnson (aka Alana J) is a dynamic comedian and actor who has hit stages all over the country and in the UK, including Broadway Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, The Comedy Shop, The Grisly Pear, West Side Comedy Club, and was passed for the legendary Chocolate Sundaes at The Laugh Factory. She's the co-producer of The HERlarious Show and has performed in festivals like The Knockouts Festival, The Ladies Room Comedy Festival, Hell Yes Fest (New Orleans), Baton Rouge Comedy Festival, Lysistrata Comedy Fest, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and Kenan Thompson Presents. On screen, you’ve seen her on Blue Bloods (CBS), Law & Order (NBC), and Power Book III: Raising Kanan (STARZ). She was also a U.S. Finalist for the ABC Discovers competition, selected out of tens of thousands of performers nationwide.

Clayton Fujimura - Comedian Clayton Fujimura is a Japanese American comedian who was raised in New York City in an overly religious household. Inspired by Mike Shinoda, the rapper in Linkin Park, he fell in love with rap music at a young age. He studied classical composition at Bucknell University where he found he fit in best with the theater kids and discovered improv comedy. After pursuing rap music in Detroit, Baltimore, and Seattle, he moved home to his native NYC. Storied, opinionated, and newly sober, Clayton retired his rap career to pursue comedy in earnest. “I can now see that everything I’ve ever been through was preparation for this: stand up comedy.” - Clayton

Allie Kroeper - Shy Boy Jesus Doing Standup Allie Kroeper is from NJ and loves wearing hats! You can catch them on the Magnet's sketch team, Money & Things. You can also see them in the Armory improv house team, Cereal Mascots. Plus, they bop around NYC bringing Four Hands: A Sketch Show About Love to audiences of all queer and straight stripes with their hilarious partner, Tessa Flannery. Julie Tran - Comedy Director Julie is a comedic actor and host. You can find her either rehearsing for a show or on her way to perform at any given time. Every stage is her home and she’s happy to add the Tom Kane Theatre as another home! She also hosts a regular stand up show right here in Industry City as part of her brand @ButWhatdYouSay. So yeah, she loves comedy. That doesn’t mean she can’t do the other stuff cuz she’s pretty good at the other stuff. Did you see Dog Sees God at Tom Kane last April? Those were real tears, bro. You can send the Tony whenever, thanks. Anyway, she put together this Avengers-level team of comedians for you so make sure you laugh loudly cuz that’s what fuels us performers!

Brett Hiker

Standup Comic
Brett Hiker - Standup Comic Brett Hiker was a regular guy until 15 years ago when he was bitten by a stray comedian. Since, Hiker has spent the last decade telling jokes in theaters, clubs, and music venues across North America. He is an avid fan of dive bars, legos, large dogs, soft drugs, snowstorms, carharts, whiffle ball, Toaster Strudels, silly hats, drinking in public, vintage hockey teams, pillow forts, day drinking, breakfast food, and nothing else. Although Brett was raised by a pack of mountain folk in Colorado, he now lives and tells jokes in NYC where against his will he gets meaner and funnier by the day.

Obi O’Brien

Stand-Up Comedian
Obi O’Brien - Stand-Up Comedian Obi is a NYC based stand-up comedian and character actor whose work has been shown at UCB, Players Theatre, Caveat, and the People’s Improv Theatre, where she holds a stand-up residency. Obi regularly performs at comedy clubs throughout the city, including New York Comedy Club and The Stand. Obi produces Googily Eyes a monthly stand-up and sketch show in Midtown NYC & studied at the Russian Theatre.

Chance Kester

Puppet designer, puppeteer
Chance Kester - Puppet designer, puppeteer Chance Kester is a deviser, puppeteer, musician, clown, physical theatre artist, and reptile breeder. He spends his time creating art about the environment and working towards wildlife conservation efforts. You can catch him at the Bronx Zoo as part of the Wildlife Theatre team, operating as a puppeteer there, or at various theaters throughout the city, developing new work. Specializing in puppets and props created from recyclables and waste materials, he seeks to physicalize the struggle between nature and human influence.

Caity Ladda

The Charmer
Caity Ladda - The Charmer Caity (she/her) is an actress, writer and performer based in NYC. She is a graduate of Elon University’s BFA Acting class of 2023. She was recently featured in the first reading of Alex Givens’ pilot “Decay” at The Bechdel Project.
