A Thank You from the Artistic Executive Director

Thank you for coming to see Spot On Theatre's spring musical Something Rotten. The twenty students involved in this show have been working diligently to learn their lines, songs, harmonies, and dances to make this show something they are proud to present. Everyone on the team for this show is excited for you to see tonight's performance.

Since our inaugural production Into the Woods in 2021, we have produced/co-produced twelve productions (and a fundraiser) and reached over 200 students. As we are growing, we know that means many of you who may be reading this might not be aware of who we are and our mission.

At Spot On Theatre, we are dedicated to providing affordable, accessible, high-quality performing arts educational experiences. We foster safe, inclusive spaces that nurture creativity and self-expression through theatre arts. We strive to cultivate the next generation of artists by celebrating diversity and embracing every individual’s uniqueness through mentorship and collaboration. We, as an organization, are committed to giving every student involved their moment in the spotlight. Additionally, whether onstage or off, students develop essential life skills that help them well beyond the walls of our rehearsal space. We hope that you see this mission shown through tonight's performance and the wonderful students on stage.

If you are interested in learning more about future programming, the Spot On community, or becoming a donor, please see the information table or reach out to info@spotontheatre.com.

Enjoy the show and thank you for supporting Spot On Theatre and our students.

-Sammie Legg (Artistic Executive Director)
