Meet the Company

Sage Bowman is currently a sophomore and plays the role of Paula in 8 Minutes Left! She is very excited to work with such a talented cast and has enjoyed the process of working on the show. Other shows she has been in at Mount Carmel include Peter and the Starcatcher, Into the Woods, and Queens.

Emily is a sophomore at Mount Carmel. She has played in many STK shows including Ensemble in Peter and the Starcatcher, Milkywhite in Into the Woods, Jane P in Queens, and Maureen in Molly Brown. She was also in the Summer in the Spotlight summer camp plays as the Acrobat in Matilda Jr. and Thetis in Xanadu Jr. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Molly has loved singing and theatre since she was little. She officially joined a choir in second grade and was in her first musical in sixth grade.

Clare is thrilled to be making her debut at Mount Carmel Academy as an 8th grader. But she is no stranger to the stage, having previously performed in The Wizard of Oz Jr., Little Mermaid Jr., and School House Rock Live Jr..

Savannah is an eighth grader at MCA! This is her third show. Her previous roles are Lucy in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown and ensemble in the Wizard of Oz. She would like to thank her family and her friends Camryn and Charlie for putting up with her nonsense and her silliness.
Sophia Gutierrez (Trudy)
Sophia is so excited to be participating in this show! She would like to thank her friends and family who have encouraged her throughout this production. She hopes that everyone enjoys the show and particularly would like to thank Mrs. Jacobs-Stanley for giving her this opportunity!

Lucy Hackett is an 8th Grader at Mount Carmel. She has been in three previous shows: the Wizard of Oz as ensemble, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown as Lucy Van Pelt, and Finding Nemo Jr. as Professor Ray. Lucy is a very talented singer and actress and is looking forward to doing more STK shows.

Isabella has previously performed in productions with Rivertown Theaters and the Jefferson Performing Arts Center, including Chicago and Junie B. Jones. She began her theatrical training in 4th grade as a member of the drama club at St. Christopher School. She has appeared in several productions, taking on roles such as the Fairy Godmother in The Big Bad Musical and Suky in Kokonut Island. One of her recent experiences was performing as Bruce in Finding Nemo with Mt Carmel's summer program. She continues to develop her skills through training at Encore Studio of Dance in Harahan. Excited to join STK, she looks forward to what the future holds.

Anna LaNasa is excited to return to the STK stage, after appearing as the Witch in STK's "Into the Woods Jr." Last year she performed in Jefferson Performing Arts' main stage productions of "School of Rock" and "Billy Elliot." Some of her favorite credits include Barbara in "Beetlejuice, Jr." at JPA and Marlin in "Finding Nemo, Jr.", Gretchen Wieners in "Mean Girls, Jr.", and Pearl in "Spongebob, Jr." at Rivertown Theatre. For the past two summers, Anna trained in New York City at Broadway Artists Alliance. She is a member of the Le Petit Theatre Teen Council. This November Anna will play Urleen in "Footloose" at JPA.

Tallulah Maddox returns to the PAC stage as the Observer in the stellar play "8 Minutes Left", watching the other members of the cast perform humorous and heartbreaking renditions of what people would do with "8 Minutes Left" to live. Prior to this show, she worked on crew for "Finding Nemo" and "Into the Woods Jr.", and played Horace Tabor/Criminal One in "The Unsinkable Molly Brown", Customer #3 and "Stage Manager" (a character) in the one-act "I, Chorus", the Fool in "Queens" (along with being a Woman in White understudy), Granny in "Into the Woods", and an Ancestor in "The Addams Family: Young @ Part". She also sings with Encore, Mount Carmel's pop/broadway choir, and has participated in the National WWII Museum's Stage Door Idol contest, and even though she did not make it far, she still had fun!

Bryson is a Junior at Jesuit High School, and he is so excited for you to see this show. This is his 6th show at MCA and about his 14th show ever, ranging from Singin’ in the Rain, Jr. to Matilda to The Addams Family. He loves to dance, and he takes classes at Metropolitan Dance Theater of New Orleans. He also takes voice lessons with Lauren Gisclair. He would like to think the creative team, his fellow castmates, and his family and friends that have supported him in everything. He hopes you love the show!!!

Aislynn, now a sophomore at MCA, is so excited to perform in her 5th STK production! Previously, Aislynn was a part of the ensemble in both Peter and the Starcatcher and Into the Woods, was Anne of Cleves in Queens, and was Kit in the recent musical, The Unsinkable Molly Brown! Aislynn is also an inducted member of the International Thespian Society and attended the International Thespian Festival in June. She would like to thank her parents for their endless love and support, the cast and crew, her fellow officers, and last but not least Mrs. Jacobs-Stanley and Mrs. Jaunet. Without them, none of this could have been possible! She hopes you enjoy the show!

Keri Evelyn is so excited to perform in the first show of her senior season! She has appeared in numerous shows throughout the year with her favorites being Lord Aster in “Peter and the Starcatcher”, Maria in “The Sound of Music”, and Catherine Parr in “Six”. She serves as STK president and is so proud of the club’s accomplishments! Keri cannot wait for y’all to see this show, and she thanks her parents for their love and support by giving her amazing opportunities like this.

Charli is so excited to be in her 6th STK show! She would like to thank Mrs. Jacobs-Stanley, Mrs. Jaunet, her parents, and the entire cast and crew for putting together a great show!

Gilly Jaunet (Front of House /Dramaturg )
Mrs. Jaunet has been involved with STK ever since her daughter, Maggie '19, became the Lighting apprentice as an 8th grader. She officially joined the STK staff a few years ago, but no one really noticed the "official" difference. Mrs. Jaunet is the co-chair of the English Department and has taught here at MCA for nearly 20 years, but she'll always be a theatre kid at heart. As the Front of House Manager, Mrs. Jaunet coordinates tickets, concessions, and anything else JStan needs. As Dramaturg, she researches and compiles information to assist the cast in understanding their roles as well as writing (hopefully) interesting articles for the playbill. Special thanks to Kristi Jacobs-Stanley and to Mark Jaunet for picking her up, no matter how late rehearsal goes.

Hannah previously acted in shows such as St Pius X's The Wizard of Oz and Queens at MCA. In The Unsinkable Molly Brown, she joined the prop crew and eventually became the prop head for that show. She also worked in the set construction and makeup crews during Jesuit's production of Newsies. Most recently, she was the set and props designer for both of MCA Summer Camp's shows, Finding Nemo Jr. and Finding Nemo Kids. She is thrilled to be working as prop head once again in 8 Minutes Left.

Zoe Morris has appeared in numerous productions across Rivertown Theaters and her middle school, including Schoolhouse Rock Jr., Finding Nemo Jr., SpongeBob Jr., Newsies Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., A Christmas Story: The Musical, Passion of the Christ, Moana Jr., Mean Girls Jr., and Junie B. Jones. Beyond performing, Zoe discovered a passion for technical theater when she worked the LED light boards for SIX: The Musical. Her strong work ethic and creativity earned her the opportunity to serve as Assistant Stage Manager for future MCA productions such as The Unsinkable Molly Brown, Finding Nemo Jr., and 8 Minutes Left. Zoe loves every aspect of theater — onstage and backstage — and hopes to continue growing as both a performer and production leader in future shows.
