Maude Mitchell

Mabou Mines Senior Artistic Associate. Actor/Dramaturg/Writer/Teacher. Acclaimed for her performance as Nora in Mabou Mines DollHouse (Drama League nomination; Obie, Elliot Norton, Backstage West Garland Awards); adapted by Mitchell (Dramaturg) & Lee Breuer (Director). MMDH premiered at St. Ann’s Warehouse and is the second most widely-toured production of Ibsen’s classic in this century. Dramaturgy includes The Laramie Project, and Un tramway nommé désir for La Comédie Française. Training includes: Sanford Meisner/The Neighborhood Playhouse, Jon Shear/on-camera, Oberlin College. Fellowships include: The Sundance Theatre Lab (x3), MacDowell (x3), Yaddo. Artistic partners & spouses, Maude & Lee worked and explored together for over two decades. Mitchell reprised Nora on film for European television, recently she’s been featured in numerous shorts. Last year she stepped into The Welkin at The Atlantic opposite Sandra Oh, directed by Sarah Benson. Rebecca Tyree Gibbs

Rebecca is a bicoastal experimental artist and co-artistic director of Stairwell Theater. With a passion for classic texts and new works, Rebecca has performed on stages, parks, and unconventional spaces. Recent New York credits with Stairwell Theater include Joan in Far Away, Queen Margaret in Henry VI, Part 2, Goneril in King Lear, and Anne in Anne & Richard, a devised piece. Regional credits include Shirley/Shona in Fen, Eurydice in Eurydice, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, and Maria in Twelfth Night. Other highlights of Rebecca's career include working with Mabou Mines, The Wooster Group, and Advanced Beginner Group.

Joel Watson

Joel is an actor for film, television, and theater. Recent credits include Law & Order, This Not Too Distant Tomorrow and Zaldar dir. Shea Sizemore, and Eventide dir. Sean Pugmire. Training includes the PURE Core Ensemble in Charleston, South Carolina, Freeman Studio, and the College of Charleston.

Avalina Ortiz

Avalina is a 10-year-old actress and model from Brooklyn, NY. Avalina walked the New York Fashion Week 2025 runway for Meraki Magazine and is currently featured on the cover of Wild Child Magazine. Earlier this year, she showcased her skills at IPOP LA, competing among hundreds of young performers from across the country. Her standout performances earned her multiple callbacks from top talent agents, casting directors and a coveted spot in the For the Stars fashion show with Jacob Meir. Avalina has trained with top celebrity coaches, including Connor Weil, Robert Vito, Ryan Pinkston, and Suzanne Von Schaack. She is proudly represented by The Wayne Agency and Premiere Model Management.
