NICOLE is an actress, writer, producer, visual artist, and creator best known to millions as "She Shed Cheryl" from State Farm's viral commercial. She has appeared in more than 100 commercials, television episodes, and independent productions, and her work has been featured by CNN, HuffPost, The Hollywood Reporter, Insider, the Chicago Sun-Times, FOX LA, WGN Radio, and Backstage. Nicole also wrote, produced, and starred in the streaming dramedy Sister President. Across film, television, and unscripted projects, she creates stories about transformation, creativity, and reclaiming space for what matters most. *AEA Member

Julie Dove

JULIE hails from Texas and moved to Los Angeles in 2001. She is a graduate of The Second City Los Angeles Writing and Acting Conservatories, holds an AA cum laude in Cinema Production from Los Angeles City College, a BA and MA in Theatre from East Texas A&M. Stage Credits include: Annie in Misery, Carnelle in The Miss Firecracker Contest, The Baseball Plays: 7th Inning Stretch, I’m With Her Emails and all Y’all, and countless sketch comedy/improv shows. JULIA is thrilled to join Love, Loss, and What I Wore and to be working with Dana Schwartz again! She previously worked with Dana as a director for Here Comes the Night at Moving Arts Theatre and they had the best time (truly, it was a magical production). Recent credits include anthropology (Rogue Machine Theatre), Arden of Faversham (Porters of Hellsgate), Jane Eyre (A Noise Within), Edward III (Porters of Hellsgate), Natural Selection (Zephyr Theatre), and Unt. Baby Play (U/S IAMA). Training: Nancy Banks Studios, Antaeus, USC BFA program. GLORIA has been in a number of short films and plays in the LA Theatre community. She is a member of The Road Theatre Co and Echo Theatre Co. She has most recently appeared in The Whitefire's production of Right. Some of her favorite roles include Alicia in Steve Yockey's (The Flight Attendant) Mercury and Kieron Barry's two-hander Spy for Spy. Gloria is thrilled to be acting alongside such wonderful artists.

JULS is a Southern California native, a graduate from San Diego State University, and attended the British American Drama Academy. Theatre credits include Heisenberg, Titus Andronicus, As You Like It, A Midsummer Night's Dream, King Lear, The Lark, and Stop Kiss. Television Credits: NCIS LA, Parks and Recreation, Arrested Development, and Happy Endings. Film credits: Manifest West, Found Family, Jersey Boys and The Sponsor. Amy Marcs*

Ensemble (Week 2)
AMY is an actress, writer, podcast host, voiceover artist and educator. She wrote the critically acclaimed show “Nice T!ts.” which she performed to sold out crowds across the country, and in Taipei, Taiwan. She is the Host of “Sex After” - a podcast that focuses on life after seismic change. Amy has worked in regional theaters across the country, and most recently performed at the Fringe Festival and Dare Devil Arts Festival. Her voice has been heard on numerous national network television promo and political campaigns. She is grateful to be signed with SBV for Voiceovers. Presciliana Esparolini

PRESCILIANA is thrilled to be part of Love Loss and What I Wore. Recently, she worked in the regional production of, I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter, at the Greenway Court. Off Broadway, she originated the role of “Maria” in the production of, Our Man in Santiago. Some of her theatre credits include the Manhattan Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, The Road Theatre, The Odyssey, Boston Court & many more. A few of her starring TV appearances include Mayans M.C., NCIS: Hawaii, NCIS: L.A., All Rise, The Rookie, 9-1-1, Goliath, Game of Silence, Ray Donovan, and Thirteen Reasons Why.

Patrika Darbo*

Gingy (Week 3)
When John Malkovich declared, “You shouldn’t have been from Minneapolis,” in the classic film In the Line of Fire, he was talking about Emmy winner (Acting Dead), Patrika Darbo’s character right before he snapped her neck fearing she would expose his lies. This is just one film that Darbo, a former TV Academy Governor is known for during her forty-year Hollywood career. Other notable silver screen roles include Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil, Speed 2, LouLou, Puppy Star Christmas, The Adventures of Mickey Matson series of films and many others. On the small screen, Darbo was Emmy nominated for Amazon Prime’s Studio City, and she is known to world-wide audiences for her roles on Days of Our Lives, which she received another Emmy nomination and The Bold & The Beautiful. Other television credits include 911: Lone Star, Big Bang Theory, Devious Maids, The Middle, Dexter, Seinfeld, Roseanne, Gilmore Girls, Step By Step and dozens more. The often outspoken and very feisty red-headed Darbo is a strong advocate for children, pets and veterans. RONI (they/she) is a Minnesota native and LA transplant who loves the lack of winter here. Recent credits include Hello, My Name Is... as Kiki (World Premiere, Moving Arts), Into the Woods as Rapunzel/Little Red US (Greenway Court Theatre), Gorgon as Delphi (World Premiere, Flicker and Flame Theatre Group). Michele Karpel

Gingy (Week 4)
MICHELE is a native Californian. Michele found her calling early on and studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute right after high school. She then studied and performed for many years at Second City Los Angeles. She was a founding member of the sketch group Girls Gone Funny. Michele has performed standup at venues such as The Comedy Store, Flappers Comedy Club and The Improv. Michele’s credits include a role in the Netflix series Hollywood and Hulu’s Pen15 to name a few. She also wrote, produced and starred in the film Abashed which was nominated at the Burbank Int’l Film Festival and screened at the Valley Film Festival and the Los Angeles Women’s Int'l Film Festival. Michele recently completed a screenplay called Broad Band and a ½ pilot called I’ll Get There.

