Last updated: August 22, 2026. These terms apply to paid Stage Mag Pro subscriptions offered by Wisdom Digital Media, Inc. (“BroadwayWorld,” “Stage Mag,” “we,” “us”).
Stage Mag Pro unlocks Pro Dashboard features (including Donate, Ads, Store, eBlasts, surveys, design tools, payment setup) and Audience Alerts administration for eligible programs, subject to plan limits described on the Pro pricing page.
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change subscription prices prospectively with notice (email and/or in-product). One-time program fees are charged at checkout. Taxes may apply.
All Programs Pro renews automatically each month until canceled. Payment is processed by Finix on behalf of BroadwayWorld. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Failed payments may place the subscription in past-due status and suspend Pro features until resolved.
Single Program Pro is charged once at purchase. It does not renew. Access remains for that program unless revoked for abuse or as otherwise stated in these terms.
For All Programs Pro, you may cancel anytime via Manage billing on the Pro page, or by contacting contact@broadwayworld.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already charged (including one-time Single Program fees) are non-refundable.
Pro includes monthly SMS and email send allotments and daily blast caps. Exceeding limits may block further sends until the next period or until we approve an increase. Misuse (spam, unlawful content, consent violations) may result in suspension without refund.
SMS/email alerts to patrons remain subject to the separate Audience Alerts Terms and applicable carrier/TCPA rules. You are responsible for content you send and for using only consented recipients.
Pro billing is paid to BroadwayWorld/Stage Mag. Patron payments you collect through Pro payment tools are processed to your connected Stripe (or other) account under separate payment-provider terms. We are not the merchant of record for those patron transactions unless expressly stated.
You will not use Pro to violate law, infringe rights, harvest personal data unlawfully, or interfere with Stage Mag. We may suspend accounts for abuse or security risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM PRO IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR PRO IN THAT PERIOD.
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes we notify you about.
