Creating a BroadwayWorld show listing? Let us do the work for you! Listing information, including show dates, theatre website, cast/creative team/etc., will automatically be applied to a FREE Stage Mag just for you. As soon as your listing is processed, you will receive a direct link (via email) to continue the editing process for your show program. Plus, information added to your Stage Mag will now be automatically added to your show listing.

10/25/2021 - New for Schools! Privacy and Social Media Options

Designed for school productions, we've added two new options... You can now mark your program as 'Private', which will automatically add tags to tell Google to not index or cache your program so only those with the link/QR code can view it.

Also, for student programs, you can also now disable the ability for students to enter their social media handles, if you're not going to use those fields. Both new features are available under 'Bonus Features'

New Accessibility Settings

Turning on will add a small icon to the lower left of your program allowing users a variety of options to make your program more accessible including contrast, color and size settings.

Since BroadwayWorld launched Stage Mag last year, theaters all around the world have enjoyed the convenience of creating modern, fully interactive show programs for all types of productions- from streaming to in-person. Additionally, BroadwayWorld is rolling out an all new feature- automatic BroadwayWorld show listings! Users can easily add their show to BroadwayWorld's regional show listings pages using information included in their Stage Mags. That means that even more exposure for all of your upcoming productions is just a click away!

Stage Mag 2.0

Today we're excited to launch an entirely new, alternate Stage Mag format. It's the same user-friendly program builder you've come to love, with an even more modern, sleek look. In addition to a new menu toolbar, the new design features a two column desktop format and a single column mobile variation, providing the ultimate viewing experience for your audience, regardless of how or where they chose to consume your Stage Mag.

Helping theatre return

Since the launch of Stage Mag, BroadwayWorld has been working closely with many high-profile productions to create virtual program experiences for audiences everywhere. Most recently, we partnered with Blindness, one of the first returning off-Broadway shows. "We are pleased to be working with BroadwayWorld on a digital program for Blindness in NYC. This service is one of many ways we are ensuring patron safety as we return to the theatre," said Blindness Producer Daryl Roth.

Countdown Clocks

Want to countdown to your curtain time? When to turn off phones? To a Stream?

You can now add animated countdown clocks to both your program, and save the date cards! It's under 'Extra Pages + Features' on the nav.

Multi-user Stage Mags

Want to give access to others on your team to make edits to your Stage Mag? You can now add on as many optional users as you want. Just click 'Add Additional Users' in the lower left nav panel and invite them to join.

If they already have a BWW account, they'll be ready to go right away. If they need one, they'll be invited to register (free and should take them under 30 seconds).

Color Customization

We're kicking off the year introducing a new option to be able to customize your section headers (Cast, Advertisement, Bios, etc.) in a color of your choosing! It's a great way to match your logo or brand colors.

Default Cover + Speed

To help you get started even faster, new programs now get a handy default cover. Also, our engineers worked through the holiday, celebrating our first 100 programs to improve speed throughout the whole experience.

Image Updates

We've added in a new image tool, which has made automatic resizing and cropping of images 3 times faster. Also, those of you having trouble uploading VERY large files - your troubles are over. (At least regarding file uploads).

BroadwayWorld is excited to announce the launch of Stage Mag, a new service for easily creating modern, fully interactive show programs for all types of productions, from streaming to broadcast to in-person. It begins like a traditional show program with cover art, cast and creative team details, and then the sky's the limit.

Program builders can add photos, videos, interactive advertisements with their own ad pages, sell merchandise, collect email addresses, customize the design, and promote the show with a QR code. Just one smartphone click on a code included on lobby signs, printed slips, web site, or stream will instantly open the new interactive digital program. It's the full-on 21st century digital mobile first program experience the theatre world has been clamoring for.

Additional features include valuable real-time stats on number of program viewers, and ad clicks, email exports, and much more. Built for today, and to help accelerate audience growth, theatres may use the programs to cultivate social and email followings, engage more deeply, and meaningfully with customers, and market to both current and future ticket buyers.

With collaboration tools built right in, Stage Mag enables productions to distribute secure links for cast members, creatives, and more to easily submit up-to-date bios, headshots, and social media links, making it the perfect tool for busy educators, volunteers, company managers, and more!