Kwana Martinez*

Ensemble (Week 4)
KWANA is thrilled to join this esteemed ensemble! CA stage includes The Geffen, South Coast Rep, CTG, Pasadena Playhouse, The Old Globe, Ensemble Theatre of Santa Barbara, Laguna Playhouse, San Jose Repertory Theatre, North Coast Repertory, and as a long-standing member of the Antaeus Theatre Company. Theaters elsewhere include La MaMa, New York Theatre Workshop, Denver Center, Commonwealth Shakespeare, ART, Milwaukee Rep, Arizona Theatre Company, Ashland New Plays Festival, & more, in addition to work in commercials, tv, & film. Suanne Spoke

Ensemble (Week 4)
SUANNE has an extensive career in theatre, television, film, the classroom and is known as an actor, producer and coach. Most recently she starred alongside Renee Zellweger in NBC/Peacock’s limited series “The Thing About Pam”. For her work in the series, she was short listed for Emmy consideration. She currently is co-starring in the independent film The Strawberry with Mike Farrell and the short The Eye, written and produced by Academy Award winner Troy Kotsur. With more than over a hundred appearances in film and television, Suanne can be seen in Damian Chazelle’s Whiplash, Spielberg’s War of the Worlds, Christopher Guest’s Mascots and many others. Her television career goes as far back as Golden Girls. Seinfeld, The Larry Sanders Show, X-Files, all the way up to the current Station 19, Criminal Minds. She has recurred on such series as Switched at Birth, General Hospital, Step by Step, Judging Amy to name a few. In theatre, Suanne was most recently seen in the ICT’S world premiere production of Wendy Graf’s “Exit Wounds, for which she was named Best Performer for Broadway World LA and Stage Raw/LA. She has been seen on local stages for years at many of the top theatres, including the Fountain Theatre, The Road Theatre, Company of Angels...where she has received multiple awards for performance and producing. Suanne is currently on the faculty at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts, juries and curates several film festivals and has worked at Sundance Lab Workshops. She is currently developing a one woman piece based on her life as a sibling and caregiver to a severely disabled brother called Through the Eyes of a Glass Child.

Rebecca Davis*

Ensemble (Week 4)
REBECCA is an Award Winning Voice and Stage Actress. You’ll hear her behind the mic in video game franchises such as Last of Us, Walking Dead, World of Warcraft, Diablo, Final Fantasy and more, plus other projects like Incredibles 2, Puss in Boots, Lego Friends, How I Met Your Mother and others. She recently won a People’s Choice Award for her Audio Description Performance in Hulu’s Dying For Sex and is the inaugural recipient of the Don LaFontaine Voiceover Spirit Award from the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Dana Schwartz

Director
DANA is an award winning Los Angeles theater artist. She has directed plays across the country, including Theatre of NOTE, Moving Arts, The Road Theater, Topanga Arts Center, Fierce Backbone, Long Beach Shakespeare, and the Victory Theater. She is currently working with Thrown Stone in CT on a writing a new play commission. The Bomb won several awards at the 2026 Hollywood Fringe. @Playaz was an O'Neill Finalist and had its World Premiere at Moving Arts. Early Birds premiered at AVT. Presto!, an O’Neill Semi-Finalist, was developed with Workshop Theater New York, and was in the Hudson Valley Theater Festival. She has also had plays at Morgan Wixon, Surfside Theater, Nomad Theatre, Parish Players, Eclectic Theater, Echo Theatre, Theatre of NOTE, LeftEdge, Sky Pilot, REDcat LA, Disney Hall, Segerstrom Center, La Jolla Playhouse, Curtis Theater and LACMA. As an actress she has performed around the world. Dana is the Program Director of the MADLab New Play Development Program at Moving Arts.

Justin Huen

Production Design
JUSTIN is an award-winning actor/director/designer. Recent design credits include Paper Walls at the Inkwell Theater and The Wedding Singer and Death of a Salesmen staring Francis Fisher at the Colony Theater. He designed the multi award winning sets for Pang Spa and Two Stop - the CTG:Forward, LANPP, and Venturous Theater Fund winning productions at EST LA and Chalk Rep. He was the production and lighting designer for the IATSE Celebrity Benefit fundraiser at the Colony Theater to support striking artists, starring Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey. He designed the set and lights for A Steady Rain starring Lewis Pullman and Shaun Sipos both in New Mexico and at the Hudson Theatre in LA. More at DeerDawgs.com

KYLI is an artist originally from Bloomington, Indiana. She is best known for her acrylic paintings of giant, fire-breathing animals. She has recently showcased work at Exhibit A Gallery in LA and had a solo show at The Bench Gallery at Faye’s Video in San Francisco’s Mission District.
