Last updated: August 22, 2026. This notice describes privacy practices specific to purchasing and managing Stage Mag Pro (monthly All Programs subscription or one-time Single Program upgrade). It supplements the BroadwayWorld privacy policy and, for patron messaging, the Audience Alerts Privacy Policy.

Finix processes Stage Mag Pro payments and may store billing profile data under its privacy policy. (Patron donate/ads/store payments you collect still use your connected Stripe or other account.) Email and SMS delivery providers process message content and recipient addresses/numbers when you use Pro messaging tools.
Subscription and invoice records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Usage counters are retained to administer plan limits.
You may update payment methods or cancel via Manage billing on the Pro page, or email us. Account deletion requests are handled under BroadwayWorld’s general privacy practices and may be limited where we must retain billing records.
Pro is intended for theatre organizers and other adults authorized to manage productions. It is not directed to children under 13.
