DIRECTOR'S NOTE and SPECIAL THANKS:
Oh boy.
What a year it's been! As Greely Drama rounds out its 2020-2021 season, it seems fitting to celebrate not only the amazing work of the CLUE team but of the entire program over the course of the year.
Special thanks to The Greely Drama Boosters, Chris Hoffman, Food Stop, Shaws Supermarkets, and all of the amazing parents whose children have been involved in this year's shows. As I've said before and will say again, congratulations to all of you! You all have EXCELLENT taste in children! :-)
Greely High School's Drama Program has done an awful lot this year. When other educational theatre programs pulled back, we leaned in. When others said "It's impossible", we made it possible.
We raised over $1,500 for the Matthew Shepard Foundation through our benefit production of THE LARAMIE PROJECT last fall.
We created Greely's first ever chapter of the International Thespian Society and inducted a handful of charter members who have gone on to produce their own Spring Showcase event.
And we used technology to share our production of CLUE in order to bring laughter and joy to YOU, our audience. Thank you so much for coming tonight, and for your support of Greely Drama. Here's to making the impossible... possible.
With gratitude,
Dr. P
